Anywho, I order, get my food 12 minutes later, with one other person there. Realizing that I have 1 of the two nachos w cheese that I asked for, I go up and say. I ordered 2 and got one. Mumbler: (inaudible1) Me: say again Mumbler: (inaudible2) Me: one more time Mumbler: (inaudible3) Me: For real? I'm not one for leaving reviews for chains but this Taco Bell location is so terrible I had to make an exception. They're about 2 mins from Mountain Creek, making for a convenient food stop on our way back to NY after a day of skiing. Unfortunately they must also know this as the prices across the board are significantly higher than other locations. Even worse though, I can count on ten hands how many times I've been told "sorry for the wait" as I'm handed my food 15-20 minutes after I've ordered it. This is irrespective of how many people are in the store and/or drive through. I'm not quite sure what's actually going on here and there are years of reviews with the same sentiment. I'm sure the staff here are well intentioned but just can't comprehend why this is still a thing. read more

Computer ordering was easy - B Food was good - B Waiting almost a half-hour for food because the drive-thru was given preference - D- Those ordering inside, had a pretty long wait to get their food. Most were skiers were snowboarders who were here for the end of the season. Some had several children with them. Placed an order on doordash an hour before closing and they accepted the order. If anyone's ever worked in the food industry you knkw that you only accept orders when you know you can fulfill it.... Our door dash driver gets there and the employee tells him they're not going to make the order. Thank god we got our money back on doordash credit after HOURS, but TERRIBLE location. So the lobby was closed at 8pm for some reason so we use the drive thru only for them to tell us that they will refuse us service cuz we apparently disrespected one of their employees. We were very confused as we had no idea what they were talking about so we drove around and back in line until they finally took our order. (We just really wanted to know why they refused to take our order). We get to the window and they said we flipped them off at the front door to which we tried to tell them that definitely wasn't us and maybe was someone else to which they just scoffed at us and rolled their eyes which is just ridiculous that we had to get accused of something we didn't even do and had to pay for it by getting our food 20 minutes later than we should have. Doesn't look like much when you drive by this Taco Bell, but I was practically dying of hunger so I came in. The definition of a hole-in-one. Had the burrito supreme and wow... there are no words. A burrito with tasty beef, sour cream, lettuce, tomato and all of it fresh. You can add extras like guac and everything. Got the sauces to go. This location is in a structure that resembles a house, which I enjoyed. Living in the city, I'm use to the typical Taco Bell's that are all the same. Don't get me wrong, the inside was like every other Taco Bell. This location was one of the cleanest ones I've been to, from the parking lot to the bathrooms. The staff was friendly, attentive, and took pride in their work. The food came out quick and was fresh. They made a mistake with my cousin's order and quickly corrected it. Not only did they correct it, but they gave him two of the left out items. All this while being very apologetic. They lost a star for forgetting one of my cousin's items. Ordered a meal at lunch time, 12:30 PM At least 10 people waiting before I ordered, after 30 minutes even they were not receiving orders, so I asked for a refund. There was only one food preparer, at lunch time!!!!!! The store manager, the food preparer, after 15 minutes trying had trouble knowing how to issue a refund. He then went back to work and left me at the counter. Other people wanted a refund and they walked out too without receiving a refund. Called customer service and was treated rudely!!! Worst Taco Bell experience ever. Usually I come here and get a nice young college student and they make my order with speed and precision but the past two times I went I got two older adults who gave zero cares about their job. I've been going to this Taco Bell after Mountain Creek ski trips for the past 3 years, I do this simply because I enjoy getting Taco Bell and eating a burrito after a long day of skiing. On about 10 occcasions out of 15 times I went to this Taco Bell last seasons bud the 2 times I went this season, they have forgot the second items to combo meals, I got jipped of 3 tacos 2 weeks ago and got jipped of another 2 tonight when I realized that I was missing half my order as were my friends. Overall I'm starting a conspiracy that either they don't have said items and just charge people for it to get their money or they end up eating the tacos not thinking that customer will notice it. I hate using this app but this establishment was by far the worst Taco Bell I've been to and I'm going to have to see what I can do about my atleast 10-15 missing items and around $25 spent on the items.
