A bunch of kids that haven't been trained on customer service. You can walk in and no one will be there to greet you or ask to take your order. The kitchen looks gross and all the food preparation area is gross they have ingredients all over the place, don't take a few minutes to wipe it down or even change their gloves. This place needs a a management overhaul or the management needs to start putting focus on making this a business that is decent. read more

These guys are so chopped, took 30 minutes to make my order and ended up giving me the wrong order and food was cold asf. 10/10 Taco

This Taco Bell is slower then the McDonald's in wasco. Im writing the review in the drive thru it's been 20 minutes. Don't come here.

Stood at the front waiting for someone for over 5 mins and finally just ordered on the kiosk. No sign saying to do that, just 4 or 5 people making tacos not paying attention to anything at all. read more

I ordered 2 double stacks. Went to pick it up and noticed there was one. When I asked them about it they said oh right your missing a double stack. This is what they gave me. An intentional wierd food item they put together. Check your orders read more

I ordered a Steak and Cheese Quesadilla and got a cheese Quesadilla with no steak. Very thin on the cheese. No steak. Stingy, stingy, stingy. For what this company charges you - you could do better by going elsewhere. These people lie, cheat and steal and the manager doesn't care. I am a older retired person on a very limited income and was looking forward to this splurge today. Very disappointed. What is it with these young people now, they can't get a simple order correct? This Taco Bell sucks. read more

The workers rushed us to place the order, and in the end the entire order was incorrect and they didn't include any sauce. The order on the receipt was correct but everything in the bag was wrong. We only ate a third of what was in the bag because my son didn't like anything that was given. $36 down the drain. Will never go to this location again. read more

I ordered a $5 cravings box. I was excited to dig into my cinnamon twist dessert and was shocked that they tasted like oil and chemicals with a slight strawberry frosted Dunkin donut like flavor (Iykyk). My mom tasted one and was also confused. Thankfully she had the regular cinnamon twists so we were able to compare. I didn't ask for these. Please don't just hand these out to customers who didn't order them. read more

I haven't been to a Taco Bell in FOREVER Decided to come here on Halloween night before heading home. I ordered a crunch wrap and 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos. The guy taking my order was pretty funny. He offered one of the cheesy bean and rice burritos of no charge as a trick-or-treat. He was talking as if he was on a TV show the price is right lol Not sure if he was having fun or hated his job, but made our night lol read more

My friend texted me this! This is insane! Even 4 tacos and 20 mf dollars!? Are you kidding me? This is a scam! What the actual fuck. Taco Bell uses cheap ingredients, so one taco should only cost about $2.00 and they would still be making good profit. This is wild. read more

It was pretty late when my boyfriend and I were looking for a Taco Bell and this location wad surprising because we just never really saw it here before. We ordered and there seemed to only be one person in the back so we ordered at the screen. We got our food and ate at home. My nachos barely had any meat in it, but was full with everything else. My crunchy taco had barely any content and was basically just shell. My boyfriend's soft tacos were basically wrapped but LOADED with everything he wanted. Sort of a mixed service here. read more

First of all this taco bell prepares food very quickly and each and every time i ordered from a taco bell on randall everything tasted very fresh and well prepared to eat. the service is amazing and if every other taco bell location had qualifies like this i would say the same but hey read more

Once again, Taco Bell on Randall in South Elgin has messed up. The order itself was actually right!! That is great since it's the first time in a year that it been right. But... our cheesy Gordita crunches had no cheese. Seriously, can someone at a corporate office do something about this location??!! read more

This Taco Bell should be closed They have have been operating for months with such poor service ,food and dirty conditions. taco shells are Stale and hardly any meat or cheese in them. Been going to the Taco Bell in Geneva on 38 .We have been very happy with their Service and how clean the restaurant is.Their food is always hot and they're very friendly and helpful. read more

Stay away from this location! The sign should have read "High School Social Hour", oh by the way, we sorta serve tacos. First of all, no hot sauce, second of all, they screwed up my order, third the tacos were not very good even by Taco Bell standards. My daughter and I were the only people in the place at 5:30, go figure. The regional manager should spank these teenagers and then tell them to "Open the soup cooler and make with the yuks". read more

I was the only person in the drive though line. It was 3 pm on a Monday. Not peak hours. I ordered 2 orders of nachos with cheese and 1 CRUNCHY taco. They gave me a order of nachos and a soft shell taco. I also waited in line for 10 minutes. Again not peak hours and I was the only person there. read more

Probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. It's usually high school kids that don't know how to work. Not to mention this place is nasty inside and usually always closed no matter what time of the day. Rude customer service and if you plan on using the drive through with more than 2 cars in line ahead of you plan on waiting a minimum of 15-20 mins. I swear the owner of this place has never visited it lol. read more

This Taco Bell is NEVER open. I used the app to place an order for pickup and it took my order and when I got to the restaurant to get my food (6:45 pm), it was dark. I drove up to the window and the kid working yelled at me "we ain't open". So frustrating. Luckily I was able to get refunded through the app. read more

There is always a smiling face at the drive-through. The service is great. You deserve more than 1.5 stars for that.

Forgot an item I ordered, went back through the line and waited at the window for it for a while (so they didn't just forget to give it to me, they hadn't even made it) and when I got it, it tasted like legit chemicals. I spit it out. Nothing was remotely hot or even warm. Cold tacos...yum. read more

Just picked up a few items at Taco Bell. We haven't been to Taco Bell in a while and decided to get it for tonight. What a mistake it was. Each item that we ordered barely had any meat in it. Like come on!!! Seriously, I had to literally look for it in my tacos. It was filled with cheese and lettice with tiny pieces of meat. My boyfriend ordered a crunch wrap supreme and it was the same thing. Like they took a teaspoon of meat and smoothed it over a tortilla. Not a single packet of sauce in our to go bag - none - 0!!!! To top it off, no napkins. Ok, well I guess I won't be back to Taco Bell. No wonder I have been avoiding it. read more

this was the most DISGRACEFUL taco bell i have ever made my presence at. a 45 minute wait for my cravings box with no modifications on the items. they also forgot two of my extra items i ordered and paid for. the girl working was nice but definitely clueless. my food was def had stale tortillas and also had random chicken pieces that i didn't order. at least waiting 45 min got me free taco coupons. but NEVER again. thou shall not get caught at this taco bell or you'll end up just like me! read more

I wish I could rate this location zero stars. The staff is absolutely horrible. They always find some way to mess up the simplest order and have an attitude for no reason. they are never open when it says that they are. I have gone to this location 8 times and every single time they are closed (even when they aren't suppose to be) and I have to drive to another location. Just last night I drove to the speaker, no one would answer when driving away I noticed 3 workers just sitting inside talking and playing on their phone. Save your time and drive to another Taco Bell because this location has the worst employees and management. read more

This Taco Bell is literally never even open. Like I'm sure it isn't the employees, probably lack of employees. But it's so frustrating. Pulled up to drive thru about 4:30pm. Sat for about 5 min waiting, about ready to leave when voice came on saying sorry we are not serving food until 5:45. Morning crew didn't show up to make food. Two points, why not put a sign on the drive thru so I don't sit there and this is not the first time this has occurred at this location. Is this not perhaps a management issue??? And this has been going on for months. And when they are open it's always really slow service. Last time for me read more

This review is pertaining to an experience I had in October 2016, haven't been back since, & by the looks of it the place hasn't changed a bit. I had been battling PTSD related to said experience so this might take a lot out of me. Here it goes. Undoubtedly the slowest Taco Bell drive-thru encounter I had ever endured up to that point in my life. The anticipation and excitement of holding a glorious crunch wrap supreme was drown out by the mind-numbingly long wait in a line of what appeared to be only 3-4 cars. 35-45min. Yes, you read that right. I'm not in the business of calling for an individual's job, taking away their livelihood, but there needs to be some accountability here. I hope my sacrifice will deter the extremely slim minority of people who look up Yelp reviews of local Taco Bell establishments from coming here. God speed. read more

My friend went here a couple weeks ago and ordered three things off the dollar menu. She got to the window and the girl told her her total was $3 and some change. She gets home and checks her bank account and they charged her over $12, was not offered a receipt at the window. Flash forward to last night my mom went here and got two items, both with EXTRA cheese. She pays, they hand her the receipt, she checks and she is charged for extra cheese on both (50 cents per item) so she assumes everything is fine. She gets home, opens her food, and low and behold there isn't a single sliver of cheese on her food. None at all. This location has gone down significantly in quality. I am greatly disappointed because it used to be very good. Do not come to this location. There are so many other very good and deserving restaurants in the area. read more

Taco Bell closed at 10:00pm?! Never heard of it.. Super shady!! I assumed the lazy employees were just baked, but unfortunately that's prob not the case because they were really crabby and rude AF. "WTF. Isn't it 1AM or later?" "Um, not this one" read more

This is the SECOND time we've had the SAME experience. It was as if they were forcing us on a diet or they were on a low budget. The burritos were only full 1/3 way. The triple double crunchwraps weren't even stuffed with "toppings," rather just a millimeter of liquid cheese and a biteful of beef in ONE location of the crunchwrap. The service was fast and the people were friendly, but when your job is to make food, at least TRY to take pride in your food-making abilities (or lack-there-of). The distribution of ingredients was ridiculous (rice in one end, cheese in a completely opposite end). YOU HAVE ONE JOB! DO BETTER! read more

This location is absolutely horrible. I went through the drive-thru around 5pm on a Saturday night and there were no other cars in the drive besides me. The person taking my order was not notating anything I was ordering correctly on the screen. Then another person came on the intercom and proceeded to take my order over again and was just rude about having to retake my order when it was their employee's fault. Once I got the window to pay, they rushed to give us our order and we double checked the bag because they rushed everything. They did not put three items we were charged for in the bag, we then drove back around to tell them the issue and the employees don't even apologize for the inconvenience, they just give us attitude told us to just go around to the front and wait for them to bring it out. We then waited 7 minutes outside for the employee to bring it to the vehicle so I went inside asking for them and they apparently just got done with making them as soon as I came inside. The employees were rude and lazy. Never coming to this location again. I advise everyone else to go to any other location besides this one in South Elgin. read more
