Some restaurants just put a few oysters on the top of the bun and that's it, but this roll had oysters all throughout. It came with house made pickles and a single fried oyster on the side as a warmup. I highly recommend it. For dessert we shared a key lime pie semifreddo which was so pretty I almost felt bad for eating it. It was topped with a graham cracker crumble and both raspberry and lime curds. The texture reminding me of ice cream and was not overly tart with a nice hint of key lime. The torched flowers of meringue were really a great touch. The best word we both agreed on was "satisfying" and would definitely come back again!
