This location never has any salsa, besides the original salsa. They always say they're out of the firehouse salsa. Rude employees that argue with paying customers. When I first moved here in 2011, this Taco Bueno was awesome. The same people worked everyday, the food was always correct and hot and I never really had any problems. The last couple of years, it has went downhill and fell off the cliff! Food is never correct, most times barely warm and they forget something every single time. How do you forget to put the chili sauce on a burrito that is supposed to have it? Or the tortilla strips in the chicken tortilla soup? Or the beef in a combination burrito?? The drive thru takes forever to get through. When you order a Mexi Dips and Chips, they put the cheese sauce in a plastic cup which is understandable so it doesn't make the tortilla bowl soggy, but at least gimme the tortilla bowl with it and for the love of all that's good, gimme more than a tablespoon of cheese sauce please. You can not tell me that the small amount of cheese sauce that goes into the plastic cup is the same as what they put into their tortilla bowls, but they will argue with you that it is. Tiny gremlins must be putting it in the plastic cups then. The employees are new every other week. Half of them stand around like they are lost and don't have a clue what to do. The place is always dirty with boxes laying all over the place in the back. If you call the manager, he or she will just apologize but nothing gets done. I've written the corporate office several times. Half the time I get the customary apologetic email saying they value me as a customer blah blah blah but still nothing has been fixed. This really sucks because there is no other Bueno close enough to go to when you're on lunch or when you just want to get dinner and go home to relax after a stressful day. I hope they do something about this soon. I need my Bueno fix more often than just once a month! read more

The drive thru line was at least 8 cars long so I decided to go inside for a takeout order. I waited over 30 minutes for 2 simple meals. I am so disappointed. Bueno used to be so good but they have totally destroyed this brand. The chili is so spicy it was inedible. I got a chilada platter and had to throw most of it away. We have been going there since it first opened in Yukon, and I don't know how many times I've waited and waited in the drive through only to get home and realize something was left out of my bag. I've even started asking the drive through workers to double check my order before I drive off. This sometimes works but not always. Avoid this taco Bueno!! Every time I go to this taco Buenoat this location my food is messed up. I order a potato burrito they forget the potato how do you do that? I've ordered mixi dips and chips in the past they don't put any cheese sauce or beans or guacamole into the shells so I have a bowl of chips with shells! You order a nachos in your chips are stale!! I have seriously never seen a restaurant establishment in my life get so many things are wrong!!Don't think about asking for meatless items because if you asked them to leave the meat off there's always meat on it!!!
