They definitely were not skimpy on the add ons. Lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and very generous with the green chiles. The fries were also very tasty and there were quite a bit. So be prepared to get there early and stand in line for some great BBQ. They have the menu outside while you are waiting so prepared to know what you want. As soon as you walk in you'll need to place your order. Once you place your order you are given a tray and you go down the line to be given your food. Once you get your food then you pay and can seat yourself. They have Dino ribs as big as your head that fall right off the bone! And the burnt ends are amazing! So juicy, tender and flavorful. It can be a little pricy but the quality and amount makes it worth it. Ambiance was cozy and felt like home. You can tell this is a local favorite!
