One of the containers with beans wasn't sealed properly, so it spilled all over inside the bag, and they didn't even include the tortillas that come with the meals. I understand businesses need to move quickly, but basic things like verifying orders and sealing containers properly matter. It just doesn't feel like the same place it used to be.

There is no reason for any employee in hospitality, and food and beverage should get a receipt and purposely increase the approved total from the customer. I understand mistakes happen. I order through Doordash usually so I can't request the green sauce. Their drive-thru is always pretty quick and friendly. As often as I've eaten here, I haven't come to this location for lunch yet. I have been to other locations for lunch or dinner and it's been pretty good, so I need to give this location a try!
