The food is fresh. But please, if you are ordering through the drive thru, make sure you CHECK YOUR ORDER! The employees are nice. But they hand you your order and say "here are your "x amount" of items", so you think it's all there and drive away. I've lost count of how many times I've made it all way home and had items missing. Just happened again tonight. We had 3 items missing. So since this is the only Taco Bell in town, I'll be the one holding up the line at the window counting my order and making sure everything is there. Other than that really annoying thing, this Taco Bell is great. I hope they get their s*** together. Sincerely, Devoted Taco Bell lover read more

Leaving review here as I was NOT offered a receipt. Just got done waiting in Drive-Through for 12 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. Shift Supervisor at window (Believe badge read "Brad" but DID read "Shift Supervisor") didn't even greet me, soda cups he gave me were wet and not wiped down, didn't receive straws, when I got the two boxes the lady just stuck them out the window, no "here you go" or greeting or nothing like that. Saw an additional bag and when I pointed out that I only bought the two boxes she just stared at me for a minute before saying "Yeah, those are sauces." Like I should know that, why not put them in the two boxes I ordered? Now... To be fair, maybe they were grumpy due to a car ahead of me, maybe that's why it took 12 minutes, but frankly I had a bad day at work, I didn't talk down to the employees or anything, I certainly was NOT treated like my money (or my time spent in their Drive-Through which is not supposed to take that long. I've done Fast Food in the past so I know their target times are supposed to be less 5min) meant a damn to them, and I'll be taking my money elsewhere next time. I wouldn't be so pissed off about this if they just treated me as a customer and not like "Here's your crap, now go!" Screw that. That's how you get (and deserve) attitude in the first place! read more

Not a clean table in the place. I bussed and cleaned our own table. The cashier/order taker was not professional at all. (Galen). She said to the assistant manager, as the asst manager was logging. Into the register "welcome to Hell!" She was taking the order of an elderly couple when she said this. The assist mgr found it funny and giggled. I used to work in fast food as a young adult and we never acted this way. We love Taco Bell, just not this location. Thought you might want to know. read more

Alright, I'm not a huge fan of Taco Bell, but I am a HUGE fan of THIS Taco Bell. Long story short: everyone who works here is SUPER friendly, and helped us out in a time of need. They even took us inside and let us eat inside, after hours, free of charge. I don't know what more they could do to deserve five stars! read more

Mmm, nacho supreme. I'm already craving the orange cheese, beans, beef, chives and sour cream on top of chips. I also have been known to enjoy the pintos and cheese, tostada, Mexican pizza, grilled stuffed chicken burrito and the classic standby, the crunchy taco. I like that you can order multiple items for one meal so that you don't really have to choose between everything you want. When you go to a real Mexican restaurant you have to choose one thing and it's so difficult. At Taco Bell, I can satisfy all of my cravings. Sometimes I still go here with my brother and sister like in the old days and we order practically one of everything on the menu and just sit in a booth and chow down on our mound of food. This didn't happen at this restaurant but one time after me and my siblings gorged ourselves on Taco Bell's finest fare, my sister accidentally left her cell phone in the booth. I can't really blame her, we were all in a food coma. Anyway, when we returned to the restaurant 12 minutes later it was gone and no one had seen it. Very mysterious. I think someone just got themselves a free phone. Anyway, we knew we were all sort of culpable, and we all covered for her so the parental units wouldn't be too freaked out. After all, I'm the oldest and I stuffed her full of that food. read more

The whole experience was just nect. Good food, clean atmosphere, music was the right volume... My buddy and I kind of made it OK for working class hogs to come in during the morning. There was just some old beaters drinking coffee before we brought that to blue collar eggs. Another thing that's nect is people don't really approach you at Taco Bell.. Like everybody just stfu and let me Buddha Box TFO.. Well that happens here, all while having full view of a busy intersection, centrally located AF.. It's nect. read more

Straight garbage. The workers are rude, the service is shitty, the doors are never open, the foods greasy, you can't order certain food unless you do it through their bullshit app. Overall a -5/10 read more

Clean updated restaurant. Staff was friendly, food came fast! You can sit inside with COVID going on.

Place is terrible they hire horrible employees who don't care about the customers. This may be the worst Taco Bell ever. They messed up my order and after I had waited 30 mins prior in the drive through they tried to tell me to go back through to get it fixed. I tried getting someone to the door because it was closed and two kids walked right passed me and took off there hats after the acknowledged I was there. I would give this place 0 stars if possible and the manager condoned everything that was happening and told them to call the police on me. Horrible horrible horrible read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. These people are completely incompetent and screw up my order every time. I ordered soft tacos and got taco supremes. How hard is it to make a basic taco? They got it right and then added a bunch of extra crap. They also messed up my husband's order and didn't add the things they charged us for. I realize it's fast food but that doesn't excuse this much failure. read more

They make me sick when I go thier and they are really gods food and drinkS and deserts

They were out of mild sauce. You know how you don't run out of mild sauce is when you don't give people 20 for one taco. I'll even order it online and ask for literally three packets and I get 15. They could improve on putting things together as well because usually my tacos are spilling out of the wrapper or broken. At least this time everything was wrapped well. The young lady at the drive-through though was very nice and I felt sorry for her having to apologize because someone didn't order their sauces. read more

I went to get Cinnabon's and they told me that they stop selling them at 11AM. I don't wake up and think "I want Cinnabon's for breakfast"!!!!! Yeah let me wake up at 7 am and go get Cinnabon's for breakfast!!!! Sorry, I'd like them after I eat my dinner! read more

Worst experience I've ever had... And I have time stamps... at 12:21am I called this Taco Bell and asked if they accepted Apple Pay before I left just so I would know if I needed to bring my card or my cash(I only live 5 minutes away, but still, it's gas)... I get there and place my order(which was the new special they have going on with the cheesy chalupa), and waited in line for almost 10 minutes, when I finally got to the window, she told me the price and I hand her my phone so she can do the ApplePay... But after taking my phone inside to try it, she shortly turns back to me and says "we don't accept ApplePay through drive thru, do you have your card on you?" and with that I just thought 'why would I call and ask about ApplePay if I had my card?' But what I found interesting is that I called to ask about the payment method after their lobby had closed... and at this point I just want my food so I tell her that I didn't have my card but id run home and get some money so I can have my food. I left the store at 12:32am. And so, I run home and find some money(after about 5 minutes of searching for it) and head back to Taco Bell. I got back and I inform them that I was back for the food I had ordered, they tell me to pull forward and I start waiting behind another person. By the time I finally got up to the window, it was 12:52 am... That's TWENTY minutes from the time I left the window the first time and getting back to the window again... SO She tells me the price again, and before handing her my money, I wanted to make sure I wasn't getting the food that was made the 20 minutes before, so I asked her, and she told me that it was not the same food they had previously made. So I hand her my money and without saying anything, she proceeds to hand me my change then hands me my box of food and says "there you go" and turns away... Now anyone who goes to Taco Bell knows that the workers are supposed to ask us customers if we want any sauce with our order, but she did not. So I turned to her and asked for my sauce, and without even looking or talking to me she hands me my sauce and almost dropped it to the ground... The whole time I had to have contact with this girl, she was extremely disrespectful, rude, snotty, and all together had THE WORST customer service skills I've ever seen(and I've seen a lot) I've worked in customer service for years, and never met someone that disrespectful. If anyone that actually works there is reading this, she was about 5"6' tall, light brown or dark blonde hair pulled up into a pony tail, wearing glasses, and on the smaller side(not skinny but not plus sized). HOWEVER, the worst part is that I paid money for this food which she told me was(supposed to be) fresh... but when I got home, my chalupa and bent in half, the two tacos that came with it were soggy on the bottom, AND my soda was watered down, which I know wouldn't be from the syrup running low because the ice was melted and small enough to go through the straw when I drank it. So not only did they lie about ApplePay, they also lied about my food being fresh. You best believe I'm not going back and I really hope they put a Chipotle where the Burger King is, then Taco Bell might actually get their shit in order... this is a PSA, THIS IS NOT MY FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE, IT'S JUST MY WORST ONE... read more

Slowest Taco Bell ever! Plus they constantly screw up your order. You would think for as long as they take they would triple check everything......wrong! read more

RUDE! That's all I can say. I went through their quote unquote "drive thru" which might as well be a drive by because I didn't drive through shizz. I ordered a jumbo jack and the tiny a$$ biznitch had the nerve to tell this isn't jack in the box. Skank I know this aint no jack in the box if I wanted the box I'd go to the box. So I order a whopper and oh my friggen god did I loose cool when she said they didn't sell burgers. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! ... food was pretty lit read more

This is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. The food is really good and the associates are friendly. The only thing is sometimes they mix up the orders but they always fix it without a problem. read more

When we moved out to the 209 we honestly made it a requirement to be within 30 minutes of Taco Bell. My husband and I can't get through a month without a big tbell binge, so as long time advocates of your glorious establishment I can confidently say you have the lowest error rate out of San jose, san mateo, los gatos, san francisco, and seattle. Thank you for your service. Btw this does not mean I recommend the breakfast menu, that shit is DISGUSTING, but that won't stop me from eating all the normal life sustaining items at 10am prompt. read more

The people in the restaurant weren't very friendly and when I got my food it was all smooshed and my burrito was so tightly wrapped when I bit into it it exploded all over me. Got my clothes all dirty and the burritos were also very badly wrapped in the wrapper so when I got them they were completely out of the wrapper. I won't be going back. read more

Very friendly staff and food was fresh...well you know fresh for Taco Bell. Loved it. Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Sonora, California

Saw commercials during NFL games & we wanted to try all 3 kinds of Doritos tacos. So we came and got each flavor for each of us. (3x each person). She asked if we want supremes - yes - receipt shows supremes on every item. Not a single one of our many tacos had sour cream or tomatoes. Tried calling # on receipt & yelp, it is the fax :(. Would have gone back but it's a 30 min drive one way. Huge disappointment & ripoff since I was charged! At least my receipt also has a survey code on it. Gave it one star cause the shells were great but every item is wrong even the phone #? Come On!! read more

The food at this Taco Bell isn't much different than any other, but the people were quite nice and they're one of the few places in the area open late. It's not the easiest to find (probably bad directions) and wasn't in my GPS either. read more
