Never, NEVER EVER, order food here after 10pm!!! It will take an hour for anyone to pick up! It will be cold, soggy, and be made terrible! Got a 20 min delivery to receive over an hour later!!! Pay more and get worse food should be the late night delivery slogan! read more

I had one of the worst fast food experiences of my life at this Taco Bell. On 8/25 I went through the drive-thru and ordered 3 crunchy beef tacos and cinnamon twists. The tacos were clearly old--the shells were soggy and the cheese had melted onto the wrapper. I called later and spoke with a manager (Jada) who apologized and said to come back, they'd remake the order and give me coupons. When I returned on 8/26, I stood at the counter for several minutes with no acknowledgment, even though four employees were working in the kitchen. Another customer walked in after me and was helped immediately. When I spoke up, one employee glared at me and aggressively asked, "Do you have a problem?" The manager excused the behavior by saying the employee was "on medication" and refused to give me his name or the district manager's info. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I never even received my order, and I left feeling shocked and disrespected. I will not be returning to this location. read more

Taco Bell - taco stuck to the paper - Fast Food Near Me - Vancouver, Washington

Over priced for what you get and it didn't taste like the normal taco I use to . Nothing more to say maybe try a different Taco Bell

Say what you will about fast food but at the end of the day sometimes you want to grab some comfort food. You know the menu and all. This place keeps the kitchen and dining area clean and well stocked. The restroom was spotless and well stocked. read more

I've been going to the Taco Bell in the Hazel Dell/Vancouver area for about eight years now--definitely more times than I'd like to admit, lol. The staff is always super friendly, the service is fast, and my order is consistently accurate. I really appreciate Larisa, Kenny, and the manager Shannon. They always make sure my vegetarian order is fresh off the grill and exactly how I want it. It's rare to find that level of attention and consistency at a fast food spot. Thank you for always fulfilling my appetite--especially on the days I'm too lazy to cook. You all rock! read more

My family and I ate here and it was very clean nice staff and fast service thanks for the good service! read more

Taco Bell - Carne asada fries - Fast Food Near Me - Vancouver, Washington

Food quality is terrible. When you get flat back with broken shells because there is nothing in them. More than once no meat and it's a taco at Taco Bell that's a problem. We have had missing food in drive thru more than once. And the cost for what you get. The Mexican pizza keeps shrinking in size. It's just overall bad. We now hit up Dell Taco. This is new to us and it's so good. Taco shells are actually full and burritos are so good. read more

Awesome Taco Bell location! Drive thru lady is always nice! I think her name is Anguelica?! That was the name on my receipt. She's always nice and happy to help! I can get my favorite double-decker tacos here, too! Many locations are unwilling to make them, even though they carry all the ingredients. So appreciate this locations customer service! The food is always fresh and hot! I've never had issues with my order... and I always make changes to menu items. Drive thru moves quickly. Would highly recommend this location. read more

Horrible service. I am only one in the restaurant and the employees are just standing there talking. I ordered about 10 minutes ago and they are just standing talking to each other. They are laughing and having a good time. You guys need to do better. It is literally not busy. They all keep looking my way like I'm doing something wrong waiting. Taco Bell we need to do better. The girl on the left pretty much sitting with her butt on the counter. You guys are just paying your employees for nothing. read more

Taco Bell - 5 workers back there but no one is making the food. They are just talking to each other. - Fast Food Near Me - Vancouver, Washington

Got to be the absolute slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to. The service is so slow. My order was completely wrong and it took forever to get them to remake it. The kids were waiting forever and then when it came out my food was ice cold. I will never go back to this location! Plus there's better Mexican style food on 99 I don't even know why I bother! read more

manger was super nice. his employees were terrible, especially this one around late 40's or 50's hispanic woman. she was so rude (rolling her eyes and shaking her head at customers) and had no sense of urgency. nobody asked you to work here, if you arent good w the general public then dont work in customer service. read more

Got a beefy 5 and it was all beef no joke :( mind you there were a total three beefy 5s, in our order, two had extra sour cream, and then there was mine...a regular schmegular beefy 5. And it looked like a regular one until I took a bite. I have never been more disappointed. I do not wish this experience on anyone. But I will try again. read more

I love TacoBell for their food, and drinks, and their restaurants, but the service was Terrible, they make me wait more than 50minutes for just a deluxe combo and a soda, the sad part it's that I saw people slowly leaving annoyed, that tells me I wasn't the only one read more

Don't bother coming here. They clearly don't want business. I witnessed two elderly customers come in during my same visit and stand at the counter, and not ONE employee came to the counter to help them. One of them walked out and said "they don't need my business". The other just stood there until another CUSTOMER helped them place their order with the touch screen. It's a shame "customer service" is shit these days. Tables are filthy. read more

this place is a shit show I was standing there for over half an hour and I ordered just 2 burritos read more

When someone pays extra for sour cream don't just put it on one end of the burrito. I don't want all of my sour cream in one bite I'd like it to be throughout my burrito. Thanks read more

You might as well go to an authentic Mexican taco cart with these prices nowadays. Taco bell is not worth it anymore. Long wait times, spendy, Medicare food. Portland Jantzen beach location is even more expensive. read more

Very rude customer service. There's no reason to lie and say you can't hand me my delivery order through the window. I called corporate and asked it's not a rule that you can't hand food to grubhub drivers through the window. You're literally five feet from the food. I got people behind and in front of me and you act like it's not inconvenient to wait, go around and run in while it's raining. If I was the customer I wouldn't want my fucking food wet. read more

I can't believe I witness this! The staff and "Manager with his Taco Bell hat on backwards" lost two orders back to back in the time I was at this location, they would not remake the orders? One was a Grub Hub driver and the other a paying customer. Both told the Grub Hub driver the order was already pickup and told the other customer he was rude, not the case both customers were very calm, just trying to figure out what happened. The manager just came back in from break and did not witness what had taken place. The staff was very rude to both! I'm not going back to this location. read more

this tbell is in shambles. 20 people in the lobby waiting for their orders. the employees are all rookies. half the people are asking for refunds. the line is around the corner for drive thru. i'd avoid this at all cost read more

Staff working at this Taco Bell, managers included should be severely disciplined or fired! They Did Not fill two separate delivery orders and sent the drivers away having taken their money and then refusing to fill the orders. Not only are they dishonest but rude on top if it. After witnessing this we will NOT be back!!! Interestingly they seemed to discriminate against Hispanics but white people like us got fast service?!? And they were Hispanic themselves. read more

This Taco Bell's hours vary widely and the employees are rude as hell. Use to be open late, now only until midnight. Now that the hours have change, I'd you arrive when they close; the employees will laugh and yell at you. Not worth it....Management obviously doesn't know what they are doing anymore. read more

I moved recently and the old taco bell i used to regular, was very bad honestly, so coming here i expected little to nothing, but honestly, the people here are always so friendly. I work the night shift, so i usually come in at the late hours of night, and even when i feel honestly everyone just wants to go to sleep, they still serve me with respect and care. Customer service was amazing here, almost every time I've went. Only had 1 mistaken order out of the dozens of times I've ordered food here, and they didn't fix the order (because i didn't ask) but im sure they would have been happy to fix the issue no problem. read more

This location has been good each time. Good is hot. staff are friendly and prompt when making food. Would recommend.

Lol they all looked freaked out when anyone came in, they were super slow at making their orders. I can make 3 pizzas at the pace they made with one taco... they had no idea what they were doing and didn't even get anyone's name correct read more

Just updating my review . I am not sure why I continue to come here . I am disappointed every single time . Today the drive-through line is over 30 minutes long. Even thought this location is wrapped around the building with cars , I can see employees casually taking breaks in the dining room . I wouldn't be surprised if they are out of everything , and my food is cold when I receive it . Thanks for the constant bull . read more

how do you not know your own menu? and the moment they opened I had just arrived in the drive through. None of the breakfast menu was out at 8 am. I asked to see if they could help me out in which burrito I eaten last time. I told her where it was usually placed on the menu and what it had in it. She said point blank "I have no idea what the menu out there looks like." Do you work at Taco Bell? I then told her what it had in it and that it was a small burrito. What I got had one out of the five things I said the burrito had in it. ONE! Not going to this location for a long while. read more

I am not sure if I am just getting lucky or not, but I have been to this location three times now and it is the freshest taco bell food I have ever had. I am boring and just get tacos usually, but they are always completely full and very good. It makes all the other taco bells look bad for sure. read more
