Stopped here to try the new Limeade Spritzer. Since I had a BOGO, we tried the regular and the cherry limeades. We utilized the drive thru and the transaction was smooth. Luckily, there wasn't too long of a line. The total came up to less than $2 total for 2 regular drinks. I would have liked more cherry in the drink, but I'm not sure if you're able to request it. VERY DISSAPOINTED. I ordered 3 soft tocos with just beef. It was very clear and was shown on my order receipt. To my surprise, only one out of three tacos were what I ordered. Been ages since we got anything from a Taco Bell but saw the ads on TV of the Crunchwrap Supreme and wanted to try as it looked like a nice amount of ground beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes in crunchy tortillas as a pocket sandwich. First, it was not hot, not even a little warm, next all the makings were in it but nothing like advertised and so the filling so skimpy that the thing was flat with tortilla touching tortilla. And no crunch but rubbery tough tortillas. It was even hard to cut the with a regular knife. It wouldn't allow me to customize my order on the app, so immediately after placing it I called and specifically told her my order name, the items in the order, and that I'm allergic to tomatoes and asked to please remove all tomatoes. She said hold on and then hung up on me. Well, my food all came with tomatoes. So I called back to see why this was and if it could be fixed, but Desiree was very rude on the phone with me, making tons of excuses, and even hung up on me for a second time. I wanted to get gift cards the ladies helping me has to get someone to help her because she has not sold a gift card in over a year. They then proceed to tell me I have to pay cash for gift cards seriously. Who Carey's cash anymore and why can I buy GV on line and not need cash. Paying cash for gift cards no way I was burned once by doing this got home and my GC had no cash value on them and when I went back they told me sorry the cards had already been used. We ordered the new Quesolupa, three Taco Supremes & two Cheesy Gordita Crunches. Ok..I get that it's Friday night and they're busy but come on! The Quesolupa was complete bullshit. The whole thing was mushy and the "pulling cheese" is a myth. The "cheesy" Gordita Crunch had no cheese on one side & the other side wasn't even melted. The Taco Supremes had hardly any meat, no tomatoes and half a head of lettuce; I don't remember ordering a salad! What a disgusting meal. People are nice. We are just tired of incorrect drive thru orders. While they are very willing to replace the items, it's a huge inconvenience and we are left with someone hungry as they have unedible food. When you don't eat meat and you take a bite of your food, expecting it to have beans and find beef, it's disgusting. That's the absolute worst. The potato items that many non meat eaters order are often dry/over cooked. The mini quesadillas are often not cooked, cheese isn't melted and the tortillas are uncooked. A quesadilla should have a grilled tortilla. We use the app for mobile order. All they have to do is follow the mobile order regarding ingredients. Rotate the potatoes more frequently and cook the mini quesadillas a little longer. Some times the food is good yet it seems more often than not lately that we have to ask for replacements and throw it out. This leaves someone hangry. read more

Worst Taco Bell and drive through experience ever. Woud give a negative star review if possible and I've never felt this way until tonight. I never leave bad reviews and even work in the service industry myself, but this place deserves one after the shit service and fake phone call "drops" I experienced. I specifically asked for no onions in my burritos, the staff made sure it said no onions on the screen, but the burritos all ended up having onions in them and I physcially can't eat them. It was supposed to be a comfort meal after a long day, but the employees were absolute garbage, and the way they handled the situation by pretending the phone kept going out is absolutely embarrassing to the service industry. The staff involved worked 7/9/23 around 12am. Will not be ever visiting this location or TBell again after this and will be contacting corporate. This is NOT the way this should have been handled and my order should have came out the way I ordered it.
