I've given up on this place! They have their hours posted on the door as being open at 7 am. Went there AGAIN today, this time at 8:50 am, and the door is locked! When they had their hours posted on their billboard as open at 9:00 am, the door is locked at 10:00 am. Yes their drive-thru is open, but I'm tired of eating in my car. I just went to the Spring Hill Drive location, I had asked for mild and hot sauce and they didn't give it to me, I had also realized that they were using a a tray with alot of melted ice to put ice in my drink with!? I was greeted when I gave my order, my order came out fast and fresh, and two employees wished me a good day. Because my experience here went above what I expected, I'm rating this Taco Bell 5 stars. I came around 3pm, and ordered a Gordita Crunch. I don't go to Taco Bell often, so I wasn't even sure what I was ordering. I just knew that I wanted something crunchy, and a Mountain Dew. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, and the staff treated me like like they cared. If I'm ever in Spring Hill again, I will make an effort to stop here for a meal. read more

Had 3 Beef Taco's Supreme last night. WHERE WAS THE MEAT?? A pencil thin bead of beef? Had to search through the taco's to see if there was meat on them. REALLY! Lots of lettuce and chopped tomatoes. I have gone here after every Planet Fitness visit (don't judge me), usually between the hours of 12-2am. Since I have not been in the lobby, I can't comment on an interior experience, but going through the drive-thru, it looks clean. If I could give no stars I would. This is the most horrible place! I love always coming home to my order missing items. So tonight for the first time I checked the bag and went in to get the missing items. I was approached by a rude girl (wouldn't dare call her a woman with her acting like such a child). She proceeded to throw the bag on the counter telling me "that's why he told you, you had another bag!" and walks away. First of all he told me to have a good night. I dont know about those other reviews, but i come here almost every thursday around 3pm-ish and its perfect there. I do prefer going in rather than the drive-thru, but thats just personal. The staff is great. There are times when they take an extra minute or two but honestly if you think thats a problem then youre too picky for anything at that point. Never considered Taco Bell to be "food" - the way they throw it at you like you're a dog and expect you to thank them for their service. Last time I was there, the dining area was filthy, and what I could see of the prep area from behind the counter, the food was being sloppily prepared and seemed unsanitary. You can actually ask the drive thru attendant if everything is in the bag , they'll say yes - with no clue. Every time I go here I always have to take an extra lap around the parking lot, because they always forget multiple things. Never will I step foot in this place again. Staff cooking food needs to learn how NOT to place cooked food on a stainless counter with no wrapper between the food and counter. I visited this drive thru location on a busy Saturday night. I was reluctant to find an extremely eager employee to receive my order. His voice soothed me. He had the voice of an angel. I admit, I was very skeptical of Taco Bell at first, only ever eating the small cheese rollup on the 89 cent menu. Then I progressed to the mango fruitista freeze, and then finally the crunchy taco. Can I tell you that I love Taco Bell now! And this restaurant is amazing. They just remodeled it, so the inside and the outside looks amazing, it really is not your typical Taco Bell. The service is great there too. They bring the food out to you! You know that this Taco Bell is good when cars are lined up outside the drive through. Plus, I don't know about you, but I love a good deal. And Taco Bell surely has them. They don't just have a dollar menu, they have an 89 cent menu too!!!! I cannot tell you how many times I have pillaged the change compartment in my car for a quick run through Taco Bell. Even though this is a fast food chain, the managers and employees really out did themselves with this Taco Bell. The before and after of the building, food and service is incredible.
