Takes too long. Been in the drive thru for about 40 minutes. You would think they would have more people during peak times.

This locate has slowly but surely gotten worse. The food is good but the young man who works the drive thru is rude, acts like he's put out. I ordered from the app for the 1 st time tonight, my name is Christine, my credit card has the name Christine, I go to the drive through, they did not receive my order, and he doesn't try to take it again while I'm on my way though the line. I pull the receipt up on my phone and the anytime phone alert from my bank, they finally figure out that THEY put the name Chris on the order, ok thank you look in the bag, cold French fries instead of onion rings, I have to get his attention again, was I frustrated at this point yes, and he wasn't wearing a mask. The first time we ate at this location was about a year ago. They messed up our order. We decided to try it again and they mess up our order again. We were missing the chicken bites from the kids meal so all my son had was gravy and fries, missing a lemon pie and whole jalapeño. The burger tasted like it had been sitting for an hour. Went through the drive through window, ordered 2 Whataburger's, (I live 6 minutes away) got home unwrapped my meal and could tell right away on the first bite both burgers had been sitting around for awhile, not fresh. I come here about 3x a week. I've talked to one of the managers before and he's super nice! He told me that you can order hash brownstone anytime of day on a burger, so that's what I do every time I come. The first couple times I had no problem doing this but now they always try to argue with me or tell me no, even though their manager said it was cool. It's really confusing, I don't want to be a difficult customer because I work in fast food myself, but also customer service is about making the moment right. They really need some consistency in their employees and the training. read more

My husband and I decided to come by the drive-thru as we had left for work early enough (we drive 57 miles to work) and wanted a taquito. We ordered at 6:07am, after sitting at the drive-thru window for 20 minutes and having all 3 cars orders behind us ready and asking if they're ours and telling the lady 4 times what we ordered we finally got our food. I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews, especially for fast food restaurants. But this establishment has left me satisfied maybe 20% of the time. I've waited for my food 30 minutes plus through the curbside pickup options through the app multiple times. I can deal with that most of the time because I understand that it can be understaffed sometimes. Tonight though, I went through the unexpected. I sat in the drive through line for 20+ minutes waiting behind just two other cars in line. Finally when I was my time at the speaker waiting for someone to take my order at the 24/hr drive through, I got nothing. After some time and a line building up behind me, an employee came out of nowhere to tell me they're closed and they're not taking anymore orders for the night. What? Like if this place isn't 24/7 anymore, that's fine. But can we try to rebrand?? Is this just for tonight? If so, can I get a reason?? They just don't care for service after 1pm. The morning staff *usually* is top notch, but anytime afterwards I'm just praying for sub-par service. Legitimately I can not recommend anyone else enough to avoid this Whataburger over literally anywhere else. Take the extra 15 minutes and find somewhere that will care about your order. Maybe the owner/management pays their employees better, maybe they just deal with a better work environment over all. Who's to say? I am all about customer service! And it is usually the little things that impress me. I came into this WHATABURGER this morning and they really were not busy at all. I stood at the counter waiting for a few minutes as everyone was apparently in the back busy w/ other tasks. All I needed was a cup of coffee, and was not in any particular hurry. While my wait was not long at all, I was greeted w/ a smile and they apologized for the wait and gave me my coffee for free. Again, a small thing, but it was impressive to see that they acknowledged something that was a slight inconvenience and rectified the situation appropriately. read more

Came to this new Whataburger location and was impressed. I love the design of this Whataburger building. This location is much bigger than the old location. Ordered the Whataburger combo and the burger was very good as usual. They cooked the meat perfectly and the lettuce, tomato, and pickles was fresh! Ordered the onion rings and it was very delicious. Finished off my meal with an apple pie and that was very good!! If you have not came to this new location then I suggest you should. Plenty of parking and they are open 24 hours! 90% of the time my order is wrong in some way or another, either they forget the gravy that I ask for or no onions means extra onions, or the time I ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit and there was salad dressing on it instead of honey butter. Lines at the drive through are 20-30 minutes long but your prices have remained the same. The number of employees has declined in your business. Therefore, all this being said, you are profiting big time at the expense of your employees and customers. Stopped by on 4th of July. Counter help greeted us as we came in the door. Ordering was fast and efficient. No up sell or supersizing. Meal delivered to out table before I got back from the rest room. Server had condiments including two kinds of ketchup. Fast fast food. Pleasant staff.
