We were lured here because of the high reviews, and because we were looking for the best fish taco in Seaside. It is not here. There was a tiny piece of grilled fish, but it was EXTREMELY salty. Served with some tasty pico, but so salty it was almost inedible. We also ordered a chicken and a Carne Asada burrito. My burrito was labeled "asado." Partners was labeled chicken. As I ate my burrito, I thought "well, they must put all the meat in the bottom". I found a half inch cube of what I thought looked like chicken. Never found any steak. Asked my partner if he had gotten to any meat yet, and he said not until he ate about halfway down. Then he found both chicken and Carne Asada. So, my vegetarian burrito was tasty with the components - rice, beans, refried, lettuce, and pico, but I did NOT want a vegetarian burrito! They must have put both types of meat on my partner's burrito. Very disappointing. Just careless. read more

This place is pretty new. I had to try it because I love Mexican food, and I wasn't disappointed. Everything is made to order, and a lot of the items are made by hand. In a local comparison, I think their prices are pretty consistently lower. UPDATE: I've been going here really often for take out during the virus lockdown. To me the best thing they serve is a six dollar Asada burrito. I ask for diced jalapeños inside it, and it is just the perfect hotness. Also the habanero salsa, while super hot is very delicious. I usually stop by here when I can. It's my favorite taco place at the beach. Great price. I usually get the enchilada plate which has a side of potato and carrots, a chicken leg, and 5 enchiladas for 10 bucks. Can't beat that price. I normally add two tacos on the side and give the chicken leg for the enchiladas to my husband. The shredded chicken tacos aren't the best I ever had but they are filled good and fresh. Their chronizo on the other hand is great! They have this hot sauce that me and my husband call the "ahhh!! Ouch" sauce. I am a hot sauce collector so when a hot sauce can make me sweat, you KNOW it is a good sauce. I am addicted to it. Either way this place is great and I love recommending it to people! read more

Stopped in the new Taqueria for lunch today. Ordered the Carne Asada nacho's. Received a plate of tortilla chips with some sort of barely melted white cheese, a sprinkle of carne asada beef, a drizzle of some sort of white sauce, some sliced pickled jalapeños and a ton of chopped cilantro. No salsa, no sour cream, no guacamole, no beans. Very dry and unimpressive. Granted it was only $7.00 but they would be better off raising the price a bit and adding more ingredients. ROBBED ME OVER 100$ owner was so rude. in the drive through I hit a tiny planter used as divider, and the owner threatened to call the cops on me if I didn't pay him $80 so I did, then he still threatened to call the cops on me again after I gave him the money.
