Ordered Chicken Burrito and Chicken taco. Was hard to chew and didn't even taste like chicken! Worst food we've had in years!

Taco Bell St. Cloud Disappointed with My Visit..Taco Bell store 4907 St. Cloud, Mn. 5/27/2025 I stopped in planning to get a $5 box meal, but ended up with an $11 Nachos Supreme and one taco instead. The server took my order at the kiosk, but had trouble placing it, and I didn't get what I originally asked for. What made it worse was the food itself. The Nachos Supreme lacked flavor completely. The so-called seasoned tortilla chips, nacho cheese sauce, ground beef, sour cream, guacamole, and pico de gallo were all skimpy--and incredibly bland. Even after adding fire hot sauce and extra salsa, it still tasted like nothing. I left feeling like I wasted $11. Very disappointing overall. read more

Over the past year, they haven't cut my quesadilla even once. They've forgotten items a lot and we've had to go in to get it, which takes forever to get helped, every time I've had to holler into the kitchen. If you go in you'll never get to order or talk to anyone to help you and it's very dirty. The food still tastes good though. read more

Waited twenty-four minutes for two soft shell tacos and a large pop, honestly don't know what took them so long. On top of that the tacos had been sloppy made with most of the topping outside the shell. read more

My wife and I just stopped in here at 8:51, we both ordered the double chalupa box and very clearly stated that we wanted no sour cream on mine because I'm very allergic. We double-checked our order to make sure it was made right, didn't see any sour cream on the chalupa so we took it home. I unwrapped it and took one bite and bit into a large hidden pocket of sour cream completely covered in cheese sauce. I then spent the next 30 minutes dry heaving and vomiting, I'm very lucky I didn't have to go to the hospital. I would give this place a zero star rating if I could, because: they didn't even care enough to correctly read my order and put something I'm highly allergic to in my food, and all they offered was a coupon for some free food, as if I would chance getting another wrong order and getting poisoned again! Nothing but a bunch of stupid kids and deadbeats who don't care enough about the customer to pay attention to their order. Wow so spent 40$ and you would think, they would give you want you paid for, well I ordered 2 chicken quesadillas one of the pieces maybe had six pieces of shaded cheese in it just tortilla, and no sauce so it was weird, and so thin maybe had three pieces of chicken inside, I paid extra for my chilli cheese burritos to be bigger, normal sized not just tortilla seasoned with chilli, but I paid a lot for the chicken quesadilla which I can't believe how much the prices have raised but at least give me what I paid for, sad that won't fill me up, and I knew I should have went to the hwy ten se side at least they make the food normal not to huge and not skimpy like the 2nd street store. Couldn't get waited on at counter and was told to go to the kiosk which locked up and so I left as I could not order. Really?

Ordered via GrubHub for pick up. Received a text stating our order would be ready in 20-30 minutes with the pick up location. When we got there, the girl was very rude when we called & asked if it was ready & what to do. She said we either had to go in the restaurant or drive thru, tell them we are here for an online order, then they'd make the food! What's the point of this?! My goodness I wish I could give them 6 stars!!! I left a review on their website but me experience was soo good I just had to leave another! The speed of the service was astonishing! I have been to plenty of Taco Bell's before and when I got there there was already 3 cars in front of me but the line moved so quick, took my order, I pull up and everyone in front of me already got their food and I got mine in less than 2 minutes!! Absolutely incredible! Service was fantastic, food was perfect, I can't stress enough how awesome the employees here are! I have been here before and this visit was a game changer. I think management really took control and I could tell the restaurant was very well staffed. I visited around 2 pm on a Monday. I could not be happier! Best Taco Bell in town! read more

They were randomly closed for weeks and then reduced their hours randomly. Then today, there was two cars in front of me and I ordered one item. And they gave me the wrong item. I paid for a 4$ breakfast and they gave me a 1$ burrito. Guess if they have more than one customer they can't handle that. Was out my breakfast and MONEY. read more

This is my fav place to eat but it is taking to long and theres not a lot of people.we have never wanted this long and we might leave.

Not sure that it was the locations issue, however received an email stating it would be 20-40 minutes. Tried to help out by ordering in advance. Ended up taking over an hour. Was told at the location that the order doesn't get sent until you arrive at the location. That information would have been nice to know when ordering read more

Taco Bell hits the spot if you're looking for something fast, inexpensive, or late. Previously, I didn't care to eat at this location because I found the interior cold and uninviting. That's changed since they renovated and repainted the interior. It now has warm, inviting colors that make it more enjoyable to eat here. You'll find standard fast-food Tex-Mexican fare: hard and soft shell tacos, burritos, nachos, and Mexican pizza. Don't expect gourmet and you might be pleasantly surprised. When you need something fast for when you're on-the-go Taco Bell has something that will satisfy you. read more

There are always good and bad chain locations and this one is decent. Funny enough I brought my kids here for dinner since they had never been here.. We ordered the grilled stuffed nacho, seven layer burritos, cantina power burrito, and some cheesy wraps. The kids really liked it.. read more

WOW. I just spent 45 minutes in the drive thru. No joke. Only had about 5-6 cars ahead of me. I should've learned my lesson from last time. This place is consistently unbearably slow. Definitely won't return. Do yourself a favor and hit up a different fast food joint. You know, one that's actually fast. read more

As a fan of tacos and burritos, i frequently go to taco bell and this place has best in food and they make it perfect. But, staff need to be very quick and provide a good service to customer. When i made a drive through, i need to wait nearly 7-10 minutes for reaching the window and pick up my food. Other day when i made a walk-in at night 9 pm, there are some people assuming they are family or friends of staff speaking loudly to people who are working in kitchen and are staff are not bothered about the customers at this time... Place is clean and you have a choice of outdoor seating on a pleasant evening. read more

Amazing service. I come here multiple times a week and they're always so friendly. My favorite fast food place in St. Cloud!

Though the renovation definitely makes this Taco Bell location so much nicer, it would also be nice if the tables were clean and the floor swept. I've always had excellent customer service at this location, but the cleanliness is an issue. read more
