ordered on DoorDash at 8:15 and 8:30 the Dasher got there texted me. The food would take a little bit. I said that was fine then at 9 PM 30 minutes after she got there, she canceled the order understandably the food was still not ready then at 9:15 it there at 9:20 food still wasn't ready so now at 9:40 the food finally gets here. I was working all day ordered food and hungry so that's why it's a two not even tried the food yet. I'm just so pissed. the food is usually fine from here but the one by carss is miles better read more

Always good food from the location! #TacoBell4Life The crew is always super nice and whenever I've missed an item they've been able to make it to go me. Via phone or going into the restaurant read more

Ordered through uber eats and most of our food was missing. When we called Taco Bell to complain we were told that there was nothing they could do about it and to call support staff. Was told the manager herself packed the food and everything was there , we let them know it wasn't and to check their cameras and they continued to dismiss us and say there was nothing they could do. It's disappointing when we are spending so much money to get food delivered and on top of that our food is missing. This isn't the first time we have experienced problems with Taco Bell in wasilla. Don't get food delivered and always make sure you have all your food. People are rude and dismissive. Definitely staying away from this Taco Bell. Sad when it's the only one in wasilla. Would have rated a zero. read more

I thought I would try the Diablo chicken Cheese Fries. Very slow night so the drive through was relatively fast. But... the fries were undercooked. I will try them again during the day. read more

It took 20 minutes from the time my order was taken in the drive thru, until I had food. Not my total time in the line, double that. The time from the order screen to food in my car. The food was cold, and the quality, was...... look at the photo. I have worked fast food, I understand rushes, and bad days. My expectations from Taco Bell are also not that high, I know what I am buying. This was beyond unsatisfactory, I don't know what is going on over there, but they need a seminar or something. It will probably be years before my family eats at this Taco Bell again. I like Taco Bell, I will still eat at Taco Bell, but I will not be eating at the Wasilla Taco Bell again anytime soon. read more

Everytime i go to taco bell anytime past 4 o clock to midnight i spend half the night waiting there in line I always have to prepare for that sometimes people get into arguments and road rage the poor people trying to get out cant even get out because the line is so long all the way to target and dont even get me start about that stupid ai robot they have i have to repeat myself 4+ times to even get a staff to notice me and see that it's struggling my order is never correct the blonde old lady with chapped lips who works the window is extremely rude and my nacho fries are always cold the chicken quesadillas have gotten smaller "midget size" the little container of cheese dip they give me is enough for literally two cold stale fries i still love taco bell but who are they to close early on sundays? Its literally just a sunday maybe if they paid more they wouldnt be understaffed wasilla needs a second taco bell immediately read more

I have been waiting in this drive through since 1839 for a mobile order! it is now 1933 and I'm still here!!!!! if the wait is an hour long why would the app tell you this? I have a screaming baby in the truck with me and I am stuck in this drive through! This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen, when I finally got up to the wi dow there were 3 people standing g there doing nothing when it's this busy. Regardless Tacobell is dead to us after this. Crazy to think this was my fav fast food that I ate 2-5 times a week. Never again! read more

Hello! My name is Beatrice Gwendolyn McCormick. I darkened the doors of this highly recommended establishment today only to be greeted by the opposite of what one would expect. I walked inside, only to have a little lady greet me with the opening statement, "It will be 20-25 minutes" instead of "Hello welcome to Taco Bell." I ordered and decided I better go use the restroom while I have a moment. When I entered the restroom and locked the door, I was disgusted and appalled at what I saw. (I will add a photo.) After leaving the restroom immediately, I decided I could wait. Surely it wouldn't be too long before my food came out. My granddaughter and I waited almost 45 minutes before our names were called. I almost shat my pants waiting. I barely made it home. The food was not good and it was poorly bagged. The manager was rude when I called. I wouldn't go back and eat here if I was ordered by the Pope. I hope this review will deter any more senior adults from wanting to eat here. read more

Don't waste ur time going here and NEVER GO HERE AT NIGHT, arrived at 1:05 waiting 45-55 minutes in the drive through line, with only 7 cars in front of us while 2 workers went outside to hotbox their car and the 3rd employee came out to sit on there phone while the line was full, we finally showed up at the window at exactly 1:59-2am and the female employee said "please show up at normal business hours", I used to work at Taco Bell so I know it doesn't take 15-20 minutes to make one order, it takes 5-10 minutes to make or less. Didn't end up getting any food or our order taken. If I could rate no stars I would. Worst "fast" food experience ever had. Everyone that works night shift here needs to be fired. Or the manager needs to be fired. read more

Yikes, Just Yikes.... Against my better judgment, the kids talked me into Taco Bell. We rarely get fast food, and I probably haven't been to Taco Bell for 15 years. I was 3 fingers into some Blue Label, so I opted for Delivery through the app on my daughter's phone. ( it's door dash, so here come the markups and fees) Anyway, the driver seemed decent, he let me know that it was a gong show and he was sorry. Probably because of that $20 tip, oh yeah I dropped a $100 on Taco Bell, FML. Anyway, as seen in the picture... There is an ingredient shortage, probably due to inflation. And apparently lettuce, tomato's, and nacho cheese is not in stock. ( They we're ordered that way) The entire order was a shit show, probably a reminder of why I haven't had Taco Bell since I quit smoking the devils lettuce. Anyway, I'm off to the corner store to stock up on toilet paper. On a positive note, the cinnamon twists are still good. read more

I usually dont leave reviews, but these workers were goofing around and not working when the drive thru line was packed. I chuckled when I saw this place was labeled as "classy," clearly a joke. But in all seriousness, avoid the parking lot and especially the drive-thru in winter. I don't think they ever plow. I've seen people get full on stuck trying to get through read more

So incredibly frustrated. How many loyal customers are you willing to lose? Drove 15 minutes and wasted my gas to get there over 2.5 hours before they close. Waited in line for 45 minutes. 2 cars away from the ordering window and all of a sudden the line moves really fast. The staff decided to close early. Again. Like serious? Again? They claimed they had short staff and people who had to go home at midnight but they should have closed the line and told everyone long ago. Door dasher wasted their night for a pickup. I wasted my gas and time and now almost nothing is open They did this just a few weeks ago and I requested a call back in the app. Still haven't heard back. As a once loyal customer you are really messing up my desire to ever give you another chance. This was me giving you another chance. Why would anyone ever want to return? If you need to hire better management or a way make this better, please reach out to discuss because this is absolutely terrible service. read more

this place is SO slow. it's ridiculous. granted it's a more busy taco bell, but it a just way too slow. we are waiting for 3 chicken flatbread melts and a 5 piece chicken nugget and it's been 30 minutes!! this is outrageous and i would NOT recommend stopping here. the service was awful, we asked three times for our food and absolutely no one helped. read more

NO STARS!!!!!!! I HAD TO PUT AT LEAST ONE TO POST. I have never waited so long in my life at a drive thru. Im a door dash driver and im loosing money because of how long they are taking. Worst customer service I've had in years, and one of the most unhygienic fast food restaurants I've ever seen. Trash everywhere, tables not wiped, floors sticky and crumbs and trash everywhere! I really wish I was joking. But I gave them a chance anyways.. The so called "manager" can't run an efficient business, gave me the wrong food and wrong price. I ordered 4 crunchy tacos and Coca Cola and he charged me $34.28 for it and was extremely rude to me for no reason. I was told by the manger to not come back if I have problems with the way he runs his store. Thank God Evanglos is nearby now. Usually pretty good. Used to come here a lot but not so much anymore. Decided to come again but I've been waiting in line for over an hour. Lines always get long here but usually move quickly. This Taco Bell is ridiculous. They vlose the lobby during the busiest hours of the day because "They don't have the staffing." I have watched the crew and there is no "hustle" to get the job done. They are slow moving and goofing around along with visiting too much with each other. The corporate offices or owners really need to overhaul how things are run here in Wasilla, Alaska. This is a small town and they are really starting piss people off here. Palmer, Alaska Taco Bell is much smaller but they are soon much faster. Very disappointed with Wasilla TB. read more

Well where do I begin? My friend and I decided today was a day for an outing so we decided to get lunch at the local KFC. After seeing their God Awful, Biden-High prices we decided to go to the local Taco Bell because it's always quick and cheap. When we arrived, the drive through was wrapped around the building and into the road. We decided to go inside and order because we thought it would be faster. We were greeted by this woman who looked confused, almost like she was working the register at the wrong restaurant. She told us it would be about 10-15 minutes and we decided that was better than the drive through line. So we ordered..... and waited...... and waited some more....... Then waited again........ eventually 35 minutes had passed and still no food. But the drive through line was flying. The room was full of angry people waiting on their orders like a flock of disgruntled pigeons. The manager informed us the reason they were slow was because "nobody showed up to work" but when we looked, the kitchen staff was full and people were just standing around. A man began yelling and FINALLY our order came out and we left immediately. If you're looking for a quick, inexpensive, and stress free dining experience, then I would recommend just dropping the idea of going out to eat and just staying at home and eating whatever scraps you can pull together from your refrigerator. OR just go to Raising Canes. Their food is better anyways. read more

I love this Taco Bell! They load up your wraps and burritos like no other Taco Bell and I love it. Everyone that works here is always super nice and and cares about their customers. It's five stars for this Taco Bell, it's on the Parks Highway in front of Target. It's not perfect, but for a fast food place that I have frequented monthly for several years, I can say this one must be managed right and I am overdue in giving my rating to them. The teens that work there are consistently well-groomed and well mannered. They smile, make eye contact and speak clearly - no mumbling, shy crap like at the other joints around town. I think the best teens in town must be working at Taco Bell. Just a sharp crew. We always get our order fast and accurately and there is always someone cleaning off tables. The drive-thru goes fast too. You can't ask for more in fast food. The completely new building has some cool art work too. read more
