Service was friendly, but a bit slow. Vibe is pretty laid back and quiet enough to talk. My food was delicious. There was a good amount of protein and the pineapple gave it little bits of sweet. It was a great combo. I did not care for the guacamole as it was a color I'd not seen..not green more radioactive looking i dont know how to explain. Flavor wasn't there for me either. Everything else was delicious. Chips and salsa good. Parking was easy and shared by other business.

The food was impressive, the beans were absolutely delicious, homemade, rich and nicely salted. The rice was as good as my MIL's and the rolled tacos were crispy and full of ground beef. I want to preface this review with I had extremely low expectations for Mexican food in Missouri…read more So keep in mind my standards for tonight's dinner were quite low because, well... it's Missouri. I also don't like leaving terrible reviews especially for local places that I want to support. However, I won't support this place after the garbage they served and the way their staff treated us as customers. The atmosphere itself is why they get 2 stars at all. It's a cool looking place, and makes you think it might be authentic when you walk in the door. My husband ordered a burrito wet with green sauce (as you can see in the pictures it's white sauce) and I ordered the chicken fajitas. As you can see it's onion, tomato & bell peppers with a few over cooked pieces of chicken in there. My husband had to ask for a side of green sauce to put on the burrito because it was only the white on there. I will say the service was ok, until we questioned what sauce was on the burrito. The server suddenly didn't speak English and couldn't understand what she was being asked . She then decided that the sauce was "cheese" and when we said this isn't cheese she decided it was "white sauce". The sauce was cold and had consistency of buttermilk, whatever it was it didn't belong on a burrito at all. It was really frustrating being played for stupid when questioning what gross "sauce" was put on a burrito. Our food came out warm at best, and the wait wasn't very long so I'm not sure how it even had time to get cold. The beans tasted like they had been watered down and the food was very bland. I don't know how anyone could even give this place 4-5 stars unless they have no taste buds or they've never eaten real Mexican food, because this place is terrible.
