I'm leaving 1 star because I did get food. I don't believe I have ever gotten exactly what I ordered here. When you order a taco supreme, you're supposed to get tomatoes and sour cream in addition to cheese and lettuce. Are you out of tomatoes or too damn lazy to to go to the cooler and open a bag? How about sour cream? Are you running out or too goddamn lazy to open a new package? Is it to much to ask to actually get what you pay for here? Warsaw would be better without this crummy restaurant. Honestly, it's clear the management doesn't read these, but I need to rant. My orders aren't complicated, and my husband only asks for no lettuce. That's it, that's all we ask of them. They proceed to always put lettuce in his tacos, and today was the last straw. The employee took my order, read it back, and said no lettuce. The receipt said otherwise, and she even came to talk to me and ask what my order was again and tried walking away from me before I finished reminding her no lettuce. Even though they ring the order up correctly, we always get the wrong food given to us.

The worker came from behind the counter to speak to three elderly people who clearly could not function the kiosk. She told them they had to order that way and not the counter and walked away. I helped them order their food. They were very frustrated that no one was going to help them order food. Do better Taco Bell employees! read more

It's normally a bad experience here but the last straw was for like 10 times in a row when i went there they were out of at least 1 things, sometimes multiple things. I waited in line, and when i pulled up the guy said "Welcome to Taco Bell, just to let you know, we are out of ice, pepsi, ground beef....." Rating it a 1 because 0 was not an option. I order a soft taco and it was frozen pretty much, and then a chicken quesadilla were there were tomatoes, shredding unmelted cheese, and like 2 chunks of chicken. Not to mention the nacho fried and cheese looked horrendous. When I called I said "who makes your guys tacos, this food is disgusting and I wouldn't even feed it to my dog" I then got no response and they HUNG UP ON ME!!! This used to be my favorite fast food joint, but both locations in Warsaw have EXTREMELY SLOW service. They are very understaffed and it take 20 minute to get a lunch order. Went in yesterday afternoon and it was terrible-Wish I had read reviews first. It's an impressive low for a fast food place. While I was there, I saw four people come back in to get their orders fixed. I ordered a taco/burrito pack, and checked the items before I left. I should have been more thorough, but after waiting 20 minutes, I just wanted to leave. The tacos were cold and so soggy they could have passed as soft tacos that were falling apart, and had clearly been made sometime in the first five minutes. The burritos were fine. Screwing up the orders only makes you do more work. Worker who took my order was fine. Very unimpressed. When I walked in there were two employees at the front on a smoke break. When I got to the counter, no one was there nor did either of the employees outside come in to help. I wish I could give negative stars. It was the worst crap in the world. Food was pasty tasting and at best warm. The only thing good was my Diet Pepsi. I have never been to a Taco Bell and will never go again. I was with a friend who used to eat at them all the time and loved them, was looking forward to his food, he also thought it was awful and did not eat it all. I do have to say the staff was courteous and friendly at least. You would think as new as they are to Warsaw the food would be better. Do not come here. Their customer service really sucks. I got told by the associate in drive thru to wait twice & then when I asked to order my food or go to McDonald's I was asked to wait again. Is it possible to give ZERO stars? One location in Warsaw (off 15) closes before 8:30p yet leaves the lights on and the drive-thru lit. The other location had me pull forward and wait 10 min for 2 crunchy tacos. Horrible service. Would not recommend anyone go to Taco Bell in Warsaw. read more

This is one of my favorite places to eat. The place was clean and organized. The staff was friendly and welcoming when I arrived to eat on lunch. I ordered two specialty items made a particular way and a drink. I decided to dine in and eat upon this particular visit. My food was excellent and fresh. Full tacos and it arrived to me with a friendly smile from a manager. I have 0 complaints about this location and this visit was no exception. This has to be the absolute worst Taco Bell in town. Expect a wait time of 45 minutes or more. Doesn't seem to be getting any better.

I have eaten at this Taco Bell several times and have come to expect slow service. Today took things to a new level. I sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. I was on my lunch break at 12:30. By the time they offered me my food I did not have time to eat it so I refused. I would recommend never coming in here for lunch as you will wait for the majority of your alloted lunch time. There is a Steak N Shake, Subway, Arbys, Jimmy Johns, and a McDonalds all near here that will serve you in a much more timely manner. Also on previous visits I found my hard taco shells to be very stale. So you will be waiting longer for a meal that doesnt even taste as good as the other restaurants in the area. We just waited 38 minutes for a 12 pack of tacos. We were the 5th car in the drive through. When we finally got to the window they said sorry, but complained about the guy in the car in front of us. We asked if they are short staffed and they said "very" but 2 of them stood and shot the breeze during our long stint at the window. read more
