Place is terrible they hire horrible employees who don't care about the customers. This may be the worst Taco Bell ever. They messed up my order and after I had waited 30 mins prior in the drive through they tried to tell me to go back through to get it fixed. I tried getting someone to the door because it was closed and two kids walked right passed me and took off there hats after the acknowledged I was there. Mmm, nacho supreme. I'm already craving the orange cheese, beans, beef, chives and sour cream on top of chips. I also have been known to enjoy the pintos and cheese, tostada, Mexican pizza, grilled stuffed chicken burrito and the classic standby, the crunchy taco. I like that you can order multiple items for one meal so that you don't really have to choose between everything you want. When you go to a real Mexican restaurant you have to choose one thing and it's so difficult. At Taco Bell, I can satisfy all of my cravings. Sometimes I still go here with my brother and sister like in the old days and we order practically one of everything on the menu and just sit in a booth and chow down on our mound of food. This didn't happen at this restaurant but one time after me and my siblings gorged ourselves on Taco Bell's finest fare, my sister accidentally left her cell phone in the booth. I can't really blame her, we were all in a food coma. Anyway, when we returned to the restaurant 12 minutes later it was gone and no one had seen it. Very mysterious. I think someone just got themselves a free phone. Anyway, we knew we were all sort of culpable, and we all covered for her so the parental units wouldn't be too freaked out. They got it right and then added a bunch of extra crap. They also messed up my husband's order and didn't add the things they charged us for. They were out of mild sauce. You know how you don't run out of mild sauce is when you don't give people 20 for one taco. I'll even order it online and ask for literally three packets and I get 15. They could improve on putting things together as well because usually my tacos are spilling out of the wrapper or broken. At least this time everything was wrapped well. Worst experience I've ever had... And I have time stamps... at 12:21am I called this Taco Bell and asked if they accepted Apple Pay before I left just so I would know if I needed to bring my card or my cash(I only live 5 minutes away, but still, it's gas)... I get there and place my order(which was the new special they have going on with the cheesy chalupa), and waited in line for almost 10 minutes, when I finally got to the window, she told me the price and I hand her my phone so she can do the ApplePay... But after taking my phone inside to try it, she shortly turns back to me and says "we don't accept ApplePay through drive thru, do you have your card on you?" and with that I just thought 'why would I call and ask about ApplePay if I had my card?' But what I found interesting is that I called to ask about the payment method after their lobby had closed... and at this point I just want my food so I tell her that I didn't have my card but id run home and get some money so I can have my food. I left the store at 12:32am. And so, I run home and find some money(after about 5 minutes of searching for it) and head back to Taco Bell. I got back and I inform them that I was back for the food I had ordered, they tell me to pull forward and I start waiting behind another person. By the time I finally got up to the window, it was 12:52 am... That's TWENTY minutes from the time I left the window the first time and getting back to the window again... SO She tells me the price again, and before handing her my money, I wanted to make sure I wasn't getting the food that was made the 20 minutes before, so I asked her, and she told me that it was not the same food they had previously made. So I hand her my money and without saying anything, she proceeds to hand me my change then hands me my box of food and says "there you go" and turns away... Now anyone who goes to Taco Bell knows that the workers are supposed to ask us customers if we want any sauce with our order, but she did not. So I turned to her and asked for my sauce, and without even looking or talking to me she hands me my sauce and almost dropped it to the ground... The whole time I had to have contact with this girl, she was extremely disrespectful, rude, snotty, and all together had THE WORST customer service skills I've ever seen(and I've seen a lot) I've worked in customer service for years, and never met someone that disrespectful. If anyone that actually works there is reading this, she was about 5"6' tall, light brown or dark blonde hair pulled up into a pony tail, wearing glasses, and on the smaller side(not skinny but not plus sized). HOWEVER, the worst part is that I paid money for this food which she told me was(supposed to be) fresh... but when I got home, my chalupa and bent in half, the two tacos that came with it were soggy on the bottom, AND my soda was watered down, which I know wouldn't be from the syrup running low because the ice was melted and small enough to go through the straw when I drank it. So not only did they lie about ApplePay, they also lied about my food being fresh. The people in the restaurant weren't very friendly and when I got my food it was all smooshed and my burrito was so tightly wrapped when I bit into it it exploded all over me. Got my clothes all dirty and the burritos were also very badly wrapped in the wrapper so when I got them they were completely out of the wrapper. I won't be going back. read more

When we moved out to the 209 we honestly made it a requirement to be within 30 minutes of Taco Bell. My husband and I can't get through a month without a big tbell binge, so as long time advocates of your glorious establishment I can confidently say you have the lowest error rate out of San jose, san mateo, los gatos, san francisco, and seattle. Saw commercials during NFL games & we wanted to try all 3 kinds of Doritos tacos. So we came and got each flavor for each of us. (3x each person). She asked if we want supremes - yes - receipt shows supremes on every item. Not a single one of our many tacos had sour cream or tomatoes. Tried calling # on receipt & yelp, it is the fax :(. Would have gone back but it's a 30 min drive one way. Huge disappointment & ripoff since I was charged! At least my receipt also has a survey code on it.
