Dining room orders are completed electronically as my last visit indicated they were too short staffed to have someone taking orders at the register. Best Taco Bell spot ever! It was my go to when I lived in Rhode Island. The customer service was great and they always greet you at the intercom. The parking lot is big and the restaurant is a standard Taco Bell, nothing unique about it. We love coming here after a night of drinking but I don't recommend it after 2 a.m. because the club goers are always here and the line gets super long on the weekends. For as long as I can remember, the customer service is always great and our order is always delicious. They never forget our food and always ask if we want sauce. My favorites from here is the Mexican pizza, chicken chalupa supreme, and nacho supreme. Yes, it's a guilty pleasure and not good for my diet but sometimes I just want that unhealthy food. I would not recommend this place to work, manager was new and had an unprofessional attitude. Her tone of voice was degrading. She would say that she does not repeat herself. I did not feel welcomed, I thought I would be trained in preparing food but she had me cleaning . Clean the bathroom, wash the windows, empty the trash, clean a soda grill that looked like it was never cleaned. . Than when she told me to come in for three hours I decided the place was not for me. I really don't know how this store has so many raves. Back in February, my child got ill after eating here. She would ask for a taco after dance and each time I obliged, she spent the evening vomiting. Not once, but three times. The first time, I thought it was a virus. A week later, she gets ill again. The employees were very nice, no complaint at all about the customer service. But the food... My tacos had an interesting layer of flavors and temperatures that really didn't blend well together. Let me explain... On the bottom, my piping hot mystery meat in all it's glory. Then the cool sour cream like sauce. Then the lettuce and cheese, both fine. And on top? A plethora of frozen, yes FROZEN, tomatoes. Ice crystals and all. I do enjoy cold toppings to be cold and properly refrigerated, but FROZEN??? It made my tacos quite unpleasant to eat. I even let them sit for ten minutes to warm up... Nope, all that did was let my frozen tomatoes ruin the rest of my tacos innards. Combine all of this with the fact that the stress you will feel getting in and out of this location is not even remotely made up for with the quality of the food and you've got a taco bell that is a pass. After I had called to make things more convenient for them to ask about their delivery procedure and if they would prefer me to go in they said they wanted me to wait in line. And after already waiting more than 15-20 minutes in the drive-thru they WANTED me to go all they way back around the line to go to the intercoms and tell them again I was from door dash. I even explained how I live down the street and I have a headache and this is my last delivery and I've already waited in line they told me (quote word for word) "I don't care we aren't helping you cancel or wait again." Then when I refused and told them again I had waited already and it's their job to help and just serve so I can deliver the food they proceeded to be rude and tell me to cancel and it's my job to go back around. My boy friend is a white male. We live down the street from here. NEVER HAS HE had this issue or had been told to go back around. Me as a professional service in many areas (insurance, food, regular sales) have never been that RUDE or DENIED servicing someone just because they missed one step in a process. What matters is the customer. What matters is the time and getting it out the window now. But yet they refused and CALLED THE COPS. Of course I'm going to write this because I am a black female and feel this is due to what's been going on. But what's worst is MY OWN BOYFRIEND who was on the phone who has WITNESS all of this has said how odd and rude they were towards me and agrees they definitely were racial profiling me. He was on the phone and said he did not understand why all 5-6 people came to the window to be rude and tell me how they don't care INCLUDING what looked like to be a manager or supervisor agreeing and saying the same thing to me. I almost never get taco bell but when I do this one is the closest one to my house, every time me and my boyfriend go there they rush us off and keep saying "is that it? This is a great taco bell. It was renovated last year and it's sort of like eating taco's in an arcade on The Jetson's. Which I love. Areas for improvement: 1) Bring back the Chili & Cheese Burrito. TB in general though is starting to get a little pricy. They have also done away with Kids meals. I get it from a storage and cost perspective regarding the toys or books, but I get a little challenged ordering a combo meal for a 6 year old girl.
