Wow... brutal. 10:19am Saturday morning pulled in for a quick meal on the way to a broadcast.. I REALIZE they're very busy - but I can see why they have a 2-star rating.. stuck in line waiting for what seemed like forever. WHOEVER OWNS THIS FRANCHISE TAKE NOTICE OF YOUR REVIEWS! Hire new management, please. The line at the drive-thru was ridiculously long, so we went inside to place our to-go order. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries. While we waited we watched several employees walking around, laughing in the back while the order board was completely FULL. A gentleman came in to complain that he had gotten home with his drive-thru order only to realize he was missing part of his order. Finally, 20 - YES - 20 minutes later we got our burgers and fries. We checked to make sure it was correct and headed home. As we started to eat (along our drive) our food wasn't even hot. The buns were cold and the meat was cool - seriously?! I was with a hungry 3 year old. Order placed at 11:59.at 12:20 I got the managers attention by walking with my 3year old grandson to the counter to see the manager. I asked her how long it should take to get an order and I showed her my ticket. She took it to the kitchen and 2 minutes later our food was delivered and we were given an apple pie to split per them. Night shift they do whatever they want, it's almost always something wrong. I visited the store on Monday morning, at 1:20 am. I placed a drive-through order. When I arrived home which is like 20' away, I noticed that they had given me the wrong item. I wasn't planning to go back cause my home is about 20' away, so I ate it. When I came back the next day, Kristina, the floor manager was far from helpful as she was requesting the item to refund me. Not only that, when I told her that it's not that she can't give the refund, it's just she doesn't want to, she "pushed" me out by asking me if I wanted anything else. I asked her why she is pushing me out and she told me that I was rude. I asked her how come and she told me that I was yelling at her. If the customer's frustration is being "translated" it as rude, then this girl is at least incapable of providing customer service. When I asked her for the corporate's contact details, she initially told me "There is no corporate. It's only me".....and then she told me that they would contact her to contact me. We're talking about big-time BS!!! Even if there are only a few cars in the drive thru, it can seriously take 20 mins (or more) to get your order sometimes. Unreal.

The service is not great. The owner should evaluate who he or she has running this place at midnight.

America is all about fast food . There are tons of options available like Arby's, Jack in the box,IN and Out etc . She did not even apologize for the absurd wait I just went through. So I took my order. The bag seemed light. I drove 15 minutes home with my order. The food was lukewarm at best. The burger was not a Whataburger but Whataburger Jr. they didn't give me the right sized burger! WHY?!? This location makes mistakes on half of the orders. I live within 2 miles. I never go here because when they make an error with your order and you call to complain they want to fix it by offering free fries or free extra bacon on your next order; if you can bring your receipt and mention Dave, or Hector, or De'Shunda. so you do that and they give you crap. And if you continue to call with complaints about missing items they charge you fo. That's when they give the cook your # and he calls from a blocked cell telling you how he will put the food on his bare bottom and add pubic hair the next time you visit.
