We have been coming here for the past 5 years every time we travel through Tremonton Utah and one thing remains the same every visit . The service is always very good and prompt and the traditional Mexican food is always great. The prices are also very fare and you are welcome to eat inside the bus or outside under the canopy or take out is always available as well. We always take our food back to the Aspen Grove RV Park. This place is truly a unique experience with great food. In my travels and experience ask a local and always try there recommendations. Anytime a place is always busy with locals you know it's a good choice. Have a blessed day

My husband didn't like the salsa in his burrito. It was definitely different of what we have had before. The place is very noice due to been next to a mayor street. I suggest to take the food to go and enjoyed it elsewhere. They have 3 tables outside if you want to eat there. The young employee/cashier was very nice. I attached a picture of the menu, prices are low and portions are big.

The place is very large with two main dining rooms and two bars. We were seated immediately and provided with water. We both ordered their margaritas and they were very good. I ordered the enchiladas and my wife had the shrimp tacos. Each order came with three items, three tacos, rice, and beans. Same for my enchiladas. So portions are very large as we could not finish and required a doggie bag. Service was great and portion size v. price is great. Glad we stopped and we will be going back often.

So here we go...So a big group of us went to the shooting star first and after talking all together we decided we would go to Carlos and Harleys instead for a late lunch. We all traveled from different places and wanted to try somewhere most people hadn't been. As soon as we walked through the door the hostess, Renee treated us awful!! We had 2 other people that had to make a quick stop and because they were not there they wouldn't seat us. Everyone was starving so we just told them to seat the 10 of us for that moment. Again Renee acted like we were putting her out because we said just go ahead and seat us. Not even 10 minutes later the other couple showed up and we asked to add an extra table. Renee stormed out, as we all watched to go talk to her manager. The bartender was so sweet and came to add the extra table. A few minutes later we were approached by the manger Janelle and she aggressively asked who wanted to speak to the manager. Which we never requested. She then argued with us about how many people we said we had in our group. RENEE knew we were waiting for 2 more! But Janelle wanted to argue with us instead of apologizing for the way her employee treated us! Most of us only ended up ordering appetizers to get us through because we were all hungry. We were very tempted to just leave and if we wouldn't have had so many people we would have! Service was good and so was the drinks. The bartender was just awesome, I didnt get his name. I never write reviews but I felt like this was a story that needed to be told! We will not be going back there again!

They're famous for their Carne Asada. I am not normally a fan of flank steak. It is often low quality and tough. But stick with me, the steak at Ruben's isn't low quality flank steak. It's locally sourced, high quality flank steak! It's tender and smoky, charred a little around the edges. It's muy bien! The Carne Asada is best experienced as part of the Mar y Tierra. It comes with many succulent grilled shrimp, served fajita style with lots of grilled onions, bell peppers and mushrooms and fresh tomatoes, lettuce and guacamole, and corn or flour tortillas. Even the rice and beans are part of the main attraction- not to be passed over! They delightfully complement the dish. The rice is cooked perfectly and the recruited beans are served with melted cheddar and jack cheese over the top. I've also had many of their other dishes here and they've all been delicious. Some of my favorites are the enchiladas, tacos, and fajitas. Try the food here and it'll be your new favorite!

A birthday surprise I'll never forget!…read more This restaurant came highly recommended by a former employee, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. From the moment we sat down, everything impressed us. I tried a mezcal cocktail for the first time, the blueberry mezcal, and it was incredibly unique, smoky, slightly sweet, and just overall delicious. For food, we ordered the corn, poblano tamales, and the chorizo steak burrito. Every bite was packed with flavor. Portions were generous, so much so that we ended up taking leftovers home (always a good sign!). But the true highlight of the evening? The birthday celebration. Our waitress asked if we were celebrating anything, and I casually mentioned a birthday at the end of the month. She smiled and said, "Leave the rest to me." I had no idea what was coming... Suddenly, the entire bar lit up? iterally. Flames shot up like a volcano erupting, the staff came out with fire, bubbles, and this incredible energy. It felt like a full-on performance. Then came a rich chocolate cake soaked in liqueur that was just as dramatic as it was delicious. It wasn't just dinner, it was an experience. If you're looking for amazing food, creative drinks, and unforgettable celebrations, this place delivers on all of it. We'll definately be back.
