The line goes fairly quickly though. Inside, there's baked goods, whole bean coffee, some souvenirs and other little trinkets to buy like cute, signs, mugs and more! The seating is very casual, and the service is quick and attentive. They have great mimosas also if you're looking for a boozy brunch. The bubbly is served in individual mini bottles of quality prosecco, and you can decide on how much FRESH OJ you would like. Yes, I suggest indulging in the fresh squeezed OJ. They have an extensive menu of sweet (crepes, waffles, pancakes) and savory choices for breakfast and lunch. However, I decided on the Carne Adovado (slow cooked pork) breakfast. The portion size was perfect and not excessive like most breakfast spots. Everything was tasty and made me feel satisfied. Those red chile flavors had all the nuances for a breakfast party in my mouth. The potatoes were nicely prepared and free of the extra grease like the other breakfast spots. I would definitely repeat the Cornerstone experience when in Ruidoso again!

I chose home fries as a side for both and ordered 2 cups or orange juice. While the service was great, I wasn't impressed with the food. My omelette was on the dry side and the cheese wasn't melted nor on the entire omelette, it was off to one side. My husband said his burrito was ok and the salsa was good. The home fries were dry and not hot. The orange juice was also very watered down. It appears that it may be better to dine in here and try other dishes as some people rave about this eatery.
