Let me diss my hometown Taco Bell real quick- learn from Olympia's Taco Bell employees! I walked in and they immediately asked if I had an online pickup. I said I did and they all worked to make sure it was being made after asking my name and said it would be out in a minute. They ALL made it be known that my order was their biggest priority in the moment and that they would make sure I got it quickly. Did their job well. read more

I got to the drive through and the line was backed up. I was expecting a typical evening shift drive thru experience of long wait times but to my surprise this crew had that line MOVING. Got to the window, my order was ready to go. Found a parking spot to eat as I was starving after just getting off work, and the food was hot, the pepsi actually tasted like pepsi, and the meat to veggie ratio in the tacos was perfect. This was the absolute BEST experience I've had at a Taco Bell - nay - at a fast food restaurant. Literally. Firstly, the food was immaculate. They even threw in an extra Cinnabon pack because I was having a bad day the girl Cheyenne who helped me was very sweet and understanding. Ridiculously slow service. You order on a computer, even when you're paying cash- and then I went to pay in cash and they didn't have any in the drawer. I literally ordered a single bean burrito and waited nearly 10 minutes. I was so annoyed I considered driving through the drive through rather than wait inside since that seemed to go fairly smoothly. At least the bathroom was clean. read more

Well... I never thought I'd find myself writing a review for a Taco Bell, but here we go... smh. They have terrible attention to detail here. I just accidentally ate meat for the first time in over 3 years because they couldn't be bothered to read the "NO MEAT" part of my order, which was definitely on the drive thru screen when I ordered. Usually when it's clear on the receipt that I ordered no meat, my food is in fact, served with no meat. I shouldn't have to dismantle my food to inspect it for meat that I was told would not be in my food in the first place... I went home to eat, and got about 4-5 bites in before I even noticed the meat. It was in such a hidden amount that when I took my first bite, I didn't see meat or even any beans, so I assumed they just forgot the protein altogether. Nope, it was just a super thin amount spread into the exact center of the food. Call me crazy, but it's almost like it was intentional. Either they're seriously inattentive over here, or they have a thing against vegetarians. Who knows? I just wanted my vegi Crunchwrap and now I feel gross inside. Thanks a lot read more

I do not go to Taco Bell often but came here really hungry with the husband on a cold morning because nothing else was open at 8am and it was AMAZING! Customer service was great, the food was so fresh, hot and delicious. We ordered a Breakfast Crunchwrap no meat, Breakfast Crunchwrap with Steak, Cheesy Bean and Rice burrito and the breakfast Burrito with fiesta potatoes. Every item was so hot, made well and such a good price. This Taco Bell was so good we came back a week later and yet again had the same great experience. read more

update on this Taco Bell from 0 to 5, very bad experience last couple years but stopped by yesterday & drive thru was like super quick, dozen tacos ready to go from order to drive thru window after paying. Very pleasant reception, no attitude & slow service like previous visits. Also glad they took off the big price jump on supreme keeping it all under $20 for 12 tacos like it used to be. must be under new management or they listened to customer feedback, will be back if they keep this up. read more

The food wasn't bad today. What made my visit really upsetting was the treatment of the employee who was helping me today. He was really kind and inviting and made sure I was having a good day. I don't know if Cheyenne is (or ever was) a manager as of the time I'm writing this review, but seeing her treatment of a colleague in front of a guest, disastrous. I don't know if it's the binge-ing of UnderCover Boss, but this stuff opens your employer up to lawsuits. Love this place! Come here often and normally make some of the best Taco Bell you can get! Unfortunately my trip this time had some bumps. I tried to order both $5 boxes. The nacho fry and the bacon club chalupa. Instead I got the chalupa box with a side of nacho fries. The worst part was the unsecured chalupa that ended up spilling the entire contents of the chalupa all over the bag. Normally this place makes rockin Taco Bell but this night were off their game. What you did right: Front end service: Steven (or Stephen) at the front counter was amazing. There was a line of customers & he was pleasant, accurate, & offered exceptional customer service. Well done, sir. Food: The food was cooked well & wasn't a mess. My son even completed on your offering of the five layered burrito he had (& he's had many). Where you really need to work: First off, I was truly disappointed to find out the individual I'm about to make this review on was the Asst Manager, Ricardo, whom is also the one I spoke to when I called in right after leaving. Ricardo was standing around socializing, & was also on his cellphone on the floor. The dining room was a mess. The garbages full, tables filthy, drink area as well & the condiment area in need of stalking. Two things that occurred, I actually offered to put some sauce in the sauce bin because there was none. Halfway through my meal, when the dining room was virtually empty of customers, I politely went up & suggested they tend to the dining room before the next rush. Steven actually started to do so, however, Ricardo who was playing with his cellphone, walked to the back of the cooking area. When I called in to express my disappointment, I found out that Ricardo was the Asst Mgr. In that call, he stated he had been on a break (thus the reason why he had his cellphone out). He also stated after I suggested tidying up he'd gone to the back to have his shift lead go tidy. I advised Ricardo that both of these answers reflected extremely poorly on his management skills & customer service. I suggested to him to leave the floor when he's on a break, & when a customer makes a complaint, to be the one who responds to the complaint instead of delegating to someone else when he was the one called out. Additionally, I suggested to Ricardo that apologizing should have been his first response, instead of making excuses why the store he's responsible for looked disgusting. Shame on you, Ricardo. I rarely eat at taco Bell mine you this is my first review. I ordered the cheese fries 5$ box. I thought the fries were good just the amount of seasoning, not to much. It also came with a Doritos locos taco. And a regular taco wrapped in a tortilla with cheese. Pritie good. But unfortunately not very healthy. I went through the drive through and they were nice and gave alot of sauce. Too much actually... If that's even possible? Kinda slow for only 2 cars in line but I don't know how many employees they had working. read more

I've been well satisfied with this Taco Bell. I can grab lunch for less than $5.00. That's good. The food is not great, it is very plain, but the quality to value ratio is acceptable. The service has been OK, too. I don't know why this taco bell is getting a 3 star rating when it should be a 5! I went to this taco bell and ordered 2 grande meals. Not only did I receive my food in a timely manner but the customer service was off the hook. I can't recall the ladies who took my order right now but I promised them a good review. And how they earned it. If any management personnel are reading this it's the ladies who worked the swing shift on Thursday when the Seahawks were playing. Ok so about a week ago I me to this taco bell at lunch. Keep in mind I work at a different taco bell so I know how things should be ran. I ordered a crunch wrap, empanada, and a nacho fries box in the drive thru. When I asked about empanadas the girl said she had them and said see you at the window!? Excuse me I didn't say how many I wanted and she assumed I was getting one. When I got to the window I was handed my food. I got home and the empanada was burnt and most of my food was to, plus the lady forgot the sauces. Another reason while I will never recommend this location is the lady named "Mariah" or something was super snotty and disrespectful. Trust me I know how hard fast food is and working here isn't the easiest thing, but come on this was just not ok. read more
