I am at kent rd stow oh location. A gentleman named Jason waited on me. I had a $1.59 item yet he treated me so kind. A senior came in behind me and I watched as he also was so nice. Store staff was rude and seemed annoyed when I ordered. I received stale tacos that I ordered with no lettuce and had lettuce on them. The people in the kitchen glared at me the entire time I was waiting for my order. It seems like this location has been going downhill for a while and is close to closing. I do not recommend this Taco Bell. I went with my family and they ordered a meal for two it came with 2 crunch wrap supremes, 2 bean burritos, and 2 soft tacos. They forgot the bean burritos and all of the sauces. My tacos had hardly anything on them. We called and got the sauces and the bean burritos and if I didn't check the bag this time they would of forgot the ranch again. I reported this on my Door Dash app who in turn said they would contact Taco Bell immediately regarding the issue. No response or compensation has been offered by Taco Bell.
