Two quesabirria tacos, which were 5.75 each. Soggy with flavorless meat. I wouldn't recommend it.

I was craving some new authentic mexican food. The place I was trying to go to was closed and I saw a bunch of cars at this place so I decided to check it out. Unfortunately, after waiting a long time, which was fine, I ordered two quesatacos for $5.75 each. For the price I hoped they would be decent. They were soggy and the meat didn't have much flavor. I was disappointed. Maybe some of their other food is better, but I wouldn't recommend these at all.

I can't believe these people are from Sinaloa. This food is flavorless. Their shrimp tacos are sad. Their tortillas taste like if they were previously frozen. Ughhhh...I got this delivered, they didn't send cilantro, cebolla or any type of salsa. My dogs will have to eat this now. Plus the didn't send my complete order. Thumbs down

    Tacos no onions

    Burrito and taco plate

Been coming here for years, some days are good some are just okay. This time I ordered the burrito and taco plate and it was great. I love the tacos de Tripa , Asada is okay and they add a good amount to your order. Tortas are good as well. The only bad thing is the price , they keep increasing. Not sure if it's going to be worth the price soon.

    Picture of tacos

I was craving some good tacos caz I was tired of eating from the same place. So I Went here after reading their reviews. The lady wasn't nice at the drive through and as you could see the tacos on the picture. Disappointed and wasted my money basically. Tacos had no taste and just looking at the tacos made me not want to eat it.

It was a boomerang video but the screenshot explains it all

You can get an egg and cheese burrito in a hundred other places, seriously, eat the meat is my advice. The pork meat is so good, the green chili sauce and the red chili sauce are different but both are amazing in their own way. The red one has a wonderful spiciness from jalapenos and Japanese chilies. The green one is chilis from New Mexico, go half-half if you can't decide. And if you see Isaac -- is like being a part of his authentic family table. There are so many regulars already, but even as an occasional visitor, just makes my heart happy eating the food that's prepared with so much care and thought for how it will nourish someone's day. Isaac told us how the pork cuts are not frozen and he trims the fat by hand to make sure the flavor is there, but the finished dish is not greasy. Good food takes time! This man is one of the chefs that think, "ok, what tastes good, what's nourishing and good for you". And his recipes are all top notch because he hits all the steps and doesn't shortcut the ingredients. His food would not be as amazing if he skimped on the meat, you'd know right away, but he won't serve you anything that's subpar, that's how much he cares. Eating the food was like, wow, I feel that you care about how much my day just got better because your food fuels me up! The sauce on the tortillas, mmm...I just got hungry all over again. Take me back to LA!

Upon walking in, we were greeted and asked if it was our first time there and it was. So the lady gave us a few samples of the meat options and explained what kinds of combinations we could order. SUCH WONDERFUL SERVICE!! As for the food, we decided on the asada burrito and jones breakfast burrito which were both so good! Especially with the refreshing green sauce and not too spicy red sauce. Definitely worth the drive and would recommend!!

Carnitas taco- the meat was really tasty. It was soft but still crispy with texture. A little excess oil. But was really good. Could be seasoned more. Asada- meat was soft. I think the biggest difference is that they stopped making the tortillas by hand and the meat doesn't taste as good as it used to. In all honesty, the quality has gone downhill. I know that they started a burger food truck that they have parked outside and maybe they are focusing their efforts on that but the change is definitely noticeable in a negative way. I was so excited to come back, but was pretty disappointed with my meal. I will say that the one good thing that they still have going for them is their amazing staff. All of the workers are extremely kind and helpful and they work very hard to keep a clean and aesthetic area. If you heard the hype of fresh handmade tortillas and wanted to try top shelf tacos, save yourself the trip. They don't do it anymore and It's just like any other taco place.

It was located on our way back from Palos Verdes to Long Beach, so stopped in to check it out. It is located in a small strip mall with limited parking, so my wife waited with the car running while I ran in. The first thing one notices is the deli selection of refrigerated ceviches. It is similar to what one can get at the deli section of a Mexican supermarket, including being able to order by the pound. One can get in/out quickly if one just orders what is available in the deli counter. There is also a decent size dining room, where one can order and eat the standard mariscos dishes that the area is well known for. They do accept credit card, and one pound of ceviche de pulpo and half pound of ceviche de camaron cost under $20. It came with 3 orders of tostadas, limes, and hot sauce (thinking half a pound is considered a serving so my order was meant for 3 people). It was packaged well for easy carry out. Brought it home, and it was delicious. The thing I most appreciated was the value: how much seafood was in the serving. Octopus has gotten really expensive, and the amount of meat they gave (vs mostly the vegetables and liquid that the Mexican supermarkets seem to give now) was very generous. This included the shrimp ceviche as well. Both used the lime vegetable ceviche mix that tastes pretty similar to others that I have had. It's always a pleasure to find a new place that serves your favorite dishes but with more value AND is close enough to stop-in without driving too far. Mariscos Rosarito is that place for me now, and I look forward to trying more of their dishes in the future.
