Well, I have to give this one a three star for my last visit because of two factors. One they were out of Mountain Dew and Baja blast and two lately when I go the cheesy fiesta bowls do not seem fresh. The potatoes in the bowls seem hard and not fresh at all. I placed an online pick-up order, after waiting for 15 minutes after the pick-up time I was asked my name and they realized that they had just given my (already late) order to someone else. There was wrong Mexican pizza was on its side instead of laying flat toes completely slushed items were missing. Drinks were wrong. Staff had that attitude about fixing it. If I could offer negative stars, I would. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life. It always takes 30 minutes to an hour to get your food while watching employees leave to take breaks and assist drive through customers first. This is literally the worst Taco Bell I've been too in my life. Most locations that actually do serve breakfast seem to have trouble with it and this place is no different. There was no one at the counter when I walked in for several minutes and I had to yell back at that point to change that fact. Once I did receive my food it was all of terrible quality, everything that should've been crispy was soggy, several items seemed sloppily thrown together. Another huge problem I had was the cleanliness of the place which alone would net one star from what I saw. Everything was run down filty and in dire need of an update. I stopped in the Taco Bell in Smithfield as I was having a major craving for tacos. When I arrived at the restaurant, there was only one customer, who appeared to be an employee eating his lunch. I walked up to the counter as I had not noticed the kiosk where you could also order from. I stood at the counter for about five minutes before I had to walk around to the other side to look for an employee. I saw a man there. I asked him if anyone was working the counter and he said she's doing the dishes she'll be with you in a minute. OK honestly, at that point I should've left. But I didn't because I wanted my tacos. A very friendly nice lady came to the counter and promptly took my order of three crunchy tacos. The order was filled efficiently and quickly and I took my tacos and went to sit down. I open the first taco, took it out, put my sauce on it when I realized the whole bottom had already cracked and grease was dripping out of the bottom of the taco. So I open the second taco, and I found exactly the same thing. Every taco was soaked in grease. So much grease. It was literally dripping out and I don't mean a few drops I mean dripping. Extremely frustrated I couldn't even pick up the tacos. My hands were covered in grease, so I just threw them all away. I walked up to the counter, and the same man who had told me that the lady was doing dishes, walked over the counter, and I figured he was the manager. I stated to him that the tacos had excessive amounts of grease in them. I was unable to eat them, and then my recommendation was they may want to strain some of that grease out of the taco meat. He shrugged his shoulders and he said well it was probably the bottom of the pan and there's a lot of grace at the bottom of the pan, and then promptly turned away from me and walked away. Well to say the least, I was a little frustrated. I would never eat here again, their lack of professionalism, their lack of concern for customer service or a customers feedback is deplorable. He didn't offer to replace it. He didn't offer my money back nor did he even apologize, one very unsatisfied Taco Bell customer. They were literally out of every soda except Pepsi at their machine. They didn't have any soda bags to change either. They had no freezes either. The service was incredibly slow. After we ordered we went over to wait and had around 7 people in front of us waiting as well. Our food was incorrect. We were missing a taco and 2 tacos were made incorrectly. When we went out there was around 5 people in line just waiting to order. They need to pick up the pace on the food, be accurate with the orders, and have way more stock to ensure they don't run out of food or drinks. I went in at 6:30pm - normal dinner hours. There was a kiosk to use to order, so I used it. Over 10 minutes later, no one had given us our drinks. Our order got ignored completely until I stood at the counter to get someone's attention. No apology. 8 people behind the counter. 1 person was closing a food prep station and cleaning. 2 were in the back playing on their phones. 1 person was making the orders for the person in front of me, a Door Dash driver, and the drive through. No idea what the other 4 were doing. Not fixing food, not cleaning up in the kitchen, and certainly not cleaning the seating area. There was trash and food on tables, booths, and the floor. When I complained about how long we'd been waiting, the employee said that someone should pick it up because they had a customer complaint. While we were eating, someone came in and couldn't even care someone's attention to order her food. For a store with 8 people working, it seems ridiculous that we had to wait, that the drive through order took as long as it took for us to get our food and start to eat, and for a customer to be completely ignored. Decor is from the 80's...i know because i remember when it opened. The furniture braces are littered with food and residue from countless spills. They put tape on chairs to repair. Obviously the owner rakes in the income and puts nothing back in the store. One star is for the friendly girl that took our order the other for the food.
