Service is pretty good for a busy Taco Bell. Usually I come here with friends after the club and they are cool about you coming in right up to 2 am. They deal with so many characters at that time though. The last 2 times I went, they had to deal with some angry people or just with rude customers and they were able to stay professional and respectful. They make sure you have everything you ordered which is pretty rare for a Taco Bell let's be honest, and they try to keep everyone safe. Some angry drunk person was touching all the drinks because they were arguing with staff so staff made sure to make us new drinks. The only thing is a few homeless people hang out in there. I really never thought the day would come where I'd be writing a review for a Taco Bell experience!! First time at a Taco Bell Cantina and most likely my last time. I think I'll just stick with my regular drive-thru location from now on. Our order was completely wrong, and the two drinks we ordered were honestly disgusting and completely watered down. The food itself was just ehh, nothing special. The workers also looked like they didn't want to be there or weren't happy to serve customers. It felt like they were just trying to get through the rush, and mistakes were being made left and right. The manager, I assume, was telling customers that the bar was closed and that they had to order through the kiosks. So what's the point of having a bar if you're not going to have a bartender actually serving drinks? Overall, really disappointed with this experience. I don't know what kind of training is happening at this location, but I've been here multiple times only to get terrible service and cold, soggy tacos. I utilize the mobile app to order ahead. Whenever I went to pick up my order, the workers would give me different information about my food, leaving me waiting for 15 min more than necessary to get my food. By the time I get it, it's already cold and soggy. The food would be sitting there the entire time ready, but they tell me to wait for it at the locker outside. Makes no sense if I'm standing in front of them, the food is in sight, and I still have to go over to a locker, only for them to never put it in there! Then when I go back inside after waiting 15 min, another worker will hand me my food saying it was there the entire time and that it was a window pick up like I'm the one in the wrong! This is the most ridiculous service system I've ever encountered. Stopped by the Taco Bell Cantina and it was definitely a unique twist on a classic fast food spot. The location feels a bit different from your typical Taco Bell and has a fun lively atmosphere. The coolest thing about this location is that serve alcoholic slushies, which you definitely don't see at most Taco Bell locations. It was fun to grab the usual Taco Bell favorites while also trying a frozen drink. I would like to note you can drink them outside of the restaurant! Probably the fanciest Taco Bell in the Bay Area comparable to the one in Pacifica that everyone loves, but without the cool views. People really only come here for the cheap eats and the boozy slushies. Be prepared for a slight increase in prices, say about 10% more, but I think its worth it for the ambiance. And by ambiance I mean thay Taco Bell purple weird decor. Tried their new cheese beef dip and their potato and beef burrito, nothing great, tastes like a regular Taco Bell to me. It was pretty busy at 6pm on a Saturday, especially since it's near Fisherman's Wharf. I'm glad that they had a bunch of kiosks available to place orders because I'm sure it would be a headache to have to wait in line. We ordered a few items and my favorites were the nachos, cantina crispy chicken taco, and nacho fries. We also ordered a Premium Tequila Strawberry Margarita and it was a vibe drinking it since the bottle reminded me of Fat Tuesdays. WHY IS THE MUSIC SO LOUD?!?!? That was my first and only thought walking into club Taco Bell. The music is so loud, you can't even hear the employees call your order. Clearly this shows my old age. So excited that there's a Taco Bell in the area (especially a Cantina!) literally been manifesting this haha. There's a bunch of kiosks where you can order your food and a pick up counter once your food is ready. We got our food fairly quickly, found seats without issues (even with a good amount of people inside). There's a bar area with 5 TVs so you can watch sports while having a drink and enjoying some good ol food. They also have non-alcoholic freeze drinks too. We got the Mango freeze and it was a 10/10. This is a good Taco Bell Cantina. They have a slightly different menu and has Taco Bell merchandise. Ordering can be done at the self kiosk. On my first try, the touchscreen crash. I had to use another kiosk. The restaurant was busy. Only a few tables were available. It took about 20 minutes for my drinks to come out. It was two margaritas at $9.50 each. After 20 minutes, I asked about my drinks. The worker said to go to the bar. The bartender hasn't started on them yet. She should check on the orders more often or hire more bartenders. This tbell is chaotic in all the ways tbell should be--it is loud, a little dirty, crowded (annoyingly by people who are waiting AT the pickup counter, blocking others' access), they pump throwback hits that are great, and despite it being crowded, table turnover is pretty high. The best part is that they do a REAL frying job on their potatoes and chalupa shells. I don't know what it is about the frying timers, but other tbells always mess up a chalupa shell. Fast food places in San Francisco were really not available like in the surburbs and other cities. Wendy's is no longer in San Francisco. There is no Chick- Fil-A and no Dunkin Donuts which are top 10 fast food chains in America. San Francisco is truly a fast food desert. I did end up at a Taco Bell Cantina on a Winter break stroll in the tourist trap in Fishermans Wharf. As a native San Franciscan getting fast food Mexican food is going to a Mission District local Taqueria and getting a burrito. This Taco Bell Cantina was surprisingly welcoming and it also had a bar with some Grand Mariner , Don Julio ( not to be mistaken for Don Juan) Grey Goose, and Jameson. Inside you see a purple decor and kiosk to order your drinks and food. It also had a bar with televisions so can watch sports like the football games. I do eat one thing at Taco Bell and it's their nachos. My favorite types of nachos are stadium nachos at concerts and sporting events. It's like how I enjoy my Philly Cheese steak, I prefer cheese whiz over provolone cheese pull in SF. These vegetarian nachos were good after a few drinks and watching some football. They were cheesy like some in SF. A good place to land if you are looking for some nachos and drinks at the tourist trap at Fisherman's Wharf by the water in SF( it's not like Taco Bell in Pacifica by the water). I live nearby so I was very excited when this new TB cantina opened. Every time I order food, it's wrong or missing items. It's fast food so I never expect perfection, but now that they've served me a beef burrito as a vegetarian I'm extremely upset. I ordered the black bean grilled cheese burrito directly from the vegetarian menu and confirmed my order as well. Took a bite and got a mouthful of beef. I wanted to try out Taco Bell cantina for awhile and was excited to see one open up in San Francisco. The parking is rough since it's near the pier. But once you find parking it's ok. It's near in and out burgers. It was really packed on a Saturday and it was confusing on how to order /pickup. My friend and family Dr cided if we should order from the computers or mobile app. But I had a coupon which required me to order from the app only. There is no one there to assist in taking orders. The music was loud and it was just packed wall to wall of people. We ended up ordering out items to try out but when it said my order was ready I went up to the pick up counter. But they food was not there. Then after 3 people picked up their orders I was asked mobile order? I replied yes, then a gentleman said outside press the first the letters of my name. I went out and tried 3 times and it said order not ready. Then another group told me enter the first three letters. I tried and it didn't work again. And it turned out to be they were waiting for their orders too. There was also another guy I saw and after chatting we both were inside waiting for our orders at least 5 to 10mins without guidance of where to pickup. After 4tries I went back inside and asked for help. And one nice lady went around the corner and asked. I then went back out to check the pickup lockers outside. And the screen was frozen. And the lady had to get someone to unlock it from their end to hand me our order. In all this chaos, another customer who I saw outside waiting went back inside to order more food. This review is for the bar. This Taco Bell Catina has bar and several kiosks for ordering. Inside looks clean and slight upscale decoration than typical Taco Bell. Kiosks is easy to operate. The alcohol is only for dine in. I ordered Baja blast icy with premium vodka. You get option to add extra shot. I didn't order extra shot which I am glad because the drink is strong but it is nice that you get option to add extra shot. Price is around $15-16 for a 16oz with premium vodka. They also have their own wine which I would like to try when I have chance to go again in the future. read more

It's not the fault of the woman working in the kitchen, because from what I can tell they are INCREDIBLY UNDERSTAFFED. We gave it a break and then ordered again today for delivery (they use DoorDash) and once again items were missing from our order...two taco Supremes to be specific and I just don't understand what's going on? Either they have no quality control because somebody should be checking off items that are going into each order or as I said previously, the drivers are taking items and eating them because they're hungry. It also takes forever for them to respond and the phone number doesn't work because I thought I could call and speak to a manager and ask them to oversee these orders better but it's not an option.
