Dominique gave great customer service and was very nice even though he was busy. We will be back! Thank you Dominique!

Disappointed for a couple of different reasons. - we wanted to sit outside on the patio and they sat us in a table that was filthy. Chips and rice everywhere on the ground under our feet when there were plenty of other table options near that were clean. Also major delays for getting our drinks and chip refills when it felt like we were the only people out there. - the food just sucked. It felt like everything that came to our table was cold and completely rid of seasoning. We ordered the blackened tilapia tacos and that was the best thing we had all night. The chicken enchiladas were a joke. We asked for the sour cream on the side and they decided to just bring out the chicken wrapped in the tortilla and that's it. Not really sure how they thought that would go... beans were cold and rice was meh. No cheese no vegetables nothing else. - I ordered a margarita with a double pour of tequila. Our server came back and said she was instructed by her manager that she can't do doubles and they would have to charge me for another drink and put the tequila in a shot glass instead of having the bartender mix it in. Never in my life have I had someone refuse to make a double. I was curious why this place was so dead on a Friday night but now it makes perfect sense. It's just not a good restaurant. Save your $$ and go eat somewhere else.

Service was friendly, attentive, and somehow kept everything moving even when the place was slam packed The food was fresh, flavorful, and served in portions that make you wonder if you accidentally ordered for two people. If you're craving Tex-Mex, cold drinks, and a lively atmosphere, Pappasito's rarely misses. Come hungry, leave happy, and don't be surprised if you end up taking home leftovers. Hot tip, this place is always busy. The bar area has high tops that are first come first serve. I dont believe they take reservations. Its more of a join the waitlist type of place. They make the chips and tortillas on sight. Fun after work drinks or good for dinner.

Right after we got our food, two other waitresses that weren't our waitresses, started clearing off the chips and salsa 3. We asked countless times for silverware, water, extra plates etc 4. I went to the bathroom and an employee was in the stall next to me and she was smoking. 5. I asked for my check and a to go box because I had to get back to work and lunch had taken an hour and a half (so I missed the cake). I literally had to stand by the kitchen to catch my waiter to get what I needed. I spoke to a manager and she was very unapologetic. Yes, it was lunchtime and yes it was semi busy but if they were so busy, why were the other waitresses clearing our table right after we got our food? This was July 8th around noon. Such a terrible experience.

Was really good, but lukewarm. I got the beef fajita quesadillas and husband got beef nachos. Both were $15.50. He liked his nachos, but nothing special. My quesadillas were good, but kinda small for the price. They weren't greasy and the beef was tender. Had a frozen margarita, and it was good, I drank two. Not the best, but definitely not the worse. Atmosphere was nice, located in a great area. Also, we walked, so I can't comment on the parking, but did notice a sign that they validate tickets. I'd go again if I was close by. 4/5.

Honestly, after our visit, I can't imagine how they've lasted this long. Ambiance is fine, parking is tough (and not cheap). I ordered the Smokey Chipotle Margarita to start and it was a disappointment. Not Smokey. Not spicy. Not strong. Pretty disappointing. My nephew started with the Mango Margarita (after being told they couldn't do a swirl even though it was on the menu) and he was not thrilled either. We all ordered different entrees and the portions were overall smaller than our usual go-to Mexican restaurant, but still enough to fill you up on top of the chips & salsa (which were the best things we got). I ordered chicken enchiladas with sour cream sauce - right sauce, but beef inside. Not a great combination. Hubby said his food was 'meh' when asked for his opinion, so I think we all agreed that this will be our only trip to La Familia.
