And then when I take it in to show them there are little to no beans on some items and others that had 0 refried beans in them, the manager tried to gaslight me and tell me the items did have beans. And she tried to sound like she was clarifying by saying "well, they are refried beans", ma'am are they invisible? Because the beans were certainly not in the room with us. Mind you I'm Mexican and she tried to say it as if I wouldn't know what refried beans looked like. This is not the first time I've gone in there to show them their non existent protein. I think the management forgets how hard the customers have to work for their money. This is a $5 taco but come with very little to no beef. This location definitely cares more about their PROFIT than their customers. I've been to the Taco Bell on Jensen & the one in madera and they fill up a regular taco like if u paid for 2x beef. Just now went through the drive thru, 09/24/23 @ 11:20pm . I'm door dashing , this guy with a lisp told me to go park and he'll wave at me to come through the drive thru when the order is ready, he waves, I go through the drive thru just to have to wait like 10 more minutes at the window . This girl with eyeliner just doesn't want to come to the window and ask what I needed. Watched her bag up the order and listened to her say the persons name on the order and proceeded to stand there and do other orders. And when she finally came to the window, she gave me an attitude to say what do I need to, mind you I've had no contact with her prior to the situation. My hometown Taco Bell. Oh how I love thee. So far in my past 5 visits, they have yet to forget any of my items. Sometimes the wait is long, other times they are speedy. So we came to this TB since it was on our way home. The place was packed. So packed that we found a seating for four but we were a party of five. An employee of TB sat at the table next to us either on a break or waiting for her shift. I was a little bit irritated for this employee to take up a seat when paying customers needed the seating area. I had to clean the table for us to sit. Another area opened up and again I had to clean another table. I don't think this TB believes in checking the dining room for cleanliness. Other than that, the food was typical TB. read more

I went last week and they had no burritos no mild sauce no napkins. This week I gave them another chance and went back I ordered the new chicken taco there was no sauce no jalapeños and I was not told that they were out of all these things burrito Supremes with no sour cream I also was not told and once again no napkins were available at the window. She was so nice and helpful. Definitely deserves a raise or promotion. Was very informative when we asked about where our donations were going. She was even recognized by other customers. The workers on this specific day I came were unprofessional. I'm trying to enjoy my lunch break and one worker is on break and out of the whole empty restaurant, decides to come sit a table over from me and blast her tik tok videos she's watching. This is by far the best Taco Bell in the surrounding areas. The employees were attentive and kind. The food was as ordered and they were not skimpy on the portions. Finally, it didn't feel like I was eating a lettuce taco. We are inside and the dining area was nice and clean. The women's restroom was also very clean. Fast food? Yeah we spent 15 minutes for our food while the drive through was moving fast. We were going to tell them that we were going to take the food to go but nobody was paying attention. I did order a steak chalupa and I can tell you that it was a MISTAKE if you get my pun, the chalupa had pretty much no steak at all. It had been years since I had been here and I can now see why. This is an awful Taco Bell. Walked in at approximately 9:50 and apparently they don't actually close at 4 am; the indoor area closes at 10 pm. The employees made this well known to us as they were visibly upset, took forever to make our orders, and one of the girls even complained about the time once it was past 10. Two other groups of customers were also in there with us sitting and waiting for their orders well after 10. The manager was sitting at a table and would not even make eye contact with anyone, knowing full well that her team was extremely slow. None of the employees talked to us except for an African-American employee who asked us if we needed anything and then wished us a good night as he clocked out. Our order was complete at approximately 10:15, and another group inside got their order even later.
