Imagine paying $13 for a burrito that's literally the size of a soda can, more onion than meat and sooo much leftover tortilla. It never fails when I visit during the day my burrito is perfect size. But every time I come in the evening I'm disappointed. I'm not sure what happens but I can go to king taco and get the same burrito for $4 cheaper and not have to worry about size or $1 fee for CC. Food is bomblicious here!! The service is good as well, older lady Dora, I believe her name is was really nice and fun to talk to in general. Dora did suggest certain items on menu as well. Incredibly good Mexican food. Bold and spicy flavors. I believe Rincon Taurino has six locations throughout Los Angeles. My usual spot is the one in Panorama City (da hood). I must say, I really like the Chino, CA location. It's a calmer environment and clean. Food wise, you can't go wrong with any of their burritos, tortas, tacos, sopes, soups or stews. The meat choices are something like 13 to choose from or more on weekends. I noticed that their "red salsa" taste very similar to King Taco... good stuff. Now, if you are vegan I wouldn't completely write this place off. They make an incredibly delicious potato flautas and most of their locations have a fresh juice bar that is pretty impressive. read more

Best torta ever!!! I ordered the carne asada torta with salsa verde and a Jamaica. Very flavorful! I have to say that the customer service was also outstanding!! Pretty good I got an asada sope, pastor/lengua tacos, lengua quesadilla & barbacoa burrito Togo. Everything was super delicious especially the sope and Al pastor tacos I wish I got more ! My boyfriend really liked his lengua quesadillas he roasted them for being on the smaller side and fried at first but quickly bit his tongue lol he said it was super delicious + packed with cheese and meat into that pocket of tortilla he loved it. Only thing to complain about was the barbacoa, (why it's not 4 stars) they advertise it for being good I believe since it's a big part of the menu but maybe i went too late because it was kinda a miss for me. Still edible though I ate half the burrito. Overall still super fire and was satisfied :) also horchata was great and they carry Mexican coke it was soooo tasty and the cherry on top $38 for all that so price was pretty decent Edit: Oh I forgot about the SALSA!!! I've come to this place maybe 3 or 4 times and the food is usually good, but today I came in to try something new so I decided on a barbacoa burrito. To be honest, it was NOT good and tasted fishy to me, I literally just took a bite and was not happy with it. I had my friend take it up and ask if they could change it out for asada instead because it didn't taste good or right to me and they told him "No." that because I took a bite from it they weren't going to change it out . First of all, how else was I suppose to know if the meat was any good if I never took a bite. Second of all, I KNOW barbacoa is more expensive than asada and I wouldn't have mind paying the same price just to get a new burrito with a cheaper meat. If I'm paying 20$ for a burrito I'd expect it to be to my liking and not be told no just because I took one bite of my burrito. I will never come back to this place due to this service and will also pass the information to fellow friends, family, and strangers. :) read more

This review is long over due! My family & I have been coming here for years and I recently wanted to bring some friends to this spot. I always bring new friends here that get addicted! Lol Anyway let me start off by saying if you decide to go on the weekends-specificity on Sunday? BE READY to wait in a long line. Just know that once you get your food it will all be worth it! El Taurino has become my favorite Taco Spot. I used to be an advocate for King Taco, but this place easily took over. I've been here so frequently that the people know my family and I. The workers are friendly! During the week is perfect to go before the rushes come in. Lol They recently took out the booths which I really liked and replaced them with tables and chairs! I miss the booths they were fun. I always recommend this place to friends and they end up loving it. I'm also really fond of the one in La Puente, which I need to update my review for! This is the perfect place to get lunch when I'm craving tacos and want something quick! I come here during my lunch break since it's so close to work and they are so fast. Line is usually short. The restaurant is huge so they have a lot of seating. I typically go for their carne asada tacos. I love how authentic they taste and are very generous with their onions and lime. Sadly customers can't be respectful enough to clean after themselves in the bathroom and since the restaurant is short on staff it is hard for them to do unless someone tells them. The burrtios had that King Taco feel to them. Except, I'd choose this place over King Taco now. The tortilla tasted like it had a hint of cinnamon which was a bit of a surprise to me. It's a nice change from my grandmothers tortillas. (Don't tell her I said that.) All the ingredients incased in the tortilla tasted pleasant. The rice might have been a bit off now that I think about it. It was just slightly undercooked, and I stress it when I say slightly. This place is good. Don't take my review for it, go try it. I drove by here a couple of times and I realized that there was always cars in front? I finally went in and the flautas were amazing. The sauce that they put on top of it was just divine. It had the right enough amount of salt tanginess chili and was just perfect. I will come back here just for the taquitos.
