I love Taco Bell! The manager here knows me personally, and she is awesome! She always makes sure her employees and food is top tier! Every time I come here I have the best experience with their employees. They pay attention and are kind, unlike Dairy Queen's employees. The food is also very cheap and filling. I heard a while ago they had maggots in their meat (the beef if I recall correctly), but I haven't seen any. I inspect my food each and every time and never find anything wrong with it. It was probably just a false rumor. When I go inside to order the tables and floor look freshly cleaned. Love this place! read more

They got mad at me and didn't have a reason. I called corporate. They said they would investigate and call me back. It never happened. I filed a police report. A separate time. Placed an order on December 24th online- they took money out of my bank account and was closed when we got there to pick it up. Called when they were open asked for a manager and was told "I am a manager I don't control the online ordering but give it a few days to refund. Also, when we were there to pick up our order there were about 6 other cars in the parking lot not getting their orders either! I told her I was going to leave a review about this and hung up. SHE CALLED ME BACK TO YELL AT ME FOR HANGING UP ON HER. So now she's using MY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO HARASS ME! Please do not give this business your money! This place is incredibly slow. I ordered one potato soft taco for a dollar and waited for over 20 minutes. This defies the definition of fast food. People who came in 15 minutes after me got served full meals before my one item -- an item that should take, at most, 60 seconds to prepare, even when busy. I asked them to check on my order several times and the cashier just looked at me and said they were very busy. They didn't even apologize. This is terrible customer service training and something is obviously off in their expediting since all the orders were out of order. Drive through clearly got priority. I'm so annoyed bu their terrible customer service that I will not go back. Total waste of my time. read more

I'm not expecting anything more than what it is: fast junk masquerading as Mexican food prepared and served by absolutely indifferent employees. And this location is usually the slowest drive-thru on town. However, today's dining room experience was worse than usual, prompting a review I feel is otherwise pointless. No one at register when we came in. We waited a couple minutes for a very bored-looking you lady to emerge from the back, picking lunch from her teeth. She stared blankly at us. No greeting. Just dead eyes. Drink counter covered in liquid. All over. No straws. Young lady at register missing again. Acts as if disturbed once summoned for straws. Tables littered with food bits. Young lady swings a cloth indifferently at them. Manages to other actually clean them. Walks by them and the wet drink counter several times while doing a bad job of sweeping. Guy emerges from kitchen and interrupts young lady taking order. Young lady obliges interruption and ignores customer while having conversation. Order was completed promptly and correctly, food was fine, but service and cleanliness are particularly terrible here. But it's the only one on town, so I guess whether you eat here depends on how badly you want Taco Bell. read more

I have been to this Taco Bell at least 20Xs in the last year....on the request of my teen son. Out of those 20 times ( roughly) we have had good food maybe 3Xs. When I say good food ~ I mean hot and made correctly. There were several times when we got home after going through the drive in and we got something we didn't order. The were also times when the food was not made the way we ordered it. What can I say... My son isn't finicky. I don't like their food and prefer to avoid it all together. Our most recent trip there was for their "bacon club chalupa". On the TV here it was advertised for 5.00-- however on the menu it's 5.99 -- still a good deal for all the food and drink right? No! It was nothing like the advertisements. The burrito and chalupa were about half the size as what they show on TV. My son was still hungry and he admitted he didn't care for it at all. My opinion....if you get a late night craving for fast food.... Go to Jack in the box for their midnight munchies meal. read more

Trash and food all over the floor, there's some kind of liquid in the lid trays so you can't have a lid for your cups, the cashier looked like he would rather kill himself than be at work dealing with the public... Not as good as it used to be. Seems that this one at least has gone down hill. The food was okay but seemed over priced as the burritos seem to get a little smaller every few months. Word of warning on the drive thru - I nearly always regret going through the drive thru, it takes a ridiculously long time, 10 minutes even when there is only one or two cars, most often closer to 20 minutes. Went there for lunch today... It's been a year and a half since I was there. Just came back from California. This place is nasty dirty! Had to use the bathroom...no toilet seat covers, floor was filthy. Not only that, we had to clean our table off before we could sit down to eat. In the past they had an older gentleman who would wipe the tables off, sweep the floor and even offer to take your tray when you were finished eating. Apparently he was the only one who knew how to clean. Because I was hungry I ordered a chalupa (lettuce was old and wilted) and my burrito had more sauce than anything else. It was dripping down my arm. Couldn't finish it. I will not be back here again!! The owner of this place needs to take a walk through with open eyes. Um, no. Hell no. No way. Inside it's disgusting, dirty, grimy, and unkempt. At least that's been my experience of the times i've been inside. I'm sure it's me, but the Taco Bell food of 2018 is different (tasting) than late the 1990's. I will never understand why they built this particular Taco Bell upon that little hill in front of the mall.
