My husband and I stopped at this Taco Bell for a quick dinner. I got a chicken burrito and he got a stacker box. Okay, who hasn't had Taco Bell? I'm sure you're not reading this for my review on the food and flavor.. This is the closest Taco Bell to our house. Have we had issues here, like they are out of certain ingredients to make certain things? Sure. Have we had to wait what felt like years for a caramel apple empanada I just had to have? Sure. That being said, this Taco Bell has some of the nicest employees ever. Everyone always goes above and beyond to say have a nice day, and to treat you nicely. I work in retail. I know how hard it is to keep up with the demands of people, especially when they are in a rush. It is hard to be nice always, but I have never had bad service here, if it was something they could control. Even when I've had to wait for food, they always ask me if I'd be willing to wait, and they're always extremely apologetic that it took that long. Taco Bell is Taco Bell.. wherever you go, I'm pretty sure you're getting the same nachos bell grande, but their service puts them over the top. I can appreciate that! read more

I had not been to this Taco Bell in at least a couple of years and previously had had kind of unpleasant experiences. But WOW, have things ever changed. They are open earlier hours, and the server(s) I interacted with were super, super nice, helpful, and friendly. My food was perfect in every way also. Find any other Taco Bell. If you are lucky enough to find this location open the service is exceptionally slow. They appear to routinely be training new people per their apologies as you sit in line. The last three times we went to this location late(last night was just before midnight on a Saturday) we have been told they just closed early and couldn't serve us when their window states they close at 2:00. This is likely THE worst Taco Bell for food and service that we have ever experienced. If there was an option for zero stars I would have given it. They are horribly short staffed. Food was soggy and cold. We sat in the drive thru for 30 mins before getting to the window and being told it would be another 5-10 mins. The customers that went inside had the same issues. There appeared to be no management. Just two young guys apologizing for the slowness. We have always had bad experiences at this location but I decided to give them one last chance. Don't go there! Don't make the same mistake. Make your own tacos at home or go out of your way to go to St Charles. read more

This review is for management. Store is grossly understaffed. Staff were working so hard, but many customers were getting upset because it was taking them over 20min to put each order out. Staff remained positive and kind even though they were in a bad situation. Management needs to learn how to staff their store with enough people so they don't burn out their workers. This franchise is the absolute worst. They consistently screw up orders. A simple order today took 5 minutes longer than it took to correct it. The girl running the register had an attitude the entire interaction prior to the mistake....it got worse afterwards. This Taco Bell is the absolute worst. It is always a ridiculously long wait to get food, dine in or drive thru. The drive thru is far worse though. There have been times where I waited over 20 minutes with only two cars ahead of me in line. 9.5 times out of 10 they screw up your drive thru order. Something is almost always missing or just simply not what you ordered. I am shocked that after so many similar reviews this place hasn't improved over the years but it has been consistently bad year after year. Horrible. Waited 30 minutes without food. Finally got a refund and left. All the while friends of the employees were walking into the kitchen grabbing food and drinks. Hard to tell who worked there. I was the only one in the dining room. People started to come in. Turns out people in their cars in the drive through were getting out and walking in to try to get food. We have had really bad experiences with this Taco Bell in the past (I mean like a lot of them). Even today our order wasn't correct. However, the saving grace was Nolan. He was polite, attentive, responsive, proactive and couldn't be a better employee. We didn't care as much that our order wasn't correct because we throughly enjoyed FINALLY seeing an employee who takes pride in their work at this Taco Bell location. There's a really rude woman (seems to be a manager) who works here. I had forgotten to ask for their spicy ranch with my order, so I went back up to the counter to ask. A gentleman begins to help me when this woman cuts in and starts talking to him and then pulls him away from helping me. She is barking orders at the staff and then looks at me and tells me "You'll just have to wait!" They weren't busy, so I don't know why she was in such a stir. I waited for a minute and then went and just sat down. Never once did they try to help me after I was told to wait. Went to this location twice in one week. On Tuesday, the drive up was backed up two cars beyond the drive up, so I left. On Thursday, I placed my order, and six cars were ahead of me.
