I love me some Taco Bell, so of course I had to grab a quick bite w the family while we were in town. The atmosphere felt open and "self serve" in a way due to the lack of acknowledgment from the staff. Normally, I don't care as long as everything else is great, but bc we weren't using the kiosk (we had cash) we had to stand at the counter and wait for them to acknowledge us. Which again, isn't a normally a big deal, except they took forever. All 4-5 of them were focused on drive thru and "prepping" but it wasn't that busy. So I didn't understand. I called out and finalllyyyy, got someone to help me. Just holla if you need them, I Guess! read more

Checked into our hotel a little later than we expected so we went to Taco Bell for a late dinner. What a mistake all and I mean all of the food was so salty. We couldn't eat most of it. I won't make that mistake again. I do not recommend this location at all. The food was terrible. read more

Ordered 3 - chalupas $18 - what we got 3 hard tacos value $6 - so here is the bathroom code -12345 for both men's and women

My family refuses to go to this Taco Bell takes 35+ minutes every damn time we are in town just town just to get a beefy 5 layer and chips and cheese they will make the drive threw food before inside and have only two workers one person making all the food and one in the drive threw this place needs to either staff better or shut down sick of waiting 35+ minutes for TWO things read more

Customer service was non existent. we stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting as seven employees ignored us. They then began filling their straw containers without helping us. We ended up walking out without ordering. I would give them a NEGATIVE 5 if possible. Taco Bell needs to close this restaurant !! read more

Slowest fast food I have ever experienced. 30 minutes for 1 item. Maybe skip. They had 3 people running around doing nothing while 1 person made food. Didn't make sense. read more

Worst taco bell I have ever visited. Took longer than a sit down restaurant, the employee was aggressive and after repeating my order five times they still got it wrong. read more

Food was good for a taco bell and staff was friendly. I don't know why this place got reviewed so poorly.

I see the previous reviews and I guess we came on a good day. They were funny on the order window, our food was fast, it tasted like it should. The cheesy Gordita crunch was fine, and the bean burritos had a few too many onions but overall we got in, out quick and were satiated. Sure were they goofy young kids yes but they did us a solid. read more

Sorry ass restaurant can't keep a taco warm. Not even 5 min drive home and the burrito is cold and tastes like iron.

I stopped in Seaside, Oregon and wanted the Luze box for 7 bucks and was told they don't honor anything for Taco Bell as they aren't a Taco Bell anymore. They were pushing the chicken so looks like it's KFC but selling some taco's. read more

I see all the bad reviews and think we must have gotten lucky or something but we had a great experience here. We went through the drive through so I can't speak on the cleanliness of the store but the workers were nice and the food was actually fantastic. We go to Taco Bell back home in WA frequently and it's always good but this one was probably the best Taco Bell I'd ever had, seems that may not be there normal but as a tourist passing through we had a great experience. read more

So I am a cancer survived and I only say that because I lost all my teeth during my fight and I have beat the cancer bit that's not the point, I am not able to eat hardly anything because I had to stop eating meat , sugar , try to eat organic and so I'm in Seaside, Oregon to deal with my father's estate for the last few months and the only thing in town I can eat is been burritos at tacobell so they see me everyday ordering 2 bean burritos and a large water, I don't drink soda and I don't eat sugar if I can help it. Tonight I come in order the same thing as I have for 2 months now and the lady says to me " I have to charge you for a large soda because the general manager said he sees you get soda everytime " now that's a blanton lie and I would after filling my water put it right on the cou ter just so they can see I got water. Also EVERY TIME I GO IN THERE IS NEVER ANY ONE TO HELP AND NEVER ANY PERSON THATS SEEN ME TRY TO KILL MY SELF WITH SUGAR WATER. I told her that's not true and I always show you my cup and she tells me get out! Wow so now I get to starve while dealing with my father passing away . Don't eat here its all tweaker working and not one is friendly and all of these worker moap around like they have the hardest job ever. read more

Stopped by on our way through seaside. Probably the worst service we've ever received in the town. Absolutely rude and ungracious staff. We asked to add a drink to our meal and he interrupted and said we can't do that... We've worked in the food industry and know full well he could have just added it to our ticket that we hadn't even paid for yet as we went through the drive through. Ruined our day. We won't be back. read more

Just saw that Taco Bell is getting a lawsuit for skimping customers lmfao this store is like a fake Taco Bell they are not corporate standard. Make the drive to warrenton if you really want Taco Bell Lmfao. They are always stale , cold and the last time we got a simple taco it had literally zero meat. They should just shut down and replace this spot with another place hahaha read more

What's in this photo you ask? Just a sprinkle of poison and disappointment. Have had this happen more often than not unfortunately. Life happens though, Shoganai.‍ other than the tomato issues the food is good and the staff is helpful. It's fast food. ||-// read more

Taco Bell - Poison lol - Fast Food Near Me - Seaside, Oregon

Workers were super friendly! Our order was correct. The friendly guy at the window looked like he was doing the job of 3 people, looks like they could use more staff but then again it's Taco Bell. Food was mid but satisfied a craving. read more

I would give less stars if possible. How does Taco Bell charge for hot sauce packets?? I have never heard of this! They refused to give me hot sauce unless I paid for it . 10 cents a packet. Not to mention, they forgot 3 of my items!!! Worst service ever. Rude. read more

Horrible you order your food wait forever for you food and then.... those mother f***ers only gave me 1/2 my food and some of the burritos were wrong they need to get their shit together or close the doors. This has happened multiple times, read more

Complete trash spent $13 for food that was worth nothing. It was cold nasty and the lady wanted to charge me $.43 for a water. I'm glad I'm on vacation, in a good mood and on no schedule. 40 minute wait from ordering to getting food. Order was wrong (got sour cream when asked for none, two potato orders instead of one, food was cold and soggy, forgot my drink--- BUT the cashier saved the day with his great attitude! Super friendly-corrected the order (missing drink) with no issue and even there in a few free cookies for the wait. He was incredibly stressed, but remained really friendly-kudos to him read more

We waited for 45 minutes in the drive up. Only about 5 cars before us. They forgot items in our order and half the food was cold and wrong. We waited for so long we didn't care and just ate it. 3 employees were just chilling and playing around at the drive up window while we waited a good 10 minutes for our bag of just 5 items for Taco Bell. They brought our sauce packs in their shirt to the window and dumped them in the bag from their shirt super weird . Seems like a bunch of teenagers who aren't being managed properly. read more

absolutely vile. keeping my taco from falling apart was more difficult then getting through my divorce!! I can't even fathom how someone even had the courage to serve that to me. These people should NOT be making food, the manager was bitchy and looked stoned DO NOT even think about coming to this establishment. read more

On my way to cannon beach at 10:30pm i saw this Taco Bell on Yelp and it said it was open until 1am and it was 2 minutes from me. We pulled in and drove to the drive thru and the lights were turned off. A young gentleman was walking out of the backdoor so i decided to ask what was going on. He said "sorry dude, we are closed" and then he put his headphones in and started walking away. I didn't really care because McDonald's was open still so I grabbed food there. I know my $10 meal doesn't really matter to you but maybe I will save someone's night by not driving all the way to be let down by a closed business. read more

This is a kfc/taco bell combo store. Not always the cleanest store. Always looking for help. I don't think they pay employees very much. My biggest gripe are their prices... because, I guess, we're in a tourist area for three months out of twelve, the prices are 20% higher than stores elsewhere and the food isn't that good. Also, be sure to check takeout orders before leaving. I've been shorted my last two visits. read more

Why such bad reviews? It's Taco Bell. You know what you are getting into. I never had any problem with the service here. My food was always as expected. read more

Ya it's a Taco Bell so I should expect much but each time I've stopped here they have forgotten part of the order. Not that a bean burrito and two crunchy tacos are hard to remember. Hell, they even forgot to prepare the order after taking it a few moments before one. I had to ask them why it was taking so long for the order. The person who took the order didn't even remember that I ordered something. I had to show them the receipt for them to prepare the order. The last time the cashier seemed so bummed out about taking peoples orders I even wondered why she was there. The KFC side isn't any better because the same people work both sides of the business. If you're hungry and really need to grab a quick bite go through drive through and head down the road. Going inside really isn't worth it. Just goes to show not all Taco Bells are created equal. read more

Taco Bell - Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Seaside, Oregon

This Taco Bell is literally the worst. They have messed up my order every single time over the last month. Don't go here. They've forgotten a total of 6 items as of late and totally gave us the wrong order. I've lost so much money and tonight I won't be eating dinner, period, because all of my items that shouldn't have meat in them do. We called about the problem, which we never do we let all other things slide even though we paid for items we never received, and they just said they were sorry they had a bad day. I get that, but this is ridiculous. read more

The chicken was good but the place had dirty counters and out of all the employees there nothing was getting cleaned. When we first walked in I noticed an employee sitting on a bench right by the door and the sticker clearly says must be at least 10 feet away when smoking. While ordering 2 more employees went out to the same bench smoking. Bad service and filthy inside, not going back, ever... read more

OK, my friend has the world's smallest bladder. So small in fact, that we can name every place to pee from Astoria to Florence along Hwy 101. When her pipes start singing "Urethra" Franklin, she wants to stop like yesterday to "void where not prohibited." As much as she needed to use the facilities, she did an instant turn around and walked back out to the car saying the lavatory was as disgustingly dirty as the dining room. Thankfully, we found another spot. I think if a place isn't worthy enough to urinate in due to lack of cleanliness, would you really want to eat there? GROSS!! Mental note is made. If you want Taco Bell, there is a brand spanking new one about 15 minutes up the road in Warrenton (by Costco) just off Hwy 101. read more

After a long day at the beach we wanted a quick meal to eat on the drive home so we stopped at the nearest taco bell. You may ask, what in the world was wrong with this place? Why are you writing such a detailed review? Well everything went horribly. Besides the cute workers there isn't anything to shine a positive light on. First off, they got our order wrong so we told them what we actually ordered and messed it up so bad. We ordered a loaded nacho fry and they gave us a normal nacho fry. The price difference is everything. So we told them this wasn't what we ordered so they remade it. Or so we thought. They gave us a freaking burrito. They got it wrong again. We were so fed up with how wrong they got our simple order that we didn't even ask them to remake it. It was embarrassing on their part. I am absolutely baffled. We thought that it was a one time thing until a friend, who was right behind us, also got his order wrong. The same way we got ours wrong. Something that confused me is that they basically ripped us off by giving us a item that was cheaper that what we ordered. Two times. Are they trying to cheat us out? That's sus bro. And I am very mad. Furious even. What has Taco Bell came to? This is America and we should get what we order. The land of the free and the land of dreams should mean that my dream of getting a loaded nacho fry should be fulfilled. This cheating and lying scandal in this Taco Bell HAS to be stopped. On a side note I got a chicken sandwich from the KFC attached to it and it was very good. Get the KFC because they didn't mess up my order. read more

Normally don't write reviews but this place is the worst. Especially the customer service, every time I'm there I get a snarky comment about what I order or pretty much anything. I know it's just fast food but geez you guys want to get paid 15$? Wish I could put a negative rating. The food was the worst I've ever seen from these chains. read more

Food was excellent but customer service on the other hand made my family wanna drive off. Lady had such a bad attitude like she didn't care about what she was doing. Slowest service i have ever received... been in like 20 minutes and still havent ordered.

This is one of the worst Taco Bell's I've been to. They always get the food wrong, don't provide cutlery, etc. waited 30 mins in the drive through for the dude to have attitude and tell us the car one ahead of us was only sitting at the window 10 mins what about the 10 mins they ordered and all the cars before them..? Ridiculous. awful customer service. read more

Absolutley the worst customer service I have ever gotten. From the order board to getting our food. No thank you, no greeting, nothing. Handed the kid my card, he took it, ran it, and gave me the receipt without a single word. Did ask if I wanted sauce, as soon as the word "no" came out of my mouth he slammed the window shut. After a reasonable wait the window opened and he basically thew the bag into my lap, then slammed the window shut again. read more

Ate there on Wednesday for lunch. 2 different people, who live in different households, hadn't eaten the same things at all, except for this. Within 20-30 minutes of eating, we were both extremely sick, throwing up, extreme nausea. Called to just let them know, and was told it was in no way possible for it to be from them, had to have been from something else we ate. Highly unlikely, considering we hadn't eaten the same foods. Have been fine since that evening, and no one else has been sick, so a virus is also unlikely. Not planning on going back. read more
