The dish was wrapped well in a disposable aluminum plate and covered as well. This went for all of our orders, which included the burrito plate and taco salad. I have eaten many of the enchiladas at this point with the Enchiladas de Camaron being my favorite because I love shrimp and avocado. The Enchiladas Rancheras come in at a close second when I want beef instead of shrimp. The Enchiladas Verdes were the only ones I didn't care for as I found the pork to be blander than anticipated. I am still a giant fan of the Santa Fe margarita. Once I made a mistake and changed the tequila from the reposado to an anejo - I don't recommend that as the flavor profile completely changed and was blunter. Keep to the reposado. As I often go with another friend we sit in the two person booths along the windows. I very much enjoy it there as it is quieter and a bit more secluded. Santa Fe can become very busy. Parking can be challenging on busy nights as the lots will quickly fill. The service is still wonderful. They are warm and gracious. I always look forward to my meals here.
