My grandson ordered the burrito supreme, and there was barely any room on his plate because it was so big. He had no problems finishing it off. It was delicious. I opted for the chicken quesadilla with rice. It normally also comes with a side salad, but we ask to substitute refried beans. The waitress said no problem. We totally cleaned our plates. They continued to fill our chips and salsa. Will definitely be back. I posted pictures of the lunch menu, but when the food arrived, I forgot to capture some pictures of that. We inhaled it so quickly.

Otherwise they could be eliminated, with no thought, as is the trend in much of American society, due, in part, to AI and security cameras. Nonetheless, most of the food is tasty most of the time at this GC. Sometimes it is hard to get certain items, however. The availability of fresh items (like fried chicken, sweet potatoes, strawberries, or banana pudding) varies from time of day or season of the year. GC's campaign of separate pay items (lobster, cotton candy...) is just annoying in a buffet setting, especially concerning the cotton candy, which, when they had it at all, used to be included as a part of the buffet price.

We didn't order any ice cream but a table next to us ordered a banana split and it was huge and looked like one of those banana splits seen in a commercial. I mean it looked fabulous. Prices are about average for these days but for freshly prepared food with the burger having such good flavor, IMO, worth the price. Only knock; I wish they had a soda machine in the lobby where we could refill our own drinks.
