Doh!…read more I work from home Thursdays and decided to grab tacos for lunch for my bro in law, a friend and I. I called ahead, and good I did. I walked in and it was busy! But now I know why it's busy. It's Taco Thursday!! So when I only paid $15.10 for my 8 street tacos, I was shocked. So cheap for today's prices. The tacos were only $1.69 each. I would've gotten more had I known. Look forward to going here again on a Thursday! The inside was nice. They had that card game wallpaper, Loteria I think it's called. They have seating and all seats were taken. Located near the Chaparral Bowling alley so there's plenty of parking.

Our food arrived pretty quickly after ordering. The staff was friendly and continued to check in on us. I had the spicy cucumber margarita (sooo refreshing!) with a Baja fish taco and a spicy Baja shrimp taco. Both tacos were really good, but the spicy baja shrimp taco was my favorite. We also ordered the fresh chicharrones. The chicharrones were hot and still crackling when they arrived at the table. I especially loved the green aioli salsa that came with the chicharrones. Overall, this is a good place to enjoy some fish/shrimp tacos and margs.

Shy of Five Stars !…read more It was our first time here and thank you Yelp for guiding us directly. I think not enough people appreciate that simple key ingredient, yelps influence for the good of all. We decided Taco Tuesday was the best place to start and we weren't wrong. The Carne Asada tacos were excellent with plenty of delicious meat and fully dressed out in toppings. I tried the Shrimp Taco and the grilled fish Taco and both were primo. The food is made with love, you can quickly tell when you pick up your tray. My wife raved over the carne asada tacos even on the way home. We have found a new place. It's exceptionally clean and well put together. The service staff were very accommodating and kind and were there to please. A good crowd for the early afternoon. Will definitely be back. You cannot go wrong with the establishment.

When they first opened, I thought…read morethe quality of the food was amazing; however, over the past year or so, I've noticed the quality has gone down. The service here is great and always has been great. They usually have two folks behind the counter, and if you order something on the grill, it may take a while because they make everything fresh. When I go, I usually get a variety of different tacos - usually 2 asada, an al pastor, and a lengua. When they first opened, the meat was very flavorful, but during my recent experiences, the meat has been pretty bland and almost grey in color. There is another Taqueria DeAnda in Pomona that I've been going to that I found to be a little better in terms of meat quality. Overall, I think this location is okay and in a convenient location. I will be back in the future when I have a craving.
