I actually added a spoonful of pico de gallo to the consome at the end and drank the rest. Pambazo was big, total meal in itself. The chorizo, in the sandwich, was great. Red sauce was nice-n-spicy. Green sauce was trad. Don't pass this place by. My kids loved it all. Kid tested, kid approved. Disregard the haters in the comments. The owners are nice people, maybe a little dry sense of humor. As food trucks go, this place is solid. ***Room for improvement: I'd like more refried beans with this good food. Next time I'll order additional sides. Eazy fix.
