Ordered from the mobile app per usual. Everything extremely hot and fresh. The multi person meals are great to split, therefore we had 2 nachos, 2 tacos, 2 crunch wraps, and 2 bean burritos all for $12.50! read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - West Plains, Missouri

Slowest service ever and no seasoning on the nacho fries because they forgot to mention they were out. Mind you it costed $4. Also the grilled cheese burrito had no taste and tasted like pure cheese and rice. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Hateful workers read more

the food was cold, the service there is not the best the people here at Taco Bell in west plains mo on Gibson are a little rude.

I've always had a great experience at this Taco Bell. Great service. Super fast to get food out as well.

I went to here this evening to grab something fast. I looked at the time when I got in line for the drive thru. The time was 5:23. When I got to the window the time was 5:55. 30+ minutes. My drink was watered down due to the ice melting. My "crunchy" taco was so soggy I couldn't eat it. My burrito was cold. I'm not going back. If I want Taco Bell I will go the the Gibson location...with my fingers crossed. Terrible read more

Came in today for a quick bite before headed off on yet another adventure. We ordered off the screen inside. Food came out at a decent time. I was a bit bummed at my five layer burrito; the shell was a bit hard, but ok otherwise. Tacos were good. Location clean. They are still limiting capacity with Covid so they are locking the doors if it gets too full in the dine in area. read more

my husband and I were in Taco Bell in West Plains on Preacher Row Blvd., August fourth at 1 o'clock in the afternoon. there was one person inside eating at a table and no one in line. We stood at the ordering register, waiting for someone to take our order.. two people working on drive-through orders but no one at the register taking orders. I hollered at the two making orders for drive-through, ask them if someone was going to wait on us... they completely ignored us and went on working. I asked them three more times if someone was going to wait on us, with nothing from them. We were very patient, waited a very long time, so we left... I will not be going back to this Taco Bell.... Worst service I have ever had in a fast food restaurant and I am a patient person. read more

I was in this place and the service was good. Staff was friendly and courteous. The food was good and came out like I had expected it to be. Only takeaway was that they didn't have a sign saying that their dining room was open even though I seen people eating in there before deciding to go inside. read more

Taco Bell - Mountain Dew Baja Blast. A trademark drink served at this restaurant. - Fast Food Near Me - West Plains, Missouri

Went inside west plains Missouri taco bell to buy 3 gift cards to give as Christmas presents I needed 3 $25 cards. The manager told me I could only buy 2. I said I needed 3. She said I can only sell you 2 at a time and if I need another to go to Walmart and get it. I said I would just come back tomorrow and get another. The manager said No because I will be here and I know who you are and I said you can only have 2. This was crazy thinking, You can buy taco bell at Walmart but you can't buy taco bell at taco bell. I drove across town to Gibson street taco bell and they were nice and friendly and said yes and they had less cards on display. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell of the two in town. It's sloppy, smaller portions...which at Taco Bell is nearly impossible. Go to the other one it's actually good. read more

I go here a lot, but I wont be doing that anymore. They get my order wrong in some way every time. We got 2 cravings boxes with soft tacos and no sour on the burritos. Easy I get the same thing every time. We also asked for mild sauce. We got crunchy tacos and hot sauce. When we went back to get it fixed they wouldn't switch the tacos. Almost refused to give us our money back and took the receipt so I couldn't do their survey and I was gonna let them know. Used to know me by name now they just suck. read more

I've never had an issue here. It's as good or better as every Taco Bell you've ever been to. I've been eating here for for 20 years at least. read more

Would recommend trying a different place to eat in this town. We were passing through and went through the drive thru, the person who took our order was very impatient and rude. Hopefully she was just having a bad day, and this is not normal for this establishment. read more

I am giving them a 5 star rating because of our experience in the drive through. Katlynn W was at the window and we changed our order on her and she kept an amazing attitude even made a few jokes along the way. She was the best we've ever had at any restaurant drive through. She is a stellar employee and has great customer service. read more

This Taco Bell has a sucess rate of about 70% with us, however tonight we asked for sour cream (which apparently cost extra) and when we stopped to check our bag in the nearest parking space the sour cream wasn't there. Just as we were about to pull back through the line our cashier came running out with our sour cream. It was particularly cold and icy that night so her extra step was definitely noticed and appreciated. read more

I recently went there with my mother. My order was wrong which was big deal. They fixed it but the guy that was helping cook wiped his nose with gloves on and then went back to cooking. read more

Unfortunately, I have to give this particular Taco Bell a 2 star. I have visited this establishment 2 times in a 3 week period of time. I traveled in from out of state, and stopped in for a quick meal. The first time I went through the drive through I had to wait 20 minutes. When I arrived at the counter, the server was not paying attention and was making remarks about the people in the cars including myself. Not professional at all. When I pulled away and was down the road I realized that half of my order had not been provided (a value of over $5.00). It was too late to turn around and go back, but I did fill out a survey online. I was never contacted by the Manager or restaurant. The second time I went to this establishment, I wanted to give it a second chance. I placed my order, and before I left the drive through, I checked my order. The order was complete, but the quality was sub-par. The contents were thrown together and it appeared that no care was taken to make sure that the tacos were put together correctly. The establishment seems busy, but I am not sure how many of the people are actual return customers unless they are interested in a cheap meal. read more
