The best thing you can say about this Taco Bell is that the staff really knows how to be consistent. Consistently closed hours before posted times, food missing or flat out wrong. I've never seen a place stay so rough for so long and through so many staff changes, leaving me to believe it must be a part of the training to be as abrasive and inattentive as possible to ensure customers leave frustrated if they're able to even show up. Every single time I go here there are issues. Last week I went through drive thru around 8:00 & was told they closed because all the staff but two quit and walked out. I went back on 10/21 ordered my meal (which comes with a large drink) and was told they were out of large cups AND tea (I am not a soda drinker but settled for a Diet Pepsi). I paid for a large drink with my meal which is frustrating. Also, every single hard taco I receive from this location is always, always broken and falling apart, It's ridiculous. My Mexican Pizza was coming out of the box and was really sloppy made. Staff needs to make sure they re including napkins, sauces and forks with orders. This location needs some serious help. I will stick to eating elsewhere when in Staunton in the future. Fast food or not - it is too expensive to eat out and receive crappy service or food. read more

So I go and order 3 deluxe cravings boxes and 3 extra hard tacos. They throw everything in one bag , no box ,they ask if I want sauce ,I say mild. They charge me $7.49 for 3 stupid tacos , get home no tacos and no mild sauce. Try calling them and it just rings off the hook. They do this every time. I am done with taco bell. No matter what this Taco Bell is always subpar. You ask for sauce you don't get it. You make complaints they never go anywhere. It doesn't get better there - no napkins, no silverware, mostly no condiments and a superior price that you could probably do better in a local Mexican restaurant. I give up!! Taco Bell is trying to force people to use the kiosk to order or the ridiculously complex app...when you go inside to order you are ignored...things I want to order are only on the store register, not the kiosk or app...I literally have to go through the drive through to get service then take my food inside to eat...stupid. The employees have friendly, helpful attitudes & I the store is clean. Food Quality & presentation has been great as well-Nothing has ever seemed sloppy or rushed. actually a decent taco bell! they've messed up orders a couple times but they're always very apologetic and i try not to hold it against them because i know how hard it is working in a drive through. not the greatest quality of food that i've ever gotten from taco bell, but it's good and it's cheap and it does what you need it to do. their soda mix is also always very good. read more

Every time I order from here weather it's drive through or dine in the order is incorrect. I understand it's just fast food but I shouldn't expect incorrect orders. Well let's see: the staff was EXTREMELY rude taking mine and my boyfriend's order and then to cut us off in the middle of the order just to start the order again and almost ended up over charging us more while the girl taking our order was a smart mouth and had an attitude. As we pulled up to window to pay, no receipt was given and before the girl gave us our food, she started cursing, bitching out her coworkers, and actually another girl taking drive thru orders cut off someone else in the middle of their order just like what was done to us. The main girl that gave us our food blatantly apologized that we had to hear their conversation and we pulled out of drive thru. As we started eating, we had no receipt. My boyfriend walked back in to retrieve it and they told him that it would be a minute to get and then told him that the receipt shows nothing except the total of the order.. THAT'S NOT TRUE!
