We love this Taco Bell because the staff is so friendly and they've really gotten good at taking Veganized versions of items on the menu. I have a son that is obsessed with Taco Bell, and I am always impressed with how wonderful the young people who work the drive thru window are when greeting him and taking his orders. This is far and away his favorite place to go on special occasions, so it feels extra meaningful that he/we always feel so well treated. Yeah, we go here a lot. Lol. Never thought I would be writing a glowing review of a Taco Bell, but here we are. All the folks were polite and attentive. They greeted me when I came in the door. My order was correct. I saw 4 team member hustling keeping the place clean and taking orders. Somebody spilled something in the dining area and they quickly cleaned it up and put a wet floor sign out. The place including the bathroom was immaculate. This store still has the customer service and work ethic that I thought had disappeared from fast food. Great job, guys read more

The building looks new and recently renovated. The woman at the drive thru speaker box asked for our order and heard only the drink order so we had to repeat. At the pickup area it was clear why she didn't hear the first part of the order--lady was on the drive thru headset and on her personal cell phone during the whole time. Convenient location, fresh food (as fresh as Taco Bell can be), and fast service. No plastic utensils given so I couldn't spoonfeed myself the toppings that fell from my spicy tostadas. Only taking the time to write this review because I've had to ask them remake the order twice and ands still fucked and feels intentional. Ordered 2 chicken quesadillas one with sour cream one with easy chipotle sauce 2 nacho cheese tacos and 3 soft tacos it's important to not we get there at 11:50 they close at 12 when I ordered all was fine but everyone was tired and I get that but when I get my food and there's no soft tacos, 1 Doritos taco and they squirted a shit ton of chipotle sauce with like no chicken and little cheese and the other quesadilla has no sour cream and sometimes they put it on the side but there was still none. I drove home which was over 30 mins away so when I called they were closed and told me to come back to get the order remade and I did just that today and yet again they forgot a Doritos taco they wrapped the soft taco wrapping like in the top of taco if that makes any sense and ugh idek what the Hells going on with the quesadilla but thanks for not shitting sauce on it this time. My friend and I ate here with my grandfather, mom, and stepdad, before we went to their farm house to help them pack the heavy stuff in there vehicle to help them move. This is another loser in the Ruther Glen fast food wars. I love Taco Bell, but these people need to send their cooks back to Taco Bell School. Their burritos are half the size of burritos at other Taco Bell's we frequent. They are seriously lacking in their ability to layer a burrito properly, as well. Here you will get a burrito with the rice all at one end and the chicken all at the other end with maybe a touch of sauce somewhere in the middle. It makes no sense. Their burritos are about the size of a fat cigar. This place is new, so we have been giving it some time to bring itself up to the same standards as the other Taco Bell's, but so far they have not accomplish that. read more

I placed my order around 12:54pm and I waited like 20 mins and mean while she called out my combo number like "Combo 6" so I went to the counter to take my order, and after I took my order she said she is sorry because she added Chicken in it when I order with no meat, Later on she found out that that order belong to other people. I waited again for like 5 mins, I again went and asked for my order status as people who ordered after me getting their order. She said she misplaced or someone by mistakenly taken my order. I said I was right there, but they didn't call out my order number, so manager/other employee name Geniffer came and said they call out by name not order number, but they didn't even ask my name while I was placing my order so I was expecting by number, and i am sure thaat they didn't call out my name either because if they would have called, i would have picked my order. Moreover, after that Geniffer Told me that she will get my order, so I told her if it is gonna take more then 20 minutes then I don't want because its already been over 25-30 mins and people who came after me and for dine in and drive through were getting their order except me. She said she will get my order soon. I was expecting after this much delayed she will work on my order first and then others Because I was simply came before them. I went to counter again after 5-7 mins and she was busy taking care of other drive through customers and completely ignored my order. When she saw me, She told me that she will refund my money back, and she processed my refund without even asking me whether I want it back or not. After waiting for long she told me that and no food. I was so shattered, because I was starving, hungry and mentally traumatized by this event. How come she served and delivered everyone except me? she discriminated me against other race as I am the only brown person. she shouldn't treat anyone like that. There is no way anyone treat any person who comes to any restaurant or anywhere treated like I was being treated by Taco Bell. It just completely annoying and bizzare. She wasn't even sorry for the event. I mentioned her that I felt like it was Racial Discrimination. I have never been treated like that. I felt so bad about being in my brown skin and way too much angry and upset with the event. They didn't even make up for their mistake. She said something like an yes, 'I am sorry about that, but I can not do anything'. So that's with the famous Taco Bell's. I haven't seen or been to any restaurants in any country of this world that treats their customers like this and let them go hungry from their place especially food chain like Taco Bell which is in many countries. This event made me so upset that i didn't even feel like to eat anywhere and i drove back to home and while i was cooking for myself I was kept thinking about the event and cut my finger because its mentally disturbing and not acceptable by anyone as a different race and it almost made to feel like bad about being brown. I will spread this incident as much as I can. If people are non discriminating, Then they would definitely stand by against to racism and discrimination done by certain people in this community. This Taco Bell location is my new go-to spot when I'm heading South and need breakfast in a hurry. I've actually never seen it crowded, so wait time hasn't been an issue for me. As a Taco Bell aficionado, my experience here was definitely below par. At midnight last night, it took 15 minutes from the time we placed our order to the time we received it (and we were only one of three vehicles). I was dismayed by all the cheese on the OUTSIDE of my quesadilla packaging, and then even more so upon finding a completely cheese- and steak- less quarter of my cheese and steak quesadilla. My cheesy bean and rice tasted like Taco Bell but was sloppily assembled. For the amount of time it took to receive our order, our order should have been perfect. If I could give less than 1 star I would. After spending a total of 40 minutes in the drive through, I give up. Out of mountain dew- ok... that happens.. no big deal. I ordered a "#6 steak and cheese only" (no lettuce, no sour cream, no tomatoes). After a wait, got my order and pulled off to check it. Everything was on the chalupas, so I pulled back around so they could make the correction. After I told them that my order was incorrect, the lady said "Just pull forward," with an attitude. Then after waiting another long while, one girl at the window had no idea there was an incorrect order and went to che k it out. While visiting the area for Thanksgiving, on Wed., Nov 22, 2017, my husband and I ordered tacos and burritos to go. Our hotel was literally only 3 minutes away. But by the time we sat down to eat our much anticipated meal the food was cold. The tacos were very poorly made with so little meat, lettuce and tomatoes that I wanted to cry.
