a man putting a shaker on a taco

Easily my favorite local spot for a burrito, torta, or taco. I was introduced to Tacos Jalisco several years ago by a friend who had been going since they started. Ever since that first experience, I've been hooked. Their burrito is huge, and delicious. At about $5, you can't beat it anywhere in Warsaw. I'm not a huge taco fan, but TJ's tacos are my favorite. They're served classic with onions, cilantro, choice of meet, and turnips. TJ's is a taco truck, so don't go looking for a full restaurant. There is a bit of outside seating, but not a lot. If you're looking for a great low-key, hole-in-the-wall spot in Warsaw, this is what it's all about.

Awesomeness. Carne asada, carnitas, and adobata

Really good tacos and tamales. Not the best carne asada but still good, better than most. There Adobata was great! Friendly group, very quick.

2 beef tacos. Authentic style with cilantro, onion, and lime.

Best taco truck in Indiana. Always have the best service and the food taste the same every time. Never had any complaints about this spot.

Piece of metal came in one of the tacos. And the cooks seemed very dirty and didn't wash there hands after going to the restroom.

My story: When I was visiting Vancouver, Canada, there was a street vendor who served "Japanese hot dogs". They were quite scrumptious, and I was jealous that the city residents could have these fancy dogs anytime they pleased. I am jelly no more. While touring the Wellfield Botanical Gardens during their special "Tulips and Tunes" festival, the Wiener Shack made their presence known. I stopped by their booth to grab a drink (a bottle of Boylan birch beer), and decided to return. Upon coming back, I tried the "Vortex". Ahh, the Vortex. What a fantastic adventure of a hot dog. Take a delightfully seasoned hot dog, add Sargento's provolone cheese, grilled onions, a dash of some raspberry something-or-other sauce, and pack it all into... a glazed twist doughnut. I know what you're thinking: WTF. Well, I guarantee you that it was most delicious. Also, the guy and lady who was running the stand were very friendly and helped me with recommendations. And I can't believe that this is right here in Goshen. I WILL be checking out their storefront sometime.
