I got a really long hair in my Classic Burrito after almost finishing it. Never eating here again.

Great food! The mexi fries and crisp burritos are always fresh and warm. The food is always good my only problem is I wish they would fill the tacos more with lettuce and tomato, I hate it when I get 2 little slivers of tomato and a few shreds of lettuce on a taco. This is one of my favorite taco times! It's always clean and fast service! I love coming here after dr. apts. at evergreen hospital. I usually love taco time but last time not so much... I usually get to soft pinto bean burrito. Everytime ive gotten this burrito it is filled completely and pretty solid but this time the burrito was super empty and dripping beans and sauce everywhere. It looked extremely pathetic. My boyfriend very politely asks if we can get it remade and the employee just looked at my boyfriend like hes stupid. The employee finally says "let me see what i can do" . 15 minutes later he comes to our table with a new but equally as pathetic burrito and says that i can have this one for free. I decided to eat the food and it didnt end well for me. I could hardly walk or bus home due to EXTREME stomach pains and a whole lot of puking. read more

As far as Taco Times go, this is one of the best. Not all taco times are the same. The quality of the food and service is better here than almost all of the other locations I have been to. read more

The quality of this place is awful and overpriced. A burrito with about 75 cents worth of beans and cheese in it for almost 4 dollars! Who are they trying to kid? Taco Time may sound like a great place to go for cheap Mexican experience but the only thing that's similar between Mexico and Taco Time is that you'll end up getting robbed for your money while you're there. I don't much care for fast food but I love Taco Time for either lunch or dinner. Everything is fresh and always very tasty.

Taco Time has really stepped up their game the past few years. This location is one of the few fast food places that I will actually frequently go to. It's pretty big, so I can always eat my dinner away from the noise of the counter and the Kitchen. Lots of parking, and right by the freeway. Super easy to stop in for a quick bite to eat after work. Always clean, and there is a really friendly older lady that works up front a lot. I think she is just incredibly sweet! read more

For as much as Taco Time loves to use compostable and earth friendly forks, knives and paper towels, they could make their food more fresh and genuine. Went there last night after a class and due to the lack of choices after 9:30 pm, went there only to leave even more disappointed. We ordered the fit-bit bowl, chips and salsa and the enchilada with pinto beans. The pinto beans looked straight out of can with some cheese sprinkled on top and microwaved and the salsa were straight out of can tomato sauce. Eating there felt like an assault to my body and mind. Why can't we be more mindful and serve food that is also good for our health and not focus on bottom line corporate profits. It's sad. read more

I just love Taco Time! Fresh veggies and wonderful food and service every time! One time I had to wait too long for food and got a free meal item card for the trouble. Great customer service and location central to Totem Lake, easy parking and drive through; I also love that they have the Coca-cola freestyle machine for easy, fun and different drink combinations! read more

The drive thru service is great on Saturday mornings which seems to be open at 5. The HUGE downfall is it opens at 6 on Sundays yet they don't have their hours posted anywhere. How about either be consistent with your schedule or post the damn hours visible? And that board thing inside where you can order for yourself? Great idea, but how about simplifying it or have someone available to help since it's new? Little tiny things management is for that seem to rarely take place. read more

I love taco time. I usually get the #8 Baja soft tacos and chips and salsa. I tried the sweet potato mexi fries and they were pretty good. I like the new drink machine as I usually get the cherry powerade there now. Prices are pretty reasonable read more

I love Taco Time. My favorite is their fish taco - with that amazing creamy lemony sauce. But their Natural Chicken Soft Taco is something I could literally eat every day (and have for weeks on end. This location is very friendly, too. Love the staff. I go here for lunch at least once a week. They're fast, the food seems fresh and I haven't had a problem since they've opened.

Last week a couple of friends and I decided to go to Taco Time for lunch. I don't eat there very often so wasn't sure what to order. My favorite fast food joint. Classic chicken burrito no beans add onions is my usual order. When sweet potato mexi fries are offered, they are well made and tasty. This outlet is always clean and the staff are well trained and friendly. When I needed a place with wifi when mine on a home office was out, there was no problem hanging out here for a few hours answering client email. read more

After receiving our order at the table, I noticed that the Natural Chicken Soft Taco I ordered looked like a crisp meat burrito. Very narrow and long. It didn't look anything like my usual order, a natural soft taco. I took the food back to the counter, the nice lady behind the counter, Barbara, went in the back and the Manager came out. He clearly wasn't happy about being interrupted. I explained to him that I was concerned that this was the wrong order, or that the soft taco wasn't made properly. He said that all he can do is weigh it. He did and said that it was just over the 12.5 ounce weight requirement. I told him the weight isn't my concern, that something isn't right because it looks nothing like the picture on his wall, or the hundreds of other natural soft tacos I've eaten in my 47 years in Seattle. I told him to please remake it or give me a refund. He said no, took everything including the drink and threw them away and then walked back into his office. I didn't get any food remade, or a refund. I would have been happy with him at least opening the burrito to see if it was made correctly, instead, he simply and smugly threw away the order and then dismissed me with a wave of his hand. I love Taco Time - but yesterday I drove through and ordered the Cilantro Lime Chicken salad. When I got back to the office and prepared to eat my salad no fork, ok I have one in my desk drawer. No napkins, I have those too. No cilantro lime salad dressing! Bummer! The dressing makes the salad and it was too late to go back. Expensive salad with no dressing.... thus the three stars today. read more

Beware of the FRESH romaine ceasar salad - I got mine from the drive thru and when I got back to the office I discovered all the cut edges of the salad were old and brown!! This is not typical for Taco Time - and they are running adds making this salad sound amazing - make sure you check yours before you leave the store because if you got one like mine you won't want to eat it - and should not ever be served such bad lettuce! read more

The food was ok--I ordered 2 soft shell tacos, and they neglected to inform me until at the window that the soft tacos are actually burritos--so they were HUGE! I would have only got one if I would've known--and saved myself an extra $5! read more

This is a great spot for some healthier fast food in Kirkland. The dine in area is cozy and clean. The restaurant itself is easy to miss as you drive down 116th, so keep an eye out. There is good selection, but the pricing is slightly higher than what you may pay for other fast food options. The food is healthier though, so that is a bit to be expected. OK this is not Mexican food. This is not even fast food Mexican food. This is Northwest fast food and it is pretty tasty. Stuff doesn't get shipped pre-cooked in bags from a central distribution center. The staff is super friendly and the place is really clean. I like that you can see the whole kitchen area from the counter. They don't hassle me for wanting a giant ice water. Yes it is overpriced. Yes they have a weird idea about what a "taco" is. Yes they have terrible weird slop they call salsa. Despite all of that this is the only drive through fast food place I will go to. The crisp chicken burrito is the best most addictive thing since crack. It's chopped up chicken in a creamy sauce rolled up tightly in a flour tortilla then deep fried. If you want something healthier grab a mini chicken soft taco. I love tater tots but I still don't understand how they are "mexi fries". Being pregnant and exhausted after a long work week and a day of housecleaning there is really not much better than having your husband bring you home a crisp chicken burrito for dinner. :P read more

I ate here on February 24, 2017 around 11:30am. Driving north on 405 was a traveler's restaurant sign that included Taco Time. I took the exit and followed the directions of the next sign to go left on to 124th Street. I didn't see the restaurant, so I turned around and went looking some more. Finally at Willows road, I turned around again deciding to go back to the McDonald's that I did see. Taco Time was right next to McDonald's! There must be sign height restrictions in that area because Taco Time signs were not visible from 124th street. I ordered the Mexi Meal beef platter which was excellent! Taco, burrito, salad, tater tots, beans were all good. The service was good and cashier was friendly. The recycling of Taco Time trash is great for the environment. I did not know that the plastic utensils were compostable. The little garbage can on top of the compost was almost not noticeable; it could have been a little bigger. I'm a big fan of Taco Time and I probably eat here once or twice a week. The food is always tasty and hot, restaurant is clean and the staff are very friendly. Love the compostable packaging, too. The beverage machine is so much fun--my favorite combo is a diet lime Coke. read more
