This Taco Bell has a drive through, which you'd assume would allow for quick orders and driving off with food. Wrong (: There are rare times where you will catch a wonderful drive through attendant, otherwise expect to sit at the window for a while before eventually hearing from a rude lady. Last time I went I repeated every part of my order three times, drove up to the window after waiting for other cars, paid and got my food. I had a feeling I should park and check my food and I did, only to see every part of the order was wrong. No biggie, went inside and asked for things to be fixed, asking for the missing beef in the tacos. Tell me why the drive through lady hands me a plastic container of beef. When I told her the order contained cheese after stating I'm lactose intolerant, she said they "didn't have time" to make another order. I had to clock in to my own Taco Bell shift to remove ingredients and add the missing beef to eat dinner. Honestly? Similar to the other reviews, I've been coming to this Taco Bell for over a year and they have always rushed my order, saying rudely "anything else?" This time they made both of my items incorrectly, I ended up with a crunch wrap and burrito with barely anything in them. This Taco Bell has horrible service. Don't get me wrong, I love taco bell... usually. But this particular location has never failed to disappoint me. For instance, just last night I had gone to this location with a friend. We drove through the drive thru, and the employee asks what we would like to order. Me and my friend place our order in which the employee responds "we only have hard shell tacos." What taco bell has only hard shelled tacos? Anyways, after ordering what we did not want to eat, it took about 15 minutes for our food to be ready (and there was only one car infront of us). I love Taco Bell. More than any human should. However, THIS Taco Bell is not good. Their food is wildly inconsistent. Sometimes, it comes out great and sometimes, it seems like the stuff was made by a person with their eyes closed before being left under a heat lamp for hours. The lettuce is often still frozen in the tacos. The bottled water is almost always a solid block of ice. It's the only Taco Bell in the state that doesn't do online ordering through the app. There are so many issues with this place. However, since it's the closest Taco Bell to my house, so I keep going back hoping things will be better. They usually aren't. Their best crew seems to work the weekday lunch shift, so that's probably your best chance of getting well-prepared food. Any other time, you're probably better off staying clear of this place, which as a huge Taco Bell fan, that pains me to say. Step up your game, guys. I'm really hoping that you get better. This has historically been the most screwed up Taco Bell/KFC for at least 20 yrs. The light up drive thru menu is hard to see as there is either filth on the plexiglass that hasn't been cleaned in years or that the plexiglass just needs to be replaced from wear and tear. The most screwed up part of this drive thru is that they moved the box where you talk to the person inside to the other side of the menu so its behind your car. And its dimly lit. The other night we pulled up and a guy said I will be right with you. We said ok. We waited and waited and waited. The person behind us in his car was like where did the guy go? We waited a few mins more and thats when we realized that by craning our neck like an owl, in small writing on that dumb squawk box it says the store hours. this location needs some drastic changes. every single time i've come here, they've gotten my order wrong. the guy taking my order in the drive thru last time would barely let me finish my sentence before asking "ok anything else???" i get he was trying to rush everything but he wasn't able to absorb what i was saying, and out of the 4 items we ordered, 1 was missing completely and 1 had the wrong ingredients. please take some time to retrain your employees or find better ones. it's very frustrating to wait in a drive thru for 15+ minutes only to not get what you ordered/paid for. i understand that mistakes happen, especially during rushes, and i am not normally one to complain as i know it's not the best job. but for something to go wrong every single time? i worked in fast food for years and it's actually difficult to be that bad at it. i won't be returning as i have not had one good experience here, but i hope y'all can turn things around. read more

They place was dirty, prep area was a mess. The very small tiny building space is shared by a KFC. We ordered two different gorditas, they wrapped them in the different wrapper but only gave the regular gorditas. We ordered the Dorito tacos but then when we got home they were all regular flavored tacos. So the entire order was just completely inaccurate. The food we did get upset my spouse's stomach. Okay went there Sunday evening before the ravens versus pats as I have been there once before. The first time was okay in the drive thru only because No one was there.
