I've been to this taco spot over a dozen times and have always ordered a bean & cheese burrito with cebolla y cilantro. I haven't tried anything else on the menu so this review is based solely off the bean & cheese burrito. It's $9 & worth every penny. The burrito is always hot, cheese is thoroughly melted, beans always hot, tortilla always warm, the salsa verde here is really good! The salsa roja is spicy, lips stay burning! When I order it for here they give me chips and jalapeños on the side. The service her is prompt, there is always a line in the drive thru. One day I'll come try the birria or the breakfast specials. Ok so the burrito of carne asada was really good. You have to always start with carne asada, you mess that up you cant do nothing right. They nailed it. But, but, the burrito was 13.90 AND they have a sign saying in order to keep prices low they need to charge for card transactions. LOL, 13.90 for a burrito is not low prices. Las flores market down the street has way bigger burritos and only 10 bucks and just as good but honestly I probably wont come here again, unless flores is packed again, but i had no choice today, las flores market was packed! This is a small hole in wall type place with about 8 tables. I ordered the enchilada platter and my co-party ordered the camarones al mojo del ajo. The food was good and tasted fresh. There was major construction going on eastbound across the Vincent Thomas bridge, so we had to find an alternate route back to LB from San Pedro. We were also starving, and as we were driving through this totally sketchy-looking part of town, I commented, man, I bet there's some mindblowing Mexican food around here. As if by fate, right as I said that, my girlfriend said, look ahead, there's one right there, and it has a drivethrough! We have to stop! So we did. The "drivethrough" was a sign posted on a wall, and someone opening a door, walking out to your car and asking what you wanted to order (speaking broken English, of course!), but we were not wrong about the food. It was indeed crazy authentic, crazy tasty, and crazy cheap. I would totally make sure to go back to this place if we were driving that way again. Went into this place for some Taco's on Friday 05/21. Place was decent. I paid for 12 tacos de Birria with 2 drinks they ended up charging me over $50. These scammers trying to steal any dollar they can. Once I looked at my receipt they charged me for something I didn't even order. I called that same day to let the manager know I was over charged here. The lady that answered told me she had nothing to do with it to come back to tell the morning shift. So this morning I went in and still no manager to show the mistake that happened. They didn't wanna help me at all saying that I had ate what they sold me. This is a place I've been coming to for years and I never had any problems with them it's what you would expect from any Mexican fast food place. I usually get the burrito and beans and rice plate and it's always tasted the same so I know what I'm getting and drive thru is pretty quick and they accept cards or cash. The place has a small parking lot so I would advise just using the drive thru but it does have a little dining area inside the workers are friendly and courteous and keep asking you if you need anything else when you're eating inside so I definitely recommend taco Sinaloa to anyone that doesn't already know of the place because if you're from Wilmington odds are you've been here at least a handful of times. If you're someone that is impatient make sure you call it in so you can be in and out within minutes it's a great spot to go when you don't feel like cooking haha read more
