This is nothing against Taco Bell, we love the brand, just not this store. This Taco Smell's Drive Thru, is the worst EVER!! Before you pull away from the window, check to make sure everything on your receipt is there because almost every time we go there, they short us an item, sometimes two. Our family, especially 5 yr old daughter, loves Taco Bell, so we're not going to stop going there, it's just a hope management sees this and does some remedial training with his folks like teaching them to count. It still amazes me these Fast Food workers want $15 an hour when they can't get a simple order right?? You want $15, go work at Outback Steakhouse. In the five years we've lived here, this location has been full of forgetful ignoramuses. Wake up Dill Holes. As for Calvin's review of the breakfast, try some other items. The Steak Breakfast burrito is outstanding as is the A.M. Crunchwrap. I even enjoy the Waffle Taco he dogged out and when it's hot and fresh, it's very good. I'd never thought to combine a waffle, a sausage patty, scrambled eggs and cheese and then drizzle it with syrup, but it works. My big problem with the Taco Bell breakfast is if they want to compete with McDonalds and BK, they need to offer a BIG Iced Coffee. Drinking a Soda with eggs, isn't that appealing and living in Florida, I am not a big hot coffee drinker. The one good thing about this location, when they do screw up your order, call the number on the receipt and talk to the manager and your next meal will be free. Another complaint about the staff is the sign says, "Breakfast served until 11AM" and when my wife tried to pick me up a breakfast burrito, the cashier said they had stopped serving breakfast. When she told them it wasn't yet 11am, they said they were out of eggs, which you know was just BS. Two weeks later when my mother, daughter and I stopped in for breakfast, it was 1045 and they were already serving lunch and the girl seemed ticked off I wanted off the AM menu. Horrible customer service!!
Lastly, this a fast food joint, wedged into the side of a Circle K convenience store and gas station. The parking is neither convenient or close. You can either park in the Circle K spots which are usually full or park across the lot and dodge the cars zooming to the drive-thru, the gas pumps or the car wash. If you have kids, make sure they hold your hand because it can be like the old 1980's "Frogger" game in the parking lot. read more
