I don't complain about anything but this time I'm gonna I went through the drive through late at night at like 11:30 at night and I ordered three hard shell tacos and they asked me if I wanted some sauces now I know that everything cost nothing is free because I'm in the restaurant business myself. when I got up to the window I waited 30 minutes probably more. She gave me three tacos and it had nothing on it except for a teaspoon of meat and some lettuce and that's it. I was so mad. They gave me two sauces and charged me 100 for them Like I said I don't expect anything for free but my gosh give me what I paid for that was ridiculous. Over the past year we had avoided the Taco Bell in Somerset. We tried them last week, hoping after the remodel things would be better. Absolutely disappointed. The tortillas used for crunch wrap was old & stale and had fallen apart and contents falling out. The 5 layer burrito I ordered ended up being bean & cheese, and cold. The tables, chairs and floor were filthy while we were inside. had to clean a table myself before my family could sit down and eat. food was ok and they did get our 11 item order correct. They had no sauces in the dining area so we had to go to the counter to request fire sauce. They really need to clean the dining room. I never expected a brand new Taco Bell to be this filthy inside. Took my wife for a quick lunch. First thing we noticed 2as a long wait to be served. We were the o lying ones inside. Maybe busy? The self serve area was a mess, the floor was a mess, groups of 4 or 5 workers gathered at one table chatting, their u informs were filthy and attitudes were poor. Among other items we ordered, were 2 Enchiritos. I asked for forks and one worker said they were all out. I'm not too fond of eating an enchrito with my hands, I had a few choice words with this mob of workers before I was kicked out. The workers reminded me of tweaker and I'm sure they are. I will not go back to this Taco Bell. There are other places to go with more professional 3mployees. I suggest the health dept pays a visit, along with the Somerset PD to check the workers for possession of meth. Good Lord! How do they stay in business??? read more

The few times I crave drive through Mexican, I've stopped here. Worst service, cleanliness and order accuracy I've EVER experience anywhere. After 2-3 times I'll never return. The Taco Bell over in Mt. Vernon is truly polar opposite. It is, by far, the best one I've been to, to the point I actually walked in after eating in the parking lot and complimented their manager and nearby employees directly. Not sure what's wrong with Somerset's location. Terrible management I suppose. read more

Ordered 3 tacos with grilled chicken in them and all 3 were incorrect. When I pay extra for grilled chicken I expect grilled chicken instead of the nasty shredded chicken. This place doesn't even deserve a star. I don't visit often but when I do they are out of the Dorito taco shell, get the order wrong 100% of the time, but last night has been the worse ever and I will never go back. First off, all the food was wet and cold on the outside inside the bag before even taking the wrapper off, the hard tacos were already so soggy the shell had split apart, and the lettuce was frozen and defrosting making all the food soaking wet and nasty! Lastly, I will not be returning and I will make sure all my friends, family, and my clients moving to this town or visit the lake not to even risk a chance going.
