Ordered take out 3 nights in a row, out here for a work trip. First 2 nights the food was decent, burger meal and a Nashville chicken meal. Customer service was not really present. Third night, ordered steak and the cut was very chewy. Called and they put me on hold then hung up, couldn't get anyone to answer after. Went to the restaurant with the full steak, had taken a few bites and spit it back in the tray. It comes with fusilli pasta, veal, squash, and tomato basil sauce, but it was all around amazing. Service is good, but if you sit in the far end of the building, good luck trying to flag down your waiter. But it doesn't happen a lot thankfully. Had the grilled catfish. Had not had catfish in a long time. Returned the next day with friends.. did not disappoint

First of all, our waitress was THE BOMB and was on top of her service! The salad bar was nicely stocked and clean, except for the ham, which is funny. My husband and I order the Prime Rib plate. He ordered okra and I ordered mashed potatoes and brown gravy, our son order the shrimp and scallops plate. Turns out they were out of prime rib, which is a pet peeve of mine because a STEAK PLACE shouldn't run out of prime rib. So we ordered the Merchant, medium rare. My plate came out looking like it was smeared with dried on mashed potatoes, and obviously NOT medium rare. I was done at this point and just ate the salad bar. They did not charge us for my plate or the salad bar, and like I said, our waitress was The Bomb, but I will probably not ever come back. Pat ordered the fried catfish with fried okra she was very pleased said it was delicious I ordered scallops and shrimp. The scallops were so tough I could not swallow them after chewing a long time I had to spit it out. The shrimp was slightly overdone but was chewable. To say we ordered about one of everything on the menu would be almost accurate, I think there were some sandwiches we did not get. Each person was delighted with their meal. The place was constantly packed and they had a salad wagon I was looking forward to derail!! Once we were sat down, they brought these amazing dinner rolls and it took a bit for the waitress to come take our order. Once she did, everything flowed better. The only thing is I was looking forward to vicariously eating the steak kaBob through my friend because I can no longer eat beef. But it was a disappointment. She said the meat was super dry. My shish kebab was raw and tasted absolutely horrid. I had one piece; regrettably, I had that one piece. They did not give me what I ordered either . This place has some outdoor seating available during the covid time. Also some covered patio that's all enclosed but not really sure how that qualifies as outdoor tho. Wait is a bit long but food is decent. Ordered the burger, which is pretty juicy a bit lack of flavor for my taste. The waitress said that their meat come from owners ranch, so all the meat are farm to table. The kabab is really tender and come in very big pieces of meat. Giving 3 star because 1. They served dirty plates, it was gross and had to ask them to change them. 2. Server has mask on, but pulled it down when talking when taking the order. 3. The server at another table, saw her pull down the mask when she is taking the plate of food down in the kitchen. They need to fix this because it makes me very uncomfortable. read more

What a mess... Everyone is scrambling. In out here there everyone sitting around waiting for there tables don't know where the line starts or stops. The hostess is unfriendly, 35 min wait or sit in bar.... Noone in bar. Finally a lady who was busting her but came to the rescue. She was literally doing 2 people's job. I stayed because of her and gave her a nice tip. The rest of the place is filthy and the bathrooms yikes! I hate to know the true health score. I bet the kitchen nasty and a nightmare.
