Went here with my picky 9 year old daughter. She got a ground beef taco and really liked it. I got a chicken burrito that was pretty good. Used the giant screen to order which I'm used to now. Only thing that detracted a star was the bathroom -- urinal was stained and needed a urinal cake to help it smell and look better. read more

Im pregnant and its 12:08am in the morning, the reason with me starting with I'm pregnant is because the night shift workers were so rude it flared me up immediately . As soon as my boyfriend and I pull up to the driveway i'm greeted with an attitude by saying " you can order when you're ready " . my boyfriend said okay she then responds a few seconds later much louder and slower with a more aggressive attitude " you can or-der ..... when you're REA-DY" . rushes me to order but then takes 5 minutes to take my card , mind you im the first and only in the line at the moment . This is probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to.. they've closed 45 minutes to an hour early. This has happened on several occasions... I have even seen the employees in front on their phones, and say they are closed at the speaker. I will ask for sauce on the side (quesadilla for example) and they try charging me for sauce that originally comes on the quesadilla, I just prefer it on the side.. I never drive away without thoroughly checking my food because I've never received food from them that ISN'T wrong/missing things. I only stop here if I absolutely have to. When I am craving some deliciousness Americanized mexican fast food I come here. This Taco Bell stands above the other Taco Bells in the area. Why? The service is great. The people at the drive through are very friendly. My delicious Steak Quesadilla, Nachos, and Fiery Doritos Locos Taco tasted very good and hot. Best of all I had no toilet runs in the time it took my stomach to digest my delicious Taco Bellness. If you are craving Taco Bell, but are unsure which Taco Bell establishment to visit in Michigan, give this one a shot. The building and interior is really nice. Friendly people. I absolutely love Taco Bell. I come here on days where I am too lazy to make something to eat. Today, I went through the drive through to order some food. As I left to head to the first window, I forgot to order nachos and cheese. I asked the worker politely at the window if I can add on some nachos and cheese to my order. I ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch w/ hot sauce. The gentleman typed that on the screen then told me my total was 8.?? I thought that odd and gazed at the screen again as I pulled forward and saw that he added another one onto the order after. When I pulled forward I asked if he had charged me for 2, in which he stated yes. I told him I only needed one. He then told the man making the food to just leave it there, that he promised they would need to use it later. I pulled away and checked my bag there was no hot sauce. So.. being that I was the only one in line I was a little annoyed my simple order got that messed up. But what really prompted me to leave this review was due to the fact someone else is going to get a cheesy Gordita crunch that's been sitting for who knows how long. That's gross. I've been coming to this location for years as it is the only one on my way to work. When I was pregnant I sadly ate it almost every night for weeks on my way into work. I can honestly say I've only had a handful of good experiences ordering from this location. I don't mind the occasional order being screwed up but what I do mind is being a customer and having to listen to people cussing and screaming at one another and acting in unprofessional manners that leave you feeling awkward sitting in a drive through. I created a Yelp account specifically because this Taco Bell is so very bad and wanted to warn others. I know that any Taco Bell restaurant isn't exactly going to be fine dining, but this particular location is truly the worst. Don't even try to eat there during peak lunch and dinner hours unless you have at least an hour available. A few weeks ago I went in with my daughter around 2:30 pm on a Saturday. I placed my order before realizing that there were a bunch of unhappy-looking customers waiting for food, about a dozen total. They were so fed up that strangers were turning to each other and comparing wait times. One woman said she's been waiting for a half hour. In the meantime, one guy finally got his food, but he had to ask that it get bagged up because he was now late for work. Another guy then spoke up and asked for a refund, which I was considering doing as well. However, it took well over 5 minutes for the cashier to get the guy sorted out, so I figured I should just wait. I finally got my food, open my tacos, and there is, I kid you not, literally 3 shreds of cheese on each taco, all three of which had badly broken shells. I'd had it and went back to the counter with my food, only to have to wait nearly 10 minutes just for an employee to return to the counter. I did ultimately get more cheese for my tacos, but I was treated like I was being a total weirdo for not being happy with the food. Despite this and other negative experiences, I decided to give them another shot today. I stopped in 25 minutes before I needed to pick my daughter up at her bus stop across the street. I sat in the drive-through line for 10 minutes before the car that was at the speaker finally had their order taken. I then pulled forward, only to wait for 5+ minutes for my order to be taken. In the meantime, the drive through line didn't move forward at all, no one got food. I finally had to leave and go get my daughter. Then, like an idiot, I decided to try running in to the building to do my order inside instead. There were 3 people waiting for food, which didn't seem too bad initially. Then I stood there for almost 10 minutes before an employee finally walked by and said he'd be with me in a minute. A couple of minutes later, he came strolling back to casually wipe down the drink station before finally coming to take my order. In all this time, only two orders--one dine in and one drive through--were filled. It looked like there were four people working, which is really not enough for an average fast food joint at lunch time, and it didn't help that everyone seemed to be moving in slow motion. In the end, I asked the guy taking my order--a manager, I think--how long I'd have to wait for food. His guess was 10 minutes (which I seriously doubt they could have pulled off), so I said I just couldn't wait anymore and left. I don't know that I blame any one employee for the issues at this place. Given how consistently understaffed and poorly run this location is, the issues likely start with the owner and/or management. In any event, as much as I don't like burgers and sometimes need a cheap meal on the go, I'll be avoiding this place in the future. read more

I fell yesterday and the doc thinks I tore my meniscus.... so it's crutches and bed rest for this girl!!! Which means I'm not spending time in the kitchen making gourmet meals. I passed out from taking my meds and didn't wake up until after any normal delivery places had closed. So I decided to swing through Taco Bell. I ordered the chalupa meal with Baja chicken. She explains they don't have Baja sauce anymore and during the third time of explaining. It, I say.... "Ok, I'll just take regular chicken." Ordered online 5/1/21 at 5:30 and charged to my credit card. I selected my pick up time as 5:45. I arrived at the drive-thru on time only to be greeted by a young man who said that he was the only person in the store and that he was not authorized to prepare any meals and that he wouldn't get any help for at least 30 minutes. I asked him how I could get my charge card credited and he said he didn't know how the app worked. I asked to speak to a manager and he said that he was the manager. I returned home and was able to cancel my order online but 5 days later and the charge is still pending on my charge account. On 5/1/21 I also called Taco Bell's Customer Line (800-822-6235) and complained. The girl there said I would hear from their mobile response team in 2-3 business days. 4 business days later and I called customer service again. The young lady I spoke to said she would once again send my complaint to the mobile response team that would return my call in 2-3 business days but I am not confident. I have had problems with this particular store in the past but I will not return there again. That's OK, I don't think that it will be open much longer anyway, considering the service that they provide. read more

I normally don't leave reviews, but this marks the 2nd time in a short span where I waited longer than 10 minutes in the drive thru after placing my order. The drive thru worker said they were busy and short staffed. Whether this was true or not, it speaks of poor management and uninvolved ownership. This visit I ceased waiting after 10 minutes and left without my favorite late night snack, chicken quesadilla and cheesy gordita crunch. We should all expect better. Overall, the women were extremely rude -- here's my story. When I came up to the window to pay, I was immediately asked to move to the parking lot. There wasn't anyone else in the drive through line at all, but I figured maybe there were people inside. I agreed, but asked if I could get a water with my food. It was almost humorous how baffled the woman looked at the window. She responded with, "You need to go to the parking lot right now!" At this point I was already shocked. Once the food was brought out, I noticed immediately that she forgot our drinks, so I let her know... and yet again, she looked baffled and irritated that she had to go back. While she was inside, we noticed there was an item missing from the bag. We double checked the receipt, and we had paid for it. When she came out with the drinks, I had my receipt ready to show her. I knew this women was already irritated with us, so I made sure to go about this in the nicest way possible. As soon as I let her know about the missing item, there was no baffled expression this time -- she responded with "Oh absolutely not, I am not going to get you anything else so if you want it, you better come get it yourself." and stormed back inside. The real kicker is, when I went inside, there wasn't a single customer in there; just the workers. I still don't understand what went wrong on my end of this encounter. Worst experience ever.... Orders a #8, 3 tacos and a drink. Also ordered one extra taco. Pulled around to eat and noticed they only gave me 3 tacos so i park, walk in with my receipt and let them know that i was missing a taco. No big deal right? Well... No. In the back ground i hear a lady yelling saying "Ahh hell no, i put 4 tacos in his bag." Cashier comes back and says that she put it in the bag. I said no i counted and there was only 3. So he goes back and tells the angry employee what i said. Soon he returns asking me to bring in my bag. Irritated now cause i already had to stop and come in and now these people think im trying to scam them out of a taco? So i go get the bag and the angry lady checks it and sees 3 tacos. So as she turns she tells me that im wrong that she knows there was 4 in the bag. So i said: do you think im trying to scam a taco or something? She replies saying it happens all the time. She returns with a taco and as im walking out she yells across the counter saying: your wrong! That set me off so i walked back to the counter and told her ill be calling corporate on this and wanted her name. She said her name was "bye, enjoy the free taco!" then i was asked to leave by 4 male employees. Finally i get to my lunch and notice the taco she gave me was so wet and soggy i couldnt eat it.
