I've had their quesidillas, tamales, and raspberry tamales. I think the quesidillas might be my favorite, but on different days, they tend to offer different things. Maybe the bbq nachos are my favorite, or the tamales. Once, in Raytown, I had their barbecue nachos. It was way more than I could eat, which made 2 excellent meals. They didn't put much gloppy cheese on it, (like I requested) and the nachos were even good at the second meal. It pulled pork, bbq sauce, and fresh vegetable. Little cheese. I like their tamales too. Heck, I generally like it all. If you make a special request, they will go out of the way to make the food for you, say, no dairy sauce, or no cheese. No problem. They are polite and nice about it. I didn't try one of their burgers yesterday. I probably should've but this truck seems to get out and about. Including the areas around where I live. The honorable nation of Guatemala should send an envoy to rip the Guatemalan flags off the walls so they are not associated with such an affront to Central American cuisine.
