The staff was incredibly friendly, and even though it was busy on our first visit, we were seated quickly. My husband loved the shrimp cocktail, and I ordered the New Mexico Omelette both times because it was that good! The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable, especially compared to Texas. The only thing I wish they had was a spicy green chile salsa since New Mexico is famous for its green chile. The red salsa was good but not spicy. My oldest also thought the chorizo burrito was a little too greasy, but everything else was delicious. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Ruidoso!

We always make it a point to stop here when we're in town, and it never disappoints. Highly recommend for a delicious, flavorful breakfast in Ruidoso!

Several versions of the combination plate were ordered and everyone raved about the food. Starting with chips and salsa (no extra charge) and the salsa had to be homemade, it was delicious. It is a small place but easily accommodated our group of six. As we were leaving the proprietor pointed out the house made mole sauce headed for a lucky table. I was too full to even think about it but did any way! We'll be back whenever we are in town.

Usually we eat lunch here a couple times a week either in-person or through delivery app. My go-to meal is the chicken fajitas with corn tortillas. I always have at least one fajita to take home w a little rice & beans, the portion size is great! I also like their daily specials; one was a taco, enchilada and flan and one was guacamole tostada, enchilada and flan - great meals and the flan is delicious. My niece likes to make her own combo, she's enjoyed the chimichanga, enchiladas and tacos. Their salads are great too! We've tried them all and like them all. Meals all come w chips and salsa which is lovely and the salsa is great. If you're looking for a lunch spot while visiting Ruidoso I recommend you stop at Comal! Except on Tuesday, they're closed Tuesdays.
