Pizza Inn pizza in West Plains - awesome! I've had this stuff since I was a kid. This location does a great job at keeping the original Pizza Inn taste to their pizza. I personally go for the Pizza Inn supreme or special...whatever they call it these days. From the meats to the veggies...it just worked to make a great pie. The place was clean and neat as a button. I was met at the door by a very nice young person, she was pleasant and helpful. On taking my order someone came out to double check what I ordered then told me it would be about 15 minutes. The place was not busy at all, and 15 minutes to make and bake a pizza sounds very reasonable- the girl handed me my pizza in good time, smiling and very polite. Good service! I took the pizza home (carryout), the 3 of us who shared it were supremely disappointed in it. I wish I could say something good about the food quality but there was nothing we liked about the food itself. read more

Worst service I have ever had in any restaurant of my life. (However, there were only two employees in the front in a restaurant about a third of the way full). Still though, not one time did I get a refill (I didn't see anyone around me get one either and I'm guessing that's because we weren't stilling in the main area of the restaurant). The employees worked extremely slow and weren't in a rush to clean off plates or refill drinks. Not to mention the restaurant had several dirty tables when I went in. One extra good hard working employee would make all the difference. read more

Stumbled upon this place while on vacation. Very good pizza. The key card of our hotel advertised 20% off and had to show the key card. When I did so, they said it was only on the weekends and that it had just recently changed. Even though that was frustrating, the prices and quality of pizza were exceptional. read more

Ok I called several times I could hear them answer but then they hung up on me. I finally found grub hub that I could order on. It concerned me also I could not order my pizza exactly like I wanted. I ordered and paid but I kept trying to call. They finally answered and I explained how I wanted pizza I wanted a butter garlic sauce instead of red. But also I had ordered mozzarella cheese and also extra cheese. When I picked up a small pizza which was I think 12 dollars I got home (I live half a block away) and everything was cold no sauce at all and no cheese at all and I didn't want pepperoni. The parking lot was full and they still kept up with keeping the buffet full. Every slice I had was delicious to the last bite. Great place to bring a group or host a birthday party. Very reminiscent of my youth! It's good to see that West Plains has opened another restaurant! Great move with Pizza Inn! read more

This pizza Inn is under new management and the turnaround is incredible! The prices are cheaper and the pizzas are excellent. You don't get a bunch of rent, nasty pizzas on the buffet like a lot of places, but instead all the pizzas look like ones you ordered and were made well. I have told friends and they say the same thing $10 for an awesome pizza buffet is great! read more

Went on Monday evening between 6:00-7:00 p.m. Only 1 server working and the floors and salad bar were filthy. The lettuce was empty. We had to wait for hot fresh pizza to be put out because of very slim pickings and what was left was cold and dry. It started getting busier after we got there and other people were also complaining and couldn't even find the server to address their concerns. The spaghetti was completely empty, macaroni cheese was hard and dried out, hardly any chicken nuggets- nothing for small picky eaters. The last few times I've went, it has been during lunch hours and everything is hot fresh, stocked and clean. I don't recommend going in the evenings at all. read more

Poor quality food and very high prices The ambiance is ok and modern fast food style. Service is ok because there is almost none necessary in a serve yourself restaurant. They could do so much better with better food prepared better. read more

Dear Pizza Inn, 01/10/2024 You got every member sick in our party they received food poisoning. when we visited you guys today. Many people went home already and everyone of us is sick. Next time this happens we will call the health department. We are very ill and medicine isn't working. Cashier said to me "swipe your fuckin card". Then refused to apologize after cussing at me. Pizza was also very cold and hard.
