Last night me and my husband decided to have taco bell so we always go to the one on Kirkwood hwy great food and great service but let me tell you I jynx myself and I will not be eating out especially from this taco bell every again until something changes we spent maybe 40-50 bucks on dinner for a big family and ridiculous service we got last night we had to go into the drive thru 2 times than once to wait for missing food we didn't get once to get our order than another for adding a drink than another to grab food was forgotten. Our fries were thrown in the bag and our chicken melts were quickly rolled up and were not pleasing to the eye or belly. I totally understand being busy I get that but boy at the register was beyond rude when he was asked if he printed out a receipt for us when we ordered the food a min after and than the girl at the other area was rude period. I work till 11:30 pm, and last night after work, my friend and I went to This Taco Bell on Kirkwood Hwy. when we were ordering through the drive-thru, I ordered one of the meals without tomatoes, and then she said is that all, and my friend was like no, my friend ordered the same thing I did, and he said gave his order, and the girl was like it's already there, is that all, and he was like no I need another #6 but with tomato, she then said is that all, and he said he wanted Siara Mist, and she said is that all in a very rude voice. Probably the only Taco Bell that I have received food poisoning from immediately after ingesting their food. I was up all night, prior to my flight, throwing up and long periods of needing to be in the restroom. I will not come back here again. I knew something was not right when I bit into the Supreme Gordita with Steak and found that it tasted 'funny'. Immediately threw it and the rest of my food away. Tried to get the rest of it out of my system... with no luck. Had to ingest lots of Pepto and anti-diarrhea meds to keep from hurling chunks on the airplane back home. Overall the food I've purchased from this Taco Bell has been fine. I have no complaints there. However their staff, especially late at night, is loud and unprofessional. Also their pick up procedures during COVID-19 have been somewhat confusing and hard to follow, especially for DoorDash drivers. read more

Got 2 Nacho fries boxes, one of the female workers working at the drive through wouldn't even let my boyfriend change the beef burrito to a seven layer burrito whereas in Boston they were happy to make the change. The staff really sucked at their job, they could not make a burrito properly. Way too much bean paste and not enough of the other ingredients. My nacho cheese fries weren't even seasoned enough. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell, which is quite something to say, because I never have super high expectations of any Taco Bell location. But I was really craving a chicken quesadilla, and I decided to try the Buffalo chicken fries while I was there as well. BIG mistake. After waiting in the drive thru line for an astronomically long amount of time, literally NOTHING in my order was as expected. Instead of the chicken quesadilla I had so been craving, I got a sloppily put together taco. I decided to at least try the buffalo fries next- ANOTHER big mistake. The fries themselves were cold and soggy, and were hidden under a pile of congealed cheese sauce (also completely cold) and other nasty looking substances. I did try to give it a chance. I really did! I ate a few fries before I just threw the whole bag in the trash at the nearby Wawa, where I just picked up their chicken empanada to eat for lunch. I will not likely be returning to this location any time soon. Additionally, I wasted my entire lunch hour trying to obtain this nasty food, so I didn't have time to try to get it exchanged or refunded because I would've had to wait in that horrific line again. read more

I waited nearly 45 minutes in the walk up window, while the drive thru was clearly prioritized. The staff was rude, unorganized, and unprofessional. When the employee came to address the long wait, it was "it will be a while because we don't have many people here and the drive thru is packed". This message was relayed on behalf of the manager who apparently couldn't address the situation themselves. Once I got the food, it was not even made correctly nor fresh. I wasn't given the straws for my sodas, etc. I can say I will never be going to a Taco Bell again, or at least not this one. Biggest waste of my money, even bigger waste of an hour. One of the worst fast food experiences ever. When we went through the drive through, there was a women standing inside with her back to the window and another employee stuffing bags say "I don't even do this" (meaning that isn't her job). When we handed the woman our credit card she said nothing as she was preoccupied with the music blaring out of her headphones. After receiving our food we found three items to be missing. As someone that has worked in QSR management for almost 20 years, I understand this business quite well. I've been eating at this location for many years and I honestly feel that this is one of the best operating Taco Bell's in the system. The store has always been very clean with a well maintained exterior. The staff and management always seem to be well engaged with the customers and tasks at hand. Occasionally you get a rude team member that creates a bad experience but they don't reflect the overall moral here. This location has a good culture, which to me, suggests "training unit" but I could be wrong. What impressed me the most is their consistency in product quality, accuracy and the DT line keeps moving despite any issues that may be occurring ahead of me in line. Overall this is a well run store or at least used to be. There has to have been a change over in management and core staff in the last year or two because I've had some very disappointing experiences that are not usual for this location. Especially with Door Dash. I will say, they've always been willing to fix any problem I've had. However, I would never write angry reviews because they missed one item or the DT cashier was in a bad mood. People that review this way do not understand the probability factors in regard to a cashier making one or two mistakes after serving 500+ customers at high speed for the past 8 to 10 hours straight. Having said that, don't review unless you've had multiple experiences, good or bad, but at the very least, enough to make reasonable judgment. I appreciate the efforts they are making to maintain a well run store especially if the staffing issues are bad, which is a struggle everywhere in the QSR industry especially during, and post COVID. Nevertheless, I'm confident that they will be back on top again soon and will always have my business. read more

The food is always hot, just made, the staff is super polite and professional, and the line is always quick. You can tell all the employees really enjoy working at this location they seem to have alot of fun as well as taking good care of the customer. No one writes reviews of Taco Bell. But this one specifically merits 4 stars all for the service, speed, accuracy and cleanliness. We had a family of 10 come in at the same time. The first thing I notice is an employee opening the door for us with greeting on the way in. The order taking was spot on given our customizing and complex order. It was made quickly and accurately. We were on the way to the airport so had a chance to be surprised by how clean the bathroom was. On the way out, the door was held open once again. On a food note, those cantina items are awesome! I switched to the black bean burrito over the bean burrito and now theres no more taco bell guilt. read more
