This has got to be the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. They do not pay attention to orders if you add extra toppings or sauces to your food, and when you point it out to them they make you feel stupid or they act like they don't understand what your saying. This doesn't happen just once in a while it happens every time I order here. I've complained online about this location but they don't respond to you or even care otherwise things would change. If you can avoid this Taco Bell at all costs. Also if you eat inside the tables are usually dirty and trash on them, they don't clean after people eat at the tables, and the tables always have this sticky feeling on them. read more

For how much these employees get paid it's so frustrating when we come through and spend $38 because we're starving and love Taco Bell and we get the window slammed on our face as we receive our order. I don't do a lot of fast food, but was craving a burrito supreme today for some reason. It was the worst one I've ever had. Well I was suppose to get Spicy Cheesy Double Beef Burrito and ended up with some kind of chicken burrito. It was warm, tough, the red strips are soggy as well. Usually this location is a hit or miss, depending on the time and day. Mornings always rocks, evenings, not so much. But I do get things happen, hence the 3 stars. I placed my order on the app. I also had a taco party pack, which the kids destroyed, 2 box meals (1 taco was missing, but that is whatever as well, I couldn't eat anymore so at least it didn't go to waste) and the burrito. For a Taco Bell, this location does it right (most of the time!). This is my "home" location as it's closer to where I live. The food is always hot and fresh and majority of the employees are pretty great! The morning crew is awesome. They never run out of what I need, and the line is always moving. If I ever had an issue, they were awesome about correcting it, and making it right. Overall, it's a great location for friendly service, and hot and fresh fast food! read more

Probably one of the slowest Taco Bell's I've been in. I get the objective is to get the drive threw moving but when you have 7 people in lobby and 2 of them are pick ups and not a single person can stop and say "hey give us a few" or "do any of you have pick up order" that would be pretty cool. Rather their employees just walk around like their aren't people waiting. But hey props to the gentleman who tried to come over and take out orders before he was pushed to the side by his coworker. This Taco Bell is close to where I live, so obviously I've been here a good amount of times. Let me start by saying I'm sympathetic to the staff here, I've worked at a Taco Bell in the past and I know it can get overwhelming and stressful at times. Trust me, I know. Especially because this location seems to always be busy with at least 5 or so cars in line. However, this place messes up my order almost every single time I go here. Which is frustrating because my order isn't hard. Again, I've worked at a TB before so I know how this all works. I ask for tacos WITHOUT toppings, which means they only have to put the meat on the shells and send them off to get wrapped in the paper. No extra steps, just meat in the shell and go. It's like they always INSIST on adding toppings. I know it's a force of habit to make the tacos regularly, but I know it's not hard to put a new shell down, plop the meat on, and send it off. I asked for a taco today with only cheese, and what did I get? A taco with cheese, tomatoes, and sour cream. It's like they realized their mistake halfway through, and went "screw it" and sent it off to get wrapped and placed in my bag. Again, I know how stressful it can be sometimes. A lot of the time while working in fast food people are on auto-pilot, but I just wish they would be more willing to fix their mistakes rather than just hope the customer doesn't bring it up. Especially on an easy order like mine. The staff does seem nice, and I'm sure they'd be willing to fix it, but only if *you* bring it up rather than when they make it. It's frustrating because I try to leave Drive-Thru quickly so I don't mess up their times, which means I don't realize they've messed me up AGAIN until AFTER I get home. It was hard to order here the cashier kept asking us to repeat our order. We had 5 ppl in the car so our order was pretty lengthy so we were patient. I was very understanding and made sure to take my time each i said each order slowly and repeated it. Do not order using a delivery service from this location unless you like cold food and wait times that are longer than online estimates. Delivery drivers have to go through the drive through and can get stuck behind 8-10 cars making their orders and getting them prepared on the spot. By the timer delivery drivers get to the window to pick up food, the food pre-prepared for delivery often has been made 20-25 minutes beforehand and food is cold and freezes are melted. read more

Honestly one of the best Taco Bells I've ever been to. I have some specific requests and they've only messed up my order once, out of countless times going there. They're pretty quick, and the food is always warm. To all the people complaining, look at where you are. You're ordering a $2 burrito from Taco Bell and expecting it to be perfect. What kind of service industry people don't come out to inform a line around your store that you are sold out and just let people sit for a half hour? Staff is friendly, its clean, and fast most of the time we have been here many many times and this is the taco bell we prefer they make the food right and the way we want it normally in mornings we get loaded chicken chipotle grillers but with no sour cream and 3 cheese instead always comes out the way we want it and warm not burnt. 5 stars keep up the great work! read more

I ordered online, and went to my normal TB (This one) to get it. I messed up and chose a different location that was twice as far from me, but didn't realize it until their employees pointed it out to me. Dianna was very nice about it, as was her colleague, even when I was pretty rude and said "Well... what happened?". What happened was my dumb a** self chose the wrong location. As someone that worked in retail, if I would have encounter my rude self as a TB employee, I would have kicked myself out of TB for being so rude. They were so nice and understanding about it all. They made me a fresh order, and provided it at no cost and told me to cancel my order at the wrong TB I selected, and sorry for the inconvenience. I apologized to both employees. If this gets read by them, I want to sincerely say I'm sorry again for the rudeness, and I was wrong. It was humbling to say the least, and an excellent example of taking care of a customer, even when the customer was dead wrong. I want to say thanks again to Dianna and the TB staff for treating me as nice as they did, when I was the idiot. You'll likely wait for a bit if you choose the drive thru (I've waited for as long as 15 minutes). But I'm very impressed with how friendly the staff are, and how neatly prepared the food is - almost like it was handled by a food stylist, even when they're slammed. So, here I sit. Waiting for my burritos. I saw that Taco Bell has a new mobile order system, so I've decided to give it a shot. This Taco Bell is always slammed so it should take a bit to get my food. Completely expected. My Mobile order has already been processed as if they have already handed me my food, yet here I sit. So, hopefully I haven't just paid for air burritos. These guys seem dedicated to getting the orders out as fast as possible, which is a bonus. You can tell hard workers when they are busy constantly, heads down. The mobile order allows customization of your food which I will also be reviewing. I purchased a bundle of $1 triple melt burritos and made them fresco to remove the triple melt part of the whole deal. It should be enough of a curveball to show proficiency. 10 minutes later I'm handed a bag of burritos. These guys rock! And yes! My burritos are delicious! Not only do I recommend this Taco Bell for efficiency but I also recommend trying "fresco style" to relieve you of that nacho cheese and 3 cheese mix. Much tastier with the pico de Gallo! read more

I live near by so this location so it's suitable for me but not anymore. Every time I order here, they somewhat get my order wrong, either not correctly or they gave me something different than what I actually ordered. I strongly suggest looking into your bags & actually opening up your food to make sure they're correct. Ordered a $5 box with fries & I only got a taco & fry. Went back to have it corrected but instead I received a burrito with 3 fries in it, maybe 2 droppings of meat. That's right, TWO DROPPINGS. No customer should have to unwrap their food to make sure they're getting what they paid for. Also ordered 2 extra fries but they were so small portioned that when I put them into one bag, they fit perfectly. Not ever wasting my money or time here again.
